The spacious primary has an extra sitting room with a treadmill, office space and reading nook with room to set up a pack n' play if you need to keep your little one close. The upstairs family room boasts a double-sided fireplace, shared with the sunroom - a perfect spot for morning coffee. The dining room table seats 8, with an additional 4 seats in the kitchen and 2 at the bar. A folding table and 4 chairs are also available in the lower-level storage room.LOWER LEVELHeading downstairs, is the second of the two large family rooms, this one providing guests with an 86-inch tv, perfect for movie nights. The main level features a large living room with a comfortable sectional couch, electric fireplace, 55” smart TV, kitchen, balcony with seating, large 10-seat dining table for family dinners and game nights, and 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, 43” smart TV, dresser, office desk, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom. Additional bedrooms include queen beds, dressers, and brand new 43” smart TVs.The lower level features 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, and a family room with a ping-pong table, 50” smart tv, dining table set, full-size washer/dryer, microwave, and giant bean bag. The garage features a pool table and an electric fireplace.There are 3 full bathrooms with shower/tub combos, one is in the primary bedroom and two are split between upstairs and downstairs common areas. Body towels, hand towels, bathmats, and hairdryers are provided.The patio is accessible from the family room on the lower level and comes complete with patio furniture for outdoor lounging, a gas grill, and a 4-person hot tub.There is plenty of parking in front of the house (2 cars), side patio driveway (4-5 cars), or even in the resort. PETS: Pets are NOT allowed. There are many rentals that allow pets. If you are unable to leave your pet at home, another rental would be best. If there is loose garbage &/or trash within the trash bin, a surcharge fee of $35 will be charged to the guest. 14. CHECK-OUT: Late check-outs cannot be accommodated due to the time conflicts of our cleaners servicing many other properties. If determined that check-out is after 10:00am, a surcharge of $70 will be charged to the guest for every hour after 10:00am that check-out does not occur.15: NOISE: Noise that is unreasonable in the judgement of MPOA or its designated agent is prohibited at any time.
