After check-in, the socket in the room suddenly exploded, and the whole room was out of power!
Then I changed the room a little better.
Both rooms are not very clean!
In addition, at breakfast, after eating, sit and rest for a while! As a result, a fat waiter came over and said that if he finished eating, he went out to rest outside the restaurant and didn't use some polite language. Even the French beauty next to me heard me speak and asked why they wanted to do this to me! And then the French beauty let me sit!

Definitely a very very old heritage hotel with a lot of history! The hotel premises are stunning. The reception and lounge staff were so nice and helpful.
I do think, the hotel could do with a litte but of refurbishing especially for the rooms. But I cannot complain! Got the best deal, and had a really good time and the breakfast out in the garden under orange trees was like straight out of a movie! Loved it!!!

The hotel was a pleasant surprise, decorated in local ethnic style, but it was clearly an old hotel with somewhat dated facilities. The location was convenient, with a strong commercial atmosphere; there was a Carrefour and small shops nearby. The doorman was a very cute and friendly old man.
Taxis in Marrakech are extremely difficult to hail. I recommend walking to the main street to hail a taxi, or strolling around and looking for an empty one. Otherwise, wasting time waiting for a taxi is not worthwhile.FromPLN 131

Regarding the room, a mixed start to my stay and a first evening, being very manic and looking at cleanliness, my first room was very dusty and poorly insulated, the next day, the reception team told me about it. changed rooms, much less dust but not up to my expectations, I think the rooms need a little more maintenance and refreshing.
Regarding the common areas, cleanliness is excellent and hydroalcoholic gel is available.
As for the gym and the swimming pool, great I have nothing to say, very well maintained.
The catering is correct too bad some of the hotel's restaurants are closed due to the Covid.
The agents at the reception, catering, SPA and swimming pool are attentive and are very responsive.
Too bad there is no possibility of transfer from the airport which is very nice when you land at 11:50 pm.
Finally, the stay went well despite some improvements to be made and a sense of detail to be developed.

This raid hotel is beautiful landscape, the reception ladies are lovely and helpful. But one of the bar restaurant staff seems only like to talk with Arab or French speaking customers. He was very annoying first thing I asked him about menu when I was waiting for my room to be ready at the bar, he totally forgot my request he was talking with 2 French guests, second day he shouted me out when I was take a photo due to I didn’t know the place was a terrace for a guest room which was no sign or gate closed, I was feeling I m so uncomfortable and unwelcome. Very good! We upgraded to a villa room, and the room was like a palace. The hotel garden was more beautiful than the scenic spot. The free airport shuttle cars were very luxurious. The flight luggage was delayed, and the butler and the front desk helped to call the airport to urge the luggage. Finally, we got it smoothly. Thank you very much! On the day of check-in, I arrived very late and said that I wanted a quiet room, so I was sent to the innermost corner. When I entered the door, the curtains were not tight, and I felt that it was even worse. I asked for a room change. Fortunately, changing the room was fairly fast, but the room downstairs was changed, because there was a block on the second floor balcony, so the lighting was not good at all. The three meals I ate didn't have a day because the breakfast ended at 10 o'clock. The lunch and dinner were similar, and there was nothing to eat. I didn't see any seafood except grilled fish. A fine and beautiful riad in the middle, in a quiet corner. We had a semi-luxe on three, two-level, only minus - a pretty steep staircase on the second floor where a double bed is located. There is air conditioning, TV, fan. There is no teapot, refrigerator (to whom it matters). The lingerie is clean, the bed is comfortable. Breakfast is a Swedish table, everything is delicious. Also in the restaurant you can eat and have dinner on the menu. The pool is small, light, it is not possible to swim in it, but it is possible to cool in the heat. The pool has a towel. There are lots of recreation areas. Until the nearest parking is 10 minutes walk, we called the Riad, and a man with a cart came after us who helped bring our bags and showed the way to Riad. - air conditioning could have been better. Having said that the lobby and roof top restaurant were always much cooler so probably just our room or because of the heat outside but it definitely didn’t feel cool during day time.

The hotel is located in the heart of the old town. Close to an ancient tomb that is more than 500 years old. There are many people visiting every day. This hotel can be said to be called Taoyuan in the city, but the surrounding environment is not very good. According to the waiter, the hotel started building a new building in 2002 and first bought a house, and later bought eight more. The owner, a Frenchman, renovated the nine houses as a whole and connected them together. The design is very elegant, reflecting the Moroccan national style. Every detail is very delicate and can be called a work of art. The three-story roof is covered with flowers and various layouts. Very novel. It feels extremely cozy.
The hotel's food and beverage varieties are relatively small and the taste is average, not as good as other nine points. The price is not cheap either.

My first time for me and my wife with the 2 kids to try All inclusive Hotel. This serves to commend on the excellent service rendered by your friendly hotel’s staff during our stay from 5 February through 9 February 2025. The room allocations were done with effortless ease as we arrived there. The Superb Facilities start from Warm Swimming Pool, Aqua Park, Footbal Field, Tennis Court,Basketball Court, Mini Golf, Table Tennis, Kids Playground. And also standing applause for All of Entertainment teams. The chambermaids did and outstanding job in ensuring that the rooms were in order and cleaned. Additionally, the buffets served for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack time were highly sumptuous as we had a hearty time indulging in the array of varieties. The place is in the back, and you can go to the front road by taxi. From there, go on your own, but it is better to know the location in advance. Someone who asks for directions will follow. Fortunately, I came to the hotel staff and arrived safely. The staff was very polite. The next day, when moving to another riad, it was within walking distance, but there was a suitcase so we arranged for someone to pull the cart. First off, the location was great, a lot of choice for breakfast, nice swimming pool and big/clean room. Most of the staff were actually very helpful, just the last night left a sour taste in my mouth.
I would highly recommend this hotel, but believe some staff should know better what other parts of the hotel were doing and how to speak to guests. Technically, a solo traveller, but my friend was staying in another room. Every day we were given 1 large complementary bottle or water and 2 small bottles.
However, on the final night, my friend received, but I didn’t. This was fine and I just politely mentioned it to reception. Bearing in mind there’s not many local shops to get water from, I was glad when I was told this would be rectified.
1 tiny bottle was left in my room, so I rang reception to explain, this is where things got a bit rude and I was surprised at having to ‘fight’ for a bottle of water - especially because this isn’t a cheap hotel. I was redirected to room service, who tried to charge me and then said it’s a housekeeping issue. Then spoke to reception again and then basically called me a liar when I said that I’d had free complimentary water every day.
The lack of water didn’t really bother me, it was that I was sent around in circles and then rudely told I was wrong, even when I pointed out that I’d received water 3-days in a row. After about an hour trying, and very very thirsty, housekeeping - who were very friendly btw - dropped off 4 small bottles of water. If it were a housekeeping issue, I could’ve been told this from the start and there wouldn’t have been an issue.
All that being said, I actually really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and in Marrakech itself.FromPLN 1,674

That was my garden view I booked, is that even a garden??. Didn’t have any slippers in my room & to have a robe it is a 1,000 MAD deposit? in all my travelling that is on unheard off to me. Should have stated that on there amenities. I’ve stayed at multiple 5 start hotels this was unheard of to me. Also if you want to bring in a McDonald’s forget about it the security will stop you from bringing it into the hotel. Not only me but other guest too was stopped. Should have these rules stated while booking to save us the embarrassment.

As very seasoned travelers, my family and I enjoy exploring the most amazing resorts and hotels around the world, which we look at with a very discriminating eye. For the Oberoi Marrakesh, it is truly difficult to find fault. The hotel, relatively new, is simply stunning with the impressive lobby and villas, as well as expansive gardens with 2700 olive trees. The acting General Manager Mamdouh is the perfect and consummate hotelier, ever present checking everything non-stop, to ensure the guest experience is nothing less than 5-stars. Jalal from their F&B outlet surprised us with an entire loaf of lemon cake to take back to London that was not available on two breakfasts which we sore missed after our first breakfast. El Habib is an amazing server ready to grant you at least three wishes with his magic lamp! Khalid the Duty Manager also asks non-stop how they can improve a service that is already par excellence. Our hats off to the amazing pastry chef who makes baked goods that rival the best Parisian patisserie. I saw the two staff who cleaned every machine in the fitness center using four sprays leaving neither dust nor germ —- they focus on the minutest detail. The whole team is just extremely well-trained and professional and very committed in their desire to exceed your expectations. The synchronization of their efforts, in the most natural and sincere manner, always with big smiles, translates to nothing less than less than a truly memorable experience.
