This is my second time staying here. The room is spacious enough, very quiet, and the bedding is comfortable. The cleanliness, however, is just so-so; the bath towels had noticeable black stains. On the first day, I ate takeout at the dining table, and when I returned the next evening, I found the oil stains were still there. The cleaning staff is not very thorough. Parking is $50 a night. This was the most pleasant surprise of our Australia trip! The hotel's location is fantastic, with shopping and transport links right next door. The breakfast offers incredible value for money, and the room size was decent. They even provide a pillow menu with different types to choose from, and a Nespresso machine with good quality capsules – miles better than the Pan Pacific! The staff were very welcoming and even spoke Chinese. The steakhouse and Italian restaurant nearby are both excellent. It's a shame we only stayed one night.
Oh, and a quick note on the hotel's pre-authorization: the refund was processed instantly. Hotels in other cities and the Pan Pacific I stayed at before still hadn't refunded me even after I'd returned home.FromKRW 189,693

We stayed as a family with a 2year old. I wouldn't consider this a 5 star, perhaps more of a 4 star.
When we arrived late at night, tired from a long drive, there was no bell boy to assist us with luggage direct to room, and esp with a kid in tow it was difficult. However one of our bags broke and the staff did help us get a bag from their store.
Also no toothbrush was provided upon check in day and we found out next day only that it has to be requested, seriously, this is a very basic necessity to have at least for 1st day.
The decor was intended to be classy but we found it a tad bit dark.
The worst part was the bed was way too soft and sunk in, I had a backache the next days. :(
On a positive note the bath tub was huge, toilet was spacious with 2 sinks! My kid enjoyed the bath tub. Also they did prepare the cot in the room when we arrived and I was very pleased.
The next day I asked for high chair and it was timely placed at our room when we got back. Overall the staff were responsive.
Also the breakfast was Ala carte, not buffet, but it was nicely cooked - however they did not offer a kids menu.
The location is close to cbd shopping but do take note parking at hay street has day charges/hourly charges which you should factor to the value of your stay. Most shops closes early around 5pm by the time we got back from our day trips.
Overall this hotel was more for couples or business stay and not so kid/family friendl, but that's just my opinion!FromKRW 250,658

I would like to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent booking experience. The information provided on your platform regarding the room was inaccurate and misleading. The listing included a photograph and description of a room with a balcony, which was the primary reason I made the reservation, as I specifically require a well-ventilated space.
However, upon arrival at the hotel, I was informed that the room shown in the photos was not the one I had booked and that they were unable to provide a similar room or offer any solution. I should note that the receptionist was very polite, genuinely concerned about the situation, and did everything within her power, but she confirmed that no other rooms were available and nothing could be changed on their side. Despite her professionalism, the fact remains that I received a completely different room with no balcony and none of the features I expected.
Additionally, the hotel charged a security deposit at check-in and confirmed that it had been refunded. However, I still have not received the funds back more than a month later, which is unacceptable and has only added to the negative experience.

It's also not far from Chinatown, about a 15-minute walk. The hotel rooms are well-equipped, and our room offered lovely views of the river and the surrounding area. Both the bedding and the toiletries, including bath towels, were excellent and generously replenished each day. We especially appreciated the unlimited bottled water, which was a huge plus for us as we drink a lot of water. The bathroom even had a spacious clothes rack, perfect for hanging several items. I got checked in hassle free by Joanne from front office even though I arrived a bit early they took note of my request as I was travelling and had a 10 hr trip. The breakfast was ok though a bit pricey nothing extraordinary one can definitely go outside for more options as the location is quite strategic. Parking should be considered to be free especially on weekends where it’s free in parking areas. Jervis,Alex and Andrea from concierge were all polite and friendly. Highly recommend.
1. **Excellent Location:** Situated in the CBD, right next to the Westin Hotel, making it incredibly convenient to get around. There's a Red Cat Bus stop nearby, and the pedestrian street is also within easy walking distance, as are many other attractions.
2. **Parking:** I didn't drive, but there's a large parking lot next to the hotel, which would be very convenient for those who do.
3. **Spacious Rooms:** I stayed near the pedestrian street for the first two nights, and that hotel was small and expensive. In comparison, for the same price, the rooms here are much larger, and the service is good. The convenience is about the same, so I'd recommend this hotel more.
4. **Minor Issues:** The toilet flush sound insulation could be better; the flushing from the next room early in the morning did disturb my sleep. However, overall, it's not a major issue. Guests generally seem quiet, and I didn't encounter any noisy neighbors in the middle of the night.
5. **Amenities:** There's a refrigerator, which is very convenient for storing milk, fruit, and yogurt for breakfast and dinner.
6. **Tour Pick-up:** When staying here, most day tours offer doorstep pick-up, which saved a lot of hassle compared to taking a taxi to a meeting point.

Excellent location. Nearer to Red CAT Bus stop (King's Street) around 94m from hotel. The hotel also walking distance to Perth Underground Station (290m) and Perth Station (650m). I arrive early around 8am and got early check in when register to Accor membership. I instantly can get into the room after check in process including paying deposit (bond). I stay for 3 night and if we pay using credit or debit card, we can just paid AUD 300, but i and my friend choose to pay in cash, so we paid AUD 500 and its return when we check out before 11am. Nearer to the hotel also got city kebab.
The Cons : The hotel did not provide toothbrush since they practice reduction of plastics. Night club also located in front of the hotel. Very spacious rooms, almost too spacious given the design features, unless one plans to entertain, and limitations in practical design—the one small table in my room was nearly three meters from a power outlet, making it a burden to keep a computer charged. I had an oddly unhelpful exchange with the concierge before arrival (as if I didn’t know how to use Google) and little subsequent support. On the pro side, the room was spotless and truly refreshed twice a day, and the breakfast was quite generous, the quality excellent. Indeed the restaurants were the real highlight—the beetroot risotto was wonderfully rich and flavorful, sweetness tempered by a generous addition of parmigiana. It's right opposite luxury boutiques, in a very central CBD area, making getting around incredibly convenient! We booked a family room, and the sofa converts into a bed. The kitchen was well-equipped with pots and pans, so we could easily prepare some simple meals. Upon check-in, we received three complimentary bottles of water. We asked for three more later, and even though the front desk mentioned only three were free, they still provided them, which showed their very warm and helpful service. You can also ask them for a map of the free CAT (bus) routes in the city center – we used it a few times and found it really convenient. This hotel is right next to a golf course, and the view from the window is breathtaking. What makes it even more special is seeing dozens of kangaroos freely roaming around the golf course and the vineyard garden. They're so relaxed and not at all afraid of guests, which is quite a sight in itself. The hotel even organizes a paid half-day kangaroo tour on the golf course. The room was spacious and very clean, though I was a bit disappointed it didn't have a bathtub. There was a faint musty smell in the room that even running the air conditioning all night couldn't get rid of, so those sensitive to smells might want to consider other options. The checkout process was quite a letdown, though. It took nearly fifteen minutes because they send someone to inspect the minibar consumption, which was a huge waste of time. We stayed for 4 nights and overall the hotel felt more like a 3-star rather than a 4-star. During our stay, we ran out of soap and i asked three times, no one came to replace it until I personally asked the cleaner for a refill.
Our first room also had a cracked toilet seat with rough edges that actually scratched us, so we requested a room change.
In the second room, the room phone was not working, we went out for the day expecting it to be fixed, but nothing was done by the time we check out the hotel.
To be fair, the location is convenient and the staff are friendly, but the experience and maintenance standards did not reflect a 4-star rating. With improvements in housekeeping responsiveness and room upkeep, this hotel could offer a much better stay.FromKRW 171,491

Fantastic location. For me, it was perfect as I was looking to hit some bars and have a relaxed night out in the city. The hotel is conveniently located right next to Perth Metro Station. Plus, there are great bars nearby, such as Belgian Beer Cafe, The Generous Squire, Royal Perth, and Durty Nelly's, to name a few. You'll find plenty of food options, clubs, shopping, and pretty much anything else you could ask for. The room was clean and larger than anticipated, equipped with most of the necessary amenities. Had a wonderful stay at this property.
The location is in the city center, convinient for travel, surrounded by pedestrian street and the city hall.
The decor was amazed, the fasiliticies were execellent.
Room comfortable, food and drink for breakfast many varieties with so beautiful restoran decor.
It is a good choice for Perth travel.
But, we must call housekeeping just to ask for water and handuk, everyday for 4 days during we stay!!!...
I dont know why, because i set stay for 4 adult when booked.

Super hotel in a great location. I had a standard room which, altho a little small, was perfectly fine as I was travelling alone.
Great products in the bathroom, a shower that actually had the knob to one side of the shower head so you could set the temp before stepping in!
Super clean everywhere, friendly, polite and helpful staff.
Rooftop bar was great - good food and cocktails and a fair price for a hotel bar.
Great location very close to Elizabeth Quay and 5 mins walk to main shopping streets.
Would definitely stay again.

Efficient and friendly check-in process. We received a complimentary upgrade to a premium 2 bed apartment, which was very much appreciated. Our group of four women were staying in the city for a concert, the additional bathroom was wonderful.
Comfortable beds and all the requirements we needed.

I really liked the apartment; it has everything for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well-equipped, with a dishwasher and oven. The washer and dryer are also a plus. It's very cozy and bright. However, the TVs are really old, only the TV, and the key card is constantly stuck. This is annoying in the elevator because you have to constantly insert it; it would be easier to just tap it. Sometimes the staff ignored my requests and didn't bring me what I wanted. The nearest store is at least a 15-minute walk away. It's a bit confusing at first, but after a few days you get used to it.
