Riad Musee is ideally located close the the heart of the medina. The hosts are brilliant; friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Breakfast on the sunny rooftop terrace was a highlight, with views across the medina. The interior of the riad is very well kept, clean and comfortable.

That was my garden view I booked, is that even a garden??. Didn’t have any slippers in my room & to have a robe it is a 1,000 MAD deposit? in all my travelling that is on unheard off to me. Should have stated that on there amenities. I’ve stayed at multiple 5 start hotels this was unheard of to me. Also if you want to bring in a McDonald’s forget about it the security will stop you from bringing it into the hotel. Not only me but other guest too was stopped. Should have these rules stated while booking to save us the embarrassment. Other than that the stay there was amazing, breakfast amazing but was let down by the issues mentioned.

Very good hotel, the rooms were spacious and clean and all the staff were very friendly and polite. Especially Kawthar in the reception, who helped us with deciding and arranging a trip to the city of Ouarzazate. Breakfast was good and the hotel was very close to all the city's attractions,in a nice and quiet neighborhood.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise, decorated in local ethnic style, but it was clearly an old hotel with somewhat dated facilities. The location was convenient, with a strong commercial atmosphere; there was a Carrefour and small shops nearby. The doorman was a very cute and friendly old man. Taxis in Marrakech are extremely difficult to hail. I recommend walking to the main street to hail a taxi, or strolling around and looking for an empty one. Otherwise, wasting time waiting for a taxi is not worthwhile.

Facilities: The hotel is very new and the overall facilities are very good, except for the shower door, which is not very waterproof and leaks outside after taking a shower. Hygiene: Very good Environment: Located in the new city area, there are many restaurants around and it is also convenient to go to the mall. It is a 15-minute drive from the old city and a 10-minute drive from the Majorelle Gardens Service: The hotel staff is very enthusiastic, free parking is provided, and the security is also very responsible.

It was good for the price. Great location in Gueliz, very close to the shopping centre etc and easy to get to the medina either via bus or walking. There was a bit of an inconsistency with breakfast. It’s bought over to you on a tray rather being a buffet. You’re not asked what you would like, it’s more of a get what you’re given sort of thing. Several times people I heard people being offered a pancake or given bread etc on other tables and I wasn’t. However, the pastries were really nice. I went to sit outside by the pool on one occasion while waiting for my airport transfer, there were a total of 3 sun loungers but lots of tables for people coming in to eat at restaurant. Some men came in and sat at the tables, ordered a drink and were smoking; it’s not a massive area so it’s all you could smell and breathe in. The pool area is mostly in the shade. The staff were very friendly and I was allowed to check in early. As a solo traveller was given a twin room rather than a double which was shown on the pictures when I booked as a ‘single’ room. It was fine though. The air-con works well, the beds are comfy and it was quiet. I LOVED Marrakech!

The hotel reception girl unhelpful.when I booked hotel I did special request early check in 10 days ago the hotel didn't reply me any messages,this is unreasonable service.i do understand some times can't do early checking but if the hotel told I can arrange another hotel and last when I arrived hotel reception one lady front of complaint for room bath top is broken toilet door can't lock.I realized the give me same room,keep me after 3 hours waiting.😡😡😡😡😡 this I can give review for un response.

It’s good place

Great location for budget travellers: not far from the train station (walkable distance), safe and lively neighborhood without the Medina chaos, bus stop for several lines to the Medina (4 DH one ride), large Carrefour supermarket nearby, several tour agencies with cheaper than Internet prices. The room is spacious and simple, clean bathroom and bed. Just accept that the hotel is old, and you will be alright

The Wi-Fi is poor, constantly dropping out, and there's no kettle or fridge in the room, which is certainly inconvenient in the heat. However, the location is good, the bed is comfortable, and the pool area is beautiful. I was lucky; there were almost no other guests, and the restaurant staff was very kind and provided hot water and dishes. There's no laundry! I'm not sure where this information came from, but there is a paid laundry literally 100 meters from the hotel.
