Citadines Benavidez Makati

We needed to late check-in due to our flight schedule and even It was in the middle of the night it was still a smooth process. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the gym and of course how close it was to greenbelt. The doormen were also very attentive to their guests. Breakfast was great as well, there were many options to choose from. There was only a mixed up with the description on this app vs. what was really the standard at the hotel. All inclusive doesn’t mean all meals but all inclusive of complimentary breakfast, wifi and parking. Their hotel character’s Tami and the gang was really cute, if ever I pass by the hotel I might get them, hopefully. Overall a very enjoyable stay for our family and a perfect place to catch up rest.

We went here to celebrate my Ate's birthday. It was a great experience staying here in Citadines Benavidez Makati. All staffs are accommodating and they always making sure that you will be assisted. As I've mentioned earlier, we went here to celebrate my Ate's birthday, and CBM team had bday song surprise for the celebrant. Aside from that, the hotel is pet-friendly, you can even bring your fur babies without worries! I'll make sure to go back here once I got enough time again, thank you CBM! :)

Had an amazing stay with this hotel. The location is very accessible and convenient to people. It was a comfortable place to stay. The whole place was clean and the staff are nice and very accommodating, especially Margaux from guest service.

very nice and very clean rooms which made our stay very relaxing. staff were accommodating as well which is very commendable. all of our requests were met. service from miss margaux (from guest service staff i guess) was a topnotch and i would rate it 10/10.

This hotel is lovely. Really clean and modern, super friendly staff and a prime location in Makati. Very safe and easy to get all the shops and a short Grab taxi ride (or longer walk if you fancy) to the bay side area. The room was comfortable and clean. I had trouble with my TV jamming. It got fixed when reported however kept recurring. The positive it was acted on quickly. I like the eco friendliness of the room. Having a big water dispenser is great. Unfortunately I didn't see the sign about the bedding until the last day. Perhaps this can be placed on the bed so it's clearer to see re not changing bedding. The pool is amazing. I used it first thing in the morning and the sunrise is beautiful. I never used the gym however it looked really clean and well equipped. Catalogue is the restaurant downstairs and I really liked both the selection, the service and the food quality. It was also very good value. The hotel had a lovely area of sit just off reception. There were games and the hotel put on activities all through Easter which was really lovely. The main thing I took away was the friendliness of the team. Without exception they were all extremely welcoming and genuinely wanted to help. I really appreciated this. I wish I got everyones name to thank however I will mention Karen (always lovely and helpful), Nori who was there when I checked in and left and Richard who helped me on my last day. ALL the staff were excellent. THANK YOU to you all.

Very convenient location to Greenbelt and other shopping and dining venues. The staff were very friendly and professional. Special mention to Jerome who cleaned our room and helped us navigate the services in our room. Jerrick from the cafe was very helpful and entertaining during our daily breakfast. The front door staff were always attentive to our needs such as waiting for our Grab ride and assisting with our luggage during our trips. Checking in was a bit uncomfortable, we waited until 4pm until our room was ready even though we dropped off our luggage at 7am and were told to return at 200pm. Once we got through that unfortunate situation our stay was made very pleasant by the wonderful staff. We will definitely return next year to this venue.

My partner and I were celebrating our Anniversary and believe me when I tell you that we had the most perfect stay. Citadines Benavidez is a treasure chest— we came in with just normal expectations but we were completely blown away. From the start of our stay up until the very last second before we left, there are no words to describe how incredibly grateful we are for such a lovely stay. The facilities, service, and people are all top-notch. We wish we could thank everyone by name if we could. A very special shout out and big thank you to Sir Garlitos, Ken, Chef Jash, Jerick, Karen, Gean Carlo, Stephanie, and Jerome of Housekeeping (who we weren’t able to meet personally but was the one who prepared our room. Luckily they leave a note inside the room so we are able to express our gratitude for the people working behind the scenes— kudos to the management for this initiative as well). It takes a village of dedicated people to make Citadines Benavidez the great place that it is and we have nothing but respect for each and every one of your Team Members. You all are doing such a fantastic job and it warms our heart to know that Filipino Hospitality is truly alive and well represented in your establishment. P.S. Sorry we didn’t get his name but the Gym/ Pool Attendant was also very helpful! He was very hands on and friendly as well :) thoroughly enjoyed the unique “active” activities (i.e. mini table tennis) as well as our night swim
