The studio was good, but nothing special. Unfortunately, we did not have a double bed. The kitchenette had everything we needed. The receptionist (the African origin one with curly hair) was very unwelcoming, very rude, she did not even make an effort to smile, she should not work in a hotel. What I like most about the hotel is that the towels are soft and the toiletries are also good! And the view at 6 o'clock in the morning! Because I don't know how to use the blackout curtains, I need to adjust them, and the curtains can't block out the light. I think the carpet is a bit old. Although there is no odor in the room, the corridor, door and carpet are all old styles. I didn't live very comfortably. The service attitude is good, and the location is good, but the facilities in the hotel room are too old. The TV automatically turns off after turning it on. I called the service staff, and after watching it for two minutes and leaving, it automatically turns off again. The cabinet under the TV, the door on the left falls down when the door is opened. The room is not soundproof, and the sound of the neighbor opening the luggage can be heard clearly. The bathtub in the bathroom is very old, with some black scratches, and it looks dirty from a distance. There is no socket in the bathroom for hair drying, and there are no USB charging ports on both sides of the bedside table in the room. This is not the first time I come to this hotel. Plenty of good restaurants just down the street and all around - and luckily its not not noisy at all in the room.
The night shift receptionnist is friendly and nice.
For a 4-star hotel, it would great if bottled water could be provided in the room although water refiller is available at the reception.

Although the location was good and the room was clean, we did not look forward to returning to the hotel each night and I would not consider staying here again. The room felt dark and claustrophobic and did not even have drawers big enough to put clothes in. For those wanting to work at the little desk, the chair and limited electricity outlets would have made it very difficult. Although we chose not to have the breakfast, the patio seemed nice. The lobby barely had space to stand in. It's next to the station, so it's very accessible.
Four people shared one bed and one sofa bed. The room wasn't very spacious for the price, so if you use the sofa bed, there's no desk, so you have to eat takeout meals on the bed. But that didn't bother me.
There was a kettle and cups. But no tissues or slippers.
You can make coffee or tea on the first floor at any time, but when I tried to use it around 9pm, the coffee maker was turned off, and only water came out when I turned it on. I gave up and tried to make tea using hot water from the kettle, but it was water after all. There was a staff member at the front desk right in front of me, but he was chatting and didn't seem to mind.
But the breakfast was better than the same Ibis Styles in CDG, and there was a wide variety. The staff also took good care of me.

The Pullman Hotel boasts an excellent location, offering incredibly convenient train access to the surrounding areas of Lyon. Right across the street is the large Westfild mall, complete with a Carrefour, fast-food restaurants, and various shops. The rooms are spacious, with separate wet and dry areas, and are spotlessly clean and well-equipped. What really stood out was the reception staff, who were all very friendly and welcoming. One male front desk attendant was particularly helpful when I asked for directions to some lesser-known attractions; he eagerly looked up the routes online for me. The room's lighting controls were quite innovative, and when I couldn't figure them out on the first night, he personally came up to my room the next day to demonstrate them. Very nice suite we stayed, sparkle clean, location is perfect, very quiet. The only thing is we have 2 people stayed for 3 days, but only get 4 capsule coffee, the rest need to pay.This is very strange in any hotels we stayed which has coffee machine , even more greedy than a 3 stars.FromHK$1,512

Stayed here for a night before my transit to France. The hotel is convenient near the main train station. Although there was smell of **** outside the building, the room was clean and big. One thing to note is that there is no air conditioning. There is a small fan and you have to open the windows. This may be a problem for those staying in summer or are sensitive to noise. This is an absolutely perfect place to stay.
The staff were very friendly and promptly addressed all my needs.
I arrived tired early in the morning, and they kindly assisted with an early check-in and treated me with great kindness.
The staff's English was excellent, and I was also very satisfied with the various facilities on the hotel's ground floor.
I didn't get a chance to try breakfast, but it smelled wonderful and looked delicious.
The room was cozy and met my expectations; it also offered cooking facilities and had a bathtub.FromHK$941
