It was a fantastic experience with the staff at the hotel . The overall experience with the hotel was great.

Location is good. Food is also tasty and variety of dishes in breakfast. Rooms are decorated by carved wooden furniture. Overall very nice experience of stay.

Belongs to a good hotel in the local area. The service staff is friendly and flexible, and early check-in is also allowed to check in. Originally, one of the more expensive ones in the local area was booked, waiting in the lobby for two hours, and rooms are not allowed to check in before 12:00. Cancel directly to this one. The location is very good, walking distance to the largest temple, there is a state-owned craft shop 300 meters near the hotel, the goods are rich and the price is conscience. Throughout South India, Madurai's temple is almost the best and most exquisite in South India. The local little palace is also worth a visit.

Room is spacious, great Bar and food. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Decent hotel. Staffs are friendly. Look for manager Mr Rajaram. He is one of the best and friendly manager there. Can stay with family.

Not clean enough washroom had stains Staffs were very friendly and welcoming Food and services was very late Location is not right on the center but close by

The ***ager of the restaurant was kind, but I ordered a local beer, but they brought an imported beer without explanation and drank it as if it were local. Of course, the fees are outrageous. -I hope the staff's order service will be as communicated with the customer. The overall service was good. I had an oil massage at the spa, but the masseuse's skills were too weak. I applied for a taxi at the information desk- I confirmed the fare to the temple and boarded it, but the taxi driver's toll fee from the price suggested by the hotel [This must be pre-set in the taxi fee]- The next day, another car went to a place without toll fees [Parking lot entrance fee and parking fee - this is You must inform the customer in advance and tell the taxi fare/ A special agreement with the taxi company associated with the hotel is required/

Poor responce in hotel reception landline number called more then 15 times n various number but no use and we are stayed for 3 days but cleaning service didn't clean even a single time. They arrange cab service for trip near palaces and hotel locate in very near to temple so u can visit temple at any time.

The rooms are neat and clean, as well as the bathrooms. Compact in size but enough for a short stay. it's a ten minute walk to the Meenakshi Temple and few Veg restaurants are close by. All in all, decent stay.

A more pleasant and compact place to stay.Rooms are small but have better facility . Food is good as well service. Location is good but bit far from Main temple ....enjoy good service. We have stayed for two days. Location free from Mandir traffic.Small rooms but compact . Food is good. Good place to stay as services are excellent but away from hustle bustal of Main mandir.We have stayed for two days...best place to enjoy pure veg food in Madurai ....free sunrise hotel ( south Indian food). For Non veg food try Ammas Mess , a nice restaurant 😋.
