We stayed overnight at Park Inn Clark as a group of two, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained—exactly what you’d expect from a hotel of this standard. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location is especially convenient if you’re attending events in the area.
One thing that could be improved is the check-in process. Since our stay coincided with a peak period due to conferences, the front desk seemed a bit overwhelmed. It would help if the hotel could streamline room assignments in advance during busy seasons to ensure a smoother, faster check-in for all guests.

We got there at 9:07, and saw bunch of guests waiting. So I asked if they can text us once the tables are available (it’s hot outside) Declined. Lady said that we have wait and if we’re not here, then we can’t eat breakfast basically. Finally got in at 9:30. What do you expect? Either cold food for the ones that people don’t like or empty tray for the ones people like to eat.

First visit to Clark Hilton and our stay exceeded expectations in every way. Staff are all very courteous and professional - outstanding welcome and solicitous care throughout. All are great and special thanks to those who helped with luggage, taking photos and looking after us. We received a lovely free birthday cake and Mr Ed of the Olive Resto helped us with packing it as it was really too generous to eat in one go. Also receptionist Mariz very hospitable and made us feel really welcome explaining everything. Our room was upgraded to balcony view. It is a lovely restful place to spend time, with great views, food and a superb swimming pool with little casitas attached. The room and staff was really good Sobrang bait nila but here’s my experienced sa facility.
1. No WiFi
2. No socket near the bed (di ka makapag charge)
3. No TV Channel only movies (downloaded)
4. No double lock for the door
5. Sobrang baho ng tubig (Amoy kalawang since it’s deep well water) but still dumidikit ang yung kalawang sa katawan and worst pag nag tooth brush.
6. Yung room namin sobrang Ingay di ka makatulog since Malapit sa kalasada
7. No available slippers

First visit to Clark Hilton and our stay exceeded expectations in every way. Staff are all very courteous and professional - outstanding welcome and solicitous care throughout. All are great and special thanks to those who helped with luggage, taking photos and looking after us. We received a lovely free birthday cake and Mr Ed of the Olive Resto helped us with packing it as it was really too generous to eat in one go. Also receptionist Mariz very hospitable and made us feel really welcome explaining everything. Our room was upgraded to balcony view. It is a lovely restful place to spend time, with great views, food and a superb swimming pool with little casitas attached. I booked a last-minute business trip to Clark and stayed here for one night. While my room wasn’t ready upon arrival, the staff handled the situation with professionalism and kindness. They offered me a lower-category room and, though the price difference couldn’t be refunded (due to my indirect booking), they generously credited it for dining—a thoughtful touch!
The next day, I had a full day out on meetings, I needed a late check-out to freshen up before my flight, and the team accommodated me without hesitation. The room itself was spacious, well-equipped (complimentary waters, coffee, toiletries, iron, and safe), and the bed was incredibly comfortable.
What truly stood out was the staff’s warmth and attentiveness—always eager to help. This level of service, combined with the good amenities, makes this hotel a top choice for business travelers. I’ll absolutely return on my next visit!FromTRY 6,806

The whole stay is amazing , breakfast buffet was good , I instantly enjoyed my room view except the room smells off. 😤 . It doesn’t smell fresh , I guess it needs deep cleaning .. but overall The staff are accommodating and o enjoyed the pool .

We stayed overnight at Park Inn Clark as a group of two, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained—exactly what you’d expect from a hotel of this standard. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location is especially convenient if you’re attending events in the area.
One thing that could be improved is the check-in process. Since our stay coincided with a peak period due to conferences, the front desk seemed a bit overwhelmed. It would help if the hotel could streamline room assignments in advance during busy seasons to ensure a smoother, faster check-in for all guests.
Despite that, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose Park Inn Clark again. Highly recommended!FromTRY 4,070

Pros: location, parking, valet parking available with fee, front desk service, slide on the pool, friendly staff, great bed, AC is working well.
Cons: No exhaust in our bathroom so the whole room smells when use.

The breakfast buffet situation.
The worst part of the day is having to wait to get your breakfast. I understand there was a wait. Maybe offer a coffee or a glass of water for the people waiting outside.
We got there at 9:07, and saw bunch of guests waiting. So I asked if they can text us once the tables are available (it’s hot outside) Declined. Lady said that we have wait and if we’re not here, then we can’t eat breakfast basically. Finally got in at 9:30. What do you expect? Either cold food for the ones that people don’t like or empty tray for the ones people like to eat.
You know, that’s okay. It can be improved. It’s not the staff’s fault. All of them are functioning. But I guess the space cannot accommodate the number of guests.FromTRY 3,181

The location of the hotel is relatively remote, in a village, it feels like the form of Chinese farmhouse, the grab can't be positioned, breakfast is normal, there is a big sofa, you can sleep, it seems to be a free airport pick-up.FromTRY 3,928
