The staff are 5.star, very kind and warm. But don't expect fast food service. The staff are professionals. The coffeeshop serves.good selection of coffee.and teas, snacks. The dining room, with breakfast buffet and àla carte menu.offers. value and quality food. The front office staff is also. Very efficient and allowed late.check.out.

many good things but somethings to be reviewed  like we realised that when we call the guy at the reception on the night shift the phone was misplaced so it was always busy, this was not correct because it forced us to go down to the hall to talk to him. Even though the room was clean at one point a cockroach appeared

The location of the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel was very good, however not perfect. While it was located at the Manado Town Square Mall, a great location as you could access many different necessary places from the hotel to the mall. However, the location of the hotel made it virtually inaccessible to any other top place in Manado, thus forcing us to use high amounts of automobiles to thoroughly travel throughout Manado. The cleanliness was nearly perfect, and whenever the services remade the rooms, it seemed unbeatable by any other hotel. The gym was kept very neat and many other facilities were clean. The service was amazing; quick and effective cleaning, helpfulness, respect/kindness, and responsiveness, all you could ever ask for from a hotel service. The pool was enjoyable, having a pool bar with a great view of the ocean and Manadotua Island, especially during the sunset. The gym was very accessible. Overall, the hotel was a 4.9/5 in my experience.

always become my favorite hotel in manado when i get break from work or holiday or any staycation with family every weekend.. with wonderfull view directly to manado bay, this hotel has everything.. bring me in sunset with her lagoon pool handmade beach, wide range of swimming pool, and super breakfast in early morning,, how good this property.. except by her gym facilities, litle bit less workout tools however still become favorite about its SPA of Martatilaar in the point of left side building.. thanks MERCURE MANADO

If you’re foreigner or maybe national tourist, you may consider about the privacy and comfort here. This hotel are really great with the beauty of the nature, but it ruined with the local guest. You’ll see some guest smoking in not smoke area as such as pool, the poorest is, hotel staff do nothing with it, even though there are big sign of no smoking there. The worst are you will hear very loud annoying music around 6.am, and the funniest is the music used just by some people were doing zumba near guest room. And when asking for help to hotel guest, we get answer “there are scheduled zumba”, how tf, guest will know there will be scheduled zumba. To be fair, cleanliness is good, food are average.

If you just want to stay and enjoy the hotel facilities, this is the hotel, because if you want to go anywhere, it is very far from the city center and the crowds. The bathroom needs repair because the water flows into the room, maybe the workers didn't study Archimedes' law enough.

The room was small, but the location was great. It was very convenient to everything in the city center, and the pier was within walking distance. The only problem was that the soundproofing was terrible; you could hear people talking in the hallway!

Great looking lobby with plenty of seats for waiting and nice view from the room. All old wooden furniture and old sanitary ware and bath need improvement. No electric socket nearby the bed or desk; need to switch off the lamp instead. Service is very slow. Wait for the laundry pickup for 2hr. Cleanliness need definitely an improvement. There is a plenty of hair on the room floor and bathroom. Housekeepers keep talking loudly front of the guest room without cares the guest's privacy. Only few staffs can speak English. Can be noisy as it is surrounded by two main roads. But the price is reasonable in overall Ear plug is recommended at this place. Wifi okay

As always Novotel is my choice hotel when visit in Manado before departing to other places  Comfort bed and nice breakfast lots of choice and the service by staff are excellent

the room new a bit of manteinance  the bathroom door don’t close properly and the water from the shower end up in the bedroom. the room is slightly umid. the water from the tab smell of rust the swimming pool was not working when we arrive d very chaotic in the morning with lots of children running and screaming around the breakfast table  the view from the window was beautiful we were lucky enough to get a room with sea view. the bed very comfy. the staff where very nice and helpful. Buffet Breakfast with lots of choices
