A very resonable hotel located just out of the city centre. Refurbishments to the outside of the hotel were being carried out and the rooftop pool was unavailable. However for the price was highly impressed with the food and service. However the lifts were not the best and could seem cramped at times and without aircon inside wasnt a nice feeling with Manaus being a very hot place to visit. There was a shop inside and that came in handy for provisions and tours could be organised from here so that was great.FromPLN 220

The hotel is very good. The friendliness of the employees is perfect. Comfortable bed, good bathroom. There is no shower pressure but it is still fine. Lots of pillows. The people are helpful although they must be careful to keep the tables clean so that others can occupy them for breakfast. They must also bring clothes from the laundry to the room without having to ask for them. However, this does not diminish how good a hotel it is. Only details to improve.FromPLN 224

Manaus' accommodation, the hotel is OK, the room card has a few problems, I feel that the magnetic is insufficient, I always can't open the door, and then I changed it again and there is no problem.
For breakfast, it’s okay. For us, there is no vegetables, no to Sao Paulo, there are fruits, there are waiters, fried eggs, etc.
Now they don't clean the room on business trips, so room service doesn't experience it.

O critério de limpeza surpreendeu pelo bom padrão apresentado. Café da manhã muito bom. Meu quarto foi Duplo de Luxo, nesse sentido parece-me que o ”de luxo” é devido ao tamanho de 33m2, pois no geral é um quarto simples, com ”arara” para pendurar as roupas. A parede onde fica instalado o ar condicionado estava com partes descascadas, demandando manutenção, bem como na parte inferior da janela também havia parte da pintura danificada. Sou muito criterioso no padrão limpeza, assim que nesse item o grau de limpeza do apto estava muito bom, porém requer fazer serviço de emassamento e pintura nas áreas das paredes que mencionei acima. Um aspecto que causou surpresa foi o fato de ao chegar no check in, às 13h do dia 13 FEV 24, não haver o serviço de levar as malas para o quarto. Chegamos, eu e esposa, com 5 malas, solicitei apoio para colocá-las no carrinho, mas não tinha esse serviço disponível, sendo-me disponibilizado o ”carrinho” para que eu mesmo carrega-se as malas até o quarto. Achei estranho isso por que é habitual nos hotéis rede Atlântica ter o serviço de maleiro. Solicitei check in antecipado e me foi concedido. No geral a hospedagem no Sleep Inn Manaus foi uma boa surpresa, em especial pelo critério de limpeza e Café da manhã e também pelo bom atendimento prestado pelos colaboradores com quem tive contato desde a recepção até a cozinha. Peço ao gestor do Hotel Sleep Inn Manaus observar os detalhes mencionados na parede do ar condicionado e abaixo da janela (quarto 709). Muito obrigado!FromPLN 203

Travelling with my son. We absolutely love this place. It has the feel of a boutique gallery hotel. We are so happy with our room. Nr 5. It's spacious and has so much character. It's quiet. The service and attention to our needs is impeccable. The breakfast room is absolutely wonderful. The buffet is small but has enough variety. If you want something that's not there like freshly made scrambled eggs..not a problem just ask for it. The rooftop terrace is a sanctuary on it's own. Excellent value. The breakfast is the strongest point by far with a solid array of foods, drinks and nibbles. The room was a decent size with AC and TV. The water pressure was great and was of course hot. Soaps and towels provided, though there was no hairdryer. However, the room did contain a large fridge and full mirror. The only real negative is the WiFi. It basically doesn't work enough to load more than a Google page. The speed test showed between 3-6 megabytes per second throughout the hotel, so no online video calls I'm afraid. That said, for the price paid, one can't complain. The value is exceptional. The location is excellent, 200 meters away from the big hotel next door Gao inn, the facade is a bit small, the equipment is just in the middle of the law, but it is rare that there is no washing powder smell of the Brazilian hotel, it is relatively clean, the quilt is washed and sealed. Located very close to the Amazon theatre, Taj Mahal is a very old hotel, the room despite spacious and with good air conditioning, has problems in facilities such as cutting gardens, shelling floor, old and rough towels, Doubtful board ... but all this has already been expected because the value they collect is very low. it does not give to expect much more than that for this price. Mural Living has the best hotel breakfast I had the whole time we were in Brazil. It has a youth hostel feel, but large private rooms for a decent price. We stayed one night before departing for our Amazon adventure and slept well in the beds. In the afternoon we visited the square and theatre, and took a boat to see the two rivers meet - all walking distance from the hostel. There is a nice Italian-style restaurant nearby that also does good Amazonas food and seems popular with the locals.FromPLN 121
