I just fell in love with this hotel because it’s SO CLEAN! Seriously, it’s a 5-star cleanliness. From the basement parking to the rooftop pool, everything is sparkling clean. I do love it. There was almost everything we needed in the room and in the bathroom, even vanity kits and facial tissues which is not common for 3-star hotels (I would honestly give them 4 stars🤩) Service… we did have an issue with a waiter at the breakfast in Kaokee restaurant downstairs. I wish they gave him more training time and supervision cause he looked like he was not a good fit for this resto and the hotel. If he continues to work this way, there’s just gonna be a lot of bad reviews and disappointed customers. Other than this, everyone else is super friendly, accommodating and welcoming there. Do note that the parking is NOT free. We paid 400 pesos for around 24 hours. I guess it’s gonna be more if you stay longer. Also, if I stay there again, I would choose no breakfast option cause I’m a fan of Malaysian/Singaporean breakfast (Kaya toast with eggs and milk tea) but it doesn’t come with your booking, they have a separate menu for hotel guests (Filipino/kinda continental options) but Kaokee resto is one of my faves now in Makati, the food is super delicious, reminds me of our trips to Malaysia and Singapore🤩 I would just pay for my breakfast next time and choose what I really want. I would also recommend their Laksa and Salted Egg Shrimps, and both hot and iced Teh (milk tea with condensed milk), the hot one is more flavorful and delicious than the iced one. But my Mushroom and Cheese omelette was super delicious too! So was my spouse’s Longanisa. There’s one more resto you can have breakfast in, so do check the menu there. Their rooftop pool is quite shallow but it felt good to soak there under the sun surrounded by the Makati skyline. It was our staycation and it really worked out cause we felt like tourists in our own city🤩 Thanks to the staff who made it happen despite some disappointing times at the breakfast. Hope it will never happen again

I enjoyed my stay at Seda Residences and found it to be a comfortable and welcoming place. The staff stood out the most — always polite, approachable, and quick to assist whenever needed. From the moment I checked in, I felt well taken care of, and those small, thoughtful interactions made a real difference. The rooms were clean and well maintained, with amenities that worked well for both short visits and longer stays. While there are a few areas that could be improved, they were minor and did not affect my overall comfort.

I had a very satisfying stay at New World Makati Hotel, and I've already made a repeat booking for my next visit.. which says it all!! I arrived earlier than official check-in time, and the staff were incredibly accommodating. He kindly assisted me in using the fitness center first, allowing me to shower and freshen up after my journey. This thoughtful gesture made a big difference and immediately set a positive tone for my stay. Throughout my visit, the team was consistently professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure comfort and convenience. Overall, it was a seamless and pleasant experience, and I truly appreciate the warm hospitality. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning again this week 😊

Staff are accommodating and nice. There is a 2k deposit upon arrival. Bed was bouncy but comfy. AC works. Hot water works. There’s bidet. There are slippers, hangers, mini ref, towels and toiletries inside the room. When i arrived there’s no water bottle but the next day when the cleaning staff arrived, he gave me 2 bottles and an extra tissue. Thank you! Guard was also nice downstairs. He helped me on checkout. Wifi was just not really great. Not sure if it was the room but i keep on being disconnected at most times. I’m not able to watch netflix on TV also coz it says no internet connection. :( So i had to use my own mobile data during my stay. But other than that, i’d definitely stay again. Thanks!

For Christmas and New Year 2025, Valero Grand Suites offered a very good holiday stay — comfortable and homey, with great staff service and a prime Makati location that made it easy to enjoy festive dining, shopping, and countdown celebrations nearby.

Whenever i come home and need to stay in mnl, i typically look for places that offer amenities i haven’t tried. I’M hotel offered those amenities- a unique and good sized length lap pool as well as the Onsen Spa. I was sold. The pool area was gorgeous especially at night with their “birdcage” cabanas. The Spa oh darling if i could use that more than was recommended, I would have! Bonus points for the massage and personalized service as well as the rooftop bar and views 😍 I want to also send a shout out to the professional , helpful and utterly amazing staff. I believe that a business has a huge chance of longevity mainly due to how wonderful the staff takes care of the guests needs. Front desk helped us navigate with checking in and out, getting our rides and helping us with other needs- be it housekeeping, dining or other tasks. Housekeeping, pool guys, food and beverage people, and security went above and beyond with their responsibilities. I have no complaints. I also would like to point out something that I hope to be taken into consideration. While we were there for 2 days, we had limited options for drinks during breakfast. Being in a tropical country- having local flavors would be such a great addition to the buffet spread. Calamansi or Mango juices would have been very much appreciated. Otherwise everything was wonderful. Thank you I’M hotel for making it a relaxing stay.

What an amazing difference an experience compared to several years ago when I used to stay regularly at this hotel. The attention to detail is outstanding compared to it used to be. The check in and out is fast and efficient, greeted with a smile. They even welcomed me back, paying attention to the fact I'd been a previous guest. Want to leave your deposit via a card? No problem at all. No insisting that you go to an atm to draw our cash!! The buffet breakfast was plentiful and hot, with a good variety of both Western and Filipino dishes. The only thing missing was some lovely fried bacon.😎🙏 Staff in the restaurant were always on duty, ensuring that tables were clean quickly and efficiently. The chef and kitchen staff were always checking on the amount of food available for guests and refilling as quickly as possible. Every single member of staff from the pool attendant to the housekeeping to the front desk to the restaurant had a smile, even security were present, but not in your face. The only thing that could be improved, as always, is the issue with the elevators. It's something that is historic for this building and they take forever to service each floor. I know that they are maintaining the other elevators and I assume trying to get them back in fully functioning form. Once that happens, I believe that the experience will be 100 percent perfect. Sometimes you could be waiting for 10 minutes just to get the elevator to reach your floor and when you're trying to get downstairs to jump in your grab car that's waiting. It's no joke. One final little request that could make the experience a little better, is to update and refurbish the equipment in the gym. and put the aircon system back in fully working operation, And double cheque some of the water pressure issues with the showers at times. At times you would get hot water, other times you'd get lukewarm water. Sometimes it would be full force, other times it would be a dribble. These are minor issues though. And overall, my experience compared to previous times was outstanding.

Clean room in 7F but a little smaller than the room in 8F where we stayed before. The internet connection is a big problem again and it was due to router malfunctioning. Maintenance staff was able to fix it during our 2nd day of stay. Netflix can only be navigated using wired mouse which is really a big inconvenience. Staff said it was like that for all the TVs in any room. If this is the case, Management should at least provide Bluetooth /non-wired mouse so we don't have to stand up every time we need to navigate through Netflix. The elevator smells like someone just finished smoking cigarette. Hope mgmt will also handle the garbage outside near the main entrance as it gives unhygienic vibe to the hotel. Staff are kind.

The location is great. Lots of place to eat. the first room assigned to us smells like bleach so we had to transfer. Then the next room, the ref didnt work but they replaced it. The service was spectacular. However, the WALLS are WAY TOO THIN. You can hear the conversation and the the other room ********** which really ruined the stay.

Nice room. The surrounding area is not so modern. But it's around 20 mins walk to the modern area. Front desk is very helpful. The breakfast is acceptable.
