I was very satisfied with the location's convenience. It's very close to the station and city center, also the Rottnest Island ferry is only about a ten-minute walk away. The front desk staff were also very friendly. On my first day, they probably saw I arrived early and was tired, so they arranged a room for me early. However, perhaps because the hotel itself is a bit old, there were some stains in the room, and the curtains weren't fully closed. I need to confirm the room's condition with the hotel to avoid being held responsible. But the bathroom was very clean, and I liked the shampoo and body wash very much. The room was also cleaned very well every day! The only thing that bothered me was the environment near the hotel. On my first day, I saw homeless people, which made me a little uneasy. Maybe can improve the appearance of the hotel to make guests feel more at ease.From€85

I got checked in hassle free by Joanne from front office even though I arrived a bit early they took note of my request as I was travelling and had a 10 hr trip. The breakfast was ok though a bit pricey nothing extraordinary one can definitely go outside for more options as the location is quite strategic. Parking should be considered to be free especially on weekends where it’s free in parking areas. Jervis,Alex and Andrea from concierge were all polite and friendly. Rada from housekeeping took care of my room and was friendly and professional. I will still stay and recommend the hotel overall the stay was very good and the hotel staff were quite knowledgeable and had impressive customer service.From€119

Every time I visit Perth for a business trip, I choose to stay here. The hotel facilities and services are of high quality, the environment is very clean, and the front desk staff are exceptionally friendly. From the window, you can admire the Swan River, and it's easy to go downstairs for a walk along its banks. The breakfast spread is fantastic, and there's a great bar at the pier downstairs. It's also super convenient for a city walk. The bar on the 18th floor has an amazing design; you can enjoy it indoors on rainy days and outdoors on sunny days, sipping drinks while taking in panoramic views of the Swan River from above – it's truly wonderful. Highly recommend.
1. **Excellent Location:** Situated in the CBD, right next to the Westin Hotel, making it incredibly convenient to get around. There's a Red Cat Bus stop nearby, and the pedestrian street is also within easy walking distance, as are many other attractions.
2. **Parking:** I didn't drive, but there's a large parking lot next to the hotel, which would be very convenient for those who do.
3. **Spacious Rooms:** I stayed near the pedestrian street for the first two nights, and that hotel was small and expensive. In comparison, for the same price, the rooms here are much larger, and the service is good. The convenience is about the same, so I'd recommend this hotel more.
4. **Minor Issues:** The toilet flush sound insulation could be better; the flushing from the next room early in the morning did disturb my sleep. However, overall, it's not a major issue. Guests generally seem quiet, and I didn't encounter any noisy neighbors in the middle of the night.
5. **Amenities:** There's a refrigerator, which is very convenient for storing milk, fruit, and yogurt for breakfast and dinner.
6. **Tour Pick-up:** When staying here, most day tours offer doorstep pick-up, which saved a lot of hassle compared to taking a taxi to a meeting point.

Excellent location. Nearer to Red CAT Bus stop (King's Street) around 94m from hotel. The hotel also walking distance to Perth Underground Station (290m) and Perth Station (650m). I arrive early around 8am and got early check in when register to Accor membership. I instantly can get into the room after check in process including paying deposit (bond). I stay for 3 night and if we pay using credit or debit card, we can just paid AUD 300, but i and my friend choose to pay in cash, so we paid AUD 500 and its return when we check out before 11am. Nearer to the hotel also got city kebab.
The Cons : The hotel did not provide toothbrush since they practice reduction of plastics. Night club also located in front of the hotel. If your room face the main road, you will hear noise from the night club in weekend, but not too noisy until you can't sleep. I and my friend sleep comfortably.From€113

The room is clean and has complete facilities (basically the same configuration as domestic hotels). Other 5-star hotels in Australia are not as complete as others. It's just that the door of this hotel cannot be seen from the outside, you have to walk in. I ordered a taxi online. The hotel was in a good location. Very spacious rooms, almost too spacious given the design features, unless one plans to entertain, and limitations in practical design—the one small table in my room was nearly three meters from a power outlet, making it a burden to keep a computer charged. I had an oddly unhelpful exchange with the concierge before arrival (as if I didn’t know how to use Google) and little subsequent support. On the pro side, the room was spotless and truly refreshed twice a day, and the breakfast was quite generous, the quality excellent. Indeed the restaurants were the real highlight—the beetroot risotto was wonderfully rich and flavorful, sweetness tempered by a generous addition of parmigiana. It's right opposite luxury boutiques, in a very central CBD area, making getting around incredibly convenient! We booked a family room, and the sofa converts into a bed. The kitchen was well-equipped with pots and pans, so we could easily prepare some simple meals. Upon check-in, we received three complimentary bottles of water. We asked for three more later, and even though the front desk mentioned only three were free, they still provided them, which showed their very warm and helpful service. You can also ask them for a map of the free CAT (bus) routes in the city center – we used it a few times and found it really convenient. (Just a note: housekeeping isn't provided during your stay, but you can request them to empty the trash.)From€107

What makes it even more special is seeing dozens of kangaroos freely roaming around the golf course and the vineyard garden. They're so relaxed and not at all afraid of guests, which is quite a sight in itself. The hotel even organizes a paid half-day kangaroo tour on the golf course. The room was spacious and very clean, though I was a bit disappointed it didn't have a bathtub. There was a faint musty smell in the room that even running the air conditioning all night couldn't get rid of, so those sensitive to smells might want to consider other options. The checkout process was quite a letdown, though. It took nearly fifteen minutes because they send someone to inspect the minibar consumption, which was a huge waste of time. We stayed for 4 nights and overall the hotel felt more like a 3-star rather than a 4-star. During our stay, we ran out of soap and i asked three times, no one came to replace it until I personally asked the cleaner for a refill.
Our first room also had a cracked toilet seat with rough edges that actually scratched us, so we requested a room change.
In the second room, the room phone was not working, we went out for the day expecting it to be fixed, but nothing was done by the time we check out the hotel.
To be fair, the location is convenient and the staff are friendly, but the experience and maintenance standards did not reflect a 4-star rating. With improvements in housekeeping responsiveness and room upkeep, this hotel could offer a much better stay.From€98

Fantastic location. For me, it was perfect as I was looking to hit some bars and have a relaxed night out in the city. The hotel is conveniently located right next to Perth Metro Station. Plus, there are great bars nearby, such as Belgian Beer Cafe, The Generous Squire, Royal Perth, and Durty Nelly's, to name a few. You'll find plenty of food options, clubs, shopping, and pretty much anything else you could ask for. The room was clean and larger than anticipated, equipped with most of the necessary amenities. However, our view was unfortunately just a blank wall, so there wasn't much to look at. Despite that, it was still quite good overall.From€99

Had a wonderful stay at this property.
The location is in the city center, convinient for travel, surrounded by pedestrian street and the city hall.
The decor was amazed, the fasiliticies were execellent.
Room comfortable, food and drink for breakfast many varieties with so beautiful restoran decor.
It is a good choice for Perth travel.
But, we must call housekeeping just to ask for water and handuk, everyday for 4 days during we stay!!!...
I dont know why, because i set stay for 4 adult when booked.
Yess, sure, we will back and stay here again when we travel to Perth.From€113

Super hotel in a great location. I had a standard room which, altho a little small, was perfectly fine as I was travelling alone.
Great products in the bathroom, a shower that actually had the knob to one side of the shower head so you could set the temp before stepping in!
Super clean everywhere, friendly, polite and helpful staff.
Rooftop bar was great - good food and cocktails and a fair price for a hotel bar.
Great location very close to Elizabeth Quay and 5 mins walk to main shopping streets.
Would definitely stay again.
Only negative was that the coffee machine was underneath a shelf that was at head height, so I hit my forehead on it!From€113

Efficient and friendly check-in process. We received a complimentary upgrade to a premium 2 bed apartment, which was very much appreciated. Our group of four women were staying in the city for a concert, the additional bathroom was wonderful.
Comfortable beds and all the requirements we needed.
Car park requires some good driving skills as it's very cramped. Rubbish in the basement parking is an eyesore. Central location is perfectFrom€113

I really liked the apartment; it has everything for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well-equipped, with a dishwasher and oven. The washer and dryer are also a plus. It's very cozy and bright. However, the TVs are really old, only the TV, and the key card is constantly stuck. This is annoying in the elevator because you have to constantly insert it; it would be easier to just tap it. Sometimes the staff ignored my requests and didn't bring me what I wanted. The nearest store is at least a 15-minute walk away. It's a bit confusing at first, but after a few days you get used to it. Overall, I'm happy with my stay.From€97
