The room was clean, and the family room we booked was quite spacious, with a fridge and microwave, which made it super convenient to heat up takeout. The area around the hotel is packed with all sorts of specialty restaurants, mostly Asian ones. You'll find Vietnamese, Indian, Malaysian, Japanese, Korean, and even Chinese restaurants – basically everything! Right next door to the hotel, there's also a massive Asian supermarket, run by a ********* owner, and it's incredibly well-stocked. Grabbing some instant meals from there can definitely save you money on dining out. The sky in South Australia is always so clear and blue, but the UV is really strong. Luckily, the room had those solid blackout curtains that created a perfect environment for a good night's sleep. Staying at this hotel was just incredibly convenient for eating and shopping.

This is my second time staying here. The room is spacious enough, very quiet, and the bedding is comfortable. The cleanliness, however, is just so-so; the bath towels had noticeable black stains. On the first day, I ate takeout at the dining table, and when I returned the next evening, I found the oil stains were still there. The cleaning staff is not very thorough. Parking is $50 a night. Overall, it's great value for money. It's a 5-minute walk to the city, and there's a newly opened Mr. King Beef Noodle nearby which is pretty good.

The only downside of the family room was having just one bathroom, which made getting ready for four people quite a long process. The air conditioning in the room was noisy and affected my sleep quality to some extent. On the positive side, the location is excellent, making it very convenient to get around. There are supermarkets and convenience stores nearby, and you can walk to attractions in the city center. Plus, there's a bus stop about 200 meters from the hotel with a direct bus to Perth University.

The hotel is worth any penny spent. The rooms are designed to soothe those with physicsl and or psychological ailments with the tea infusions that have sprained in the room. There is a big barth tub, no expenses sre measured when it comes to pleasing customers. The bath tub was comfortable and th3 affirmations around the room made it a really comfortable stay. Excellent panaromic views of Perth Cbd directly in front and if you look further out the window there is urban regentrified Northbridge. The gym is very comfortable. It compensated for the lack of swimming pool. Othereise, the amneitirs in the room, the design palacated me enough to enjoy my stay.

The environment is top-notch: The public areas and overall decor are very stylish, creating a relaxed atmosphere perfect for photos. The hygiene is excellent: The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was fresh, and there were no unpleasant odors, making for a very comfortable stay. Front desk service was average: The staff at check-in were a bit cold and didn't offer greetings or explanations proactively. It was pretty much a 'self-service' experience. If you prioritize hardware and hygiene, you can book this place without hesitation. However, if you highly value service experience, you might be a little disappointed.

The room is spacious. The decor doesn't quite feel like a Ritz, but it definitely has an Edition vibe, which I actually quite like with its natural wood style. The location is excellent, with many restaurants nearby and even a delicious ice cream shop right outside. The Chinese staff are all very enthusiastic, especially a young Chinese waitress at the bar who was very pleasant and knowledgeable about wine. The only minor letdown was the hotel's '***** new year' decoration, which clearly wasn't for Chinese New Year. I've been to many small towns on this trip, and even a small restaurant in Kalbarri had 'CNY' written up! It made me wonder if Korean management has taken over the hotel.

Hi I was well impressed with the room i had 316 👌💯❤️ The room was spacious, smart tv which was appreciated! The bathroom was great , the shower was amazing, everything was provided and wasnt a thing left out, as all was there in the room ready to go and use. I went down and asked for another blanket and reception was great about, as i was very grateful for! 🙏 Location was brillant! The history of the building itself, i was very lucky and felt privilledged being able to stay in a heritage listed building with so much history behind it and well if the walls could talk , and just the architure for its time and well absolutely stunning 👌💯❤️😊 I had very good night sleep, and was very pleased with my stay and was very happy. And appreciated that it was at a price a night that do able , and tbat didbt hurt the wallet too much. I am writing this to warn other travelers about a major security and privacy failure we experienced at Duxton Hotel WA. Upon returning to our room at 8:55 PM, we were shocked to find our room door fully open and propped up with a wooden door wedge. Our room was located near the elevator, meaning our personal belongings and privacy were completely exposed to every passerby for nearly 5 hours (housekeeping finished at 4:30 PM). The most disappointing part was the management's response. They admitted the mistake but refused a refund, justifying it by saying ”CCTV showed no one entered” and ”nothing was stolen.” This logic is absurd. Security is about prevention, not just reporting after a crime occurs. Whether or not someone entered is a matter of LUCK, but leaving the door open was a total failure of their ”Duty of Care.” They offered a bottle of wine and breakfast, which we declined as it felt like a dismissive gesture for such a serious security issue. If you value your privacy and safety, think twice before staying here. A 5-star hotel should not have a 0-star security protocol.

We had a wonderful stay at the Parmelia Hilton. The hotel was very clean, modern, and located right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore everything nearby. The heated pool was well maintained and perfect for relaxing. The staff and reception team were incredibly welcoming and generous. We stayed here to celebrate our anniversary, and they kindly surprised us with complimentary wine, which made our stay even more special. We also enjoyed dining at Samuel’s Restaurant. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of fresh and healthy options, and everything was delicious. Overall, it was a luxurious and memorable stay. We would definitely recommend the Parmelia Hilton and look forward to staying again.

Location was fantastic. Walkable to everything. Parking at cop terrace was cheap and accessible. Some night staff weren't friendly. But some in the mornings and day were very helpful and friendly. Room cleaning done everyday on time but very very average. No bidet in toilets could be improved. Otherwise the walls are also terribly sound proofed. Every conversation in the next room can be heard.

The location is fantastic. While Perth city has free buses, Perth Station and Elizabeth Quay are both within walking distance. There's a kitchenette, but no stovetop. It had a sink, toaster, electric kettle, and microwave, along with plates, cutlery, and silicone cooking utensils. Laundry facilities are on the 2nd and 6th floors. On the 2nd floor, there was one washer and one dryer. It took a while to do laundry, but we were able to wash our clothes whenever we needed to, and they provided detergent, which was very helpful. The only downside is that there's no housekeeping on public holidays and weekends. You can get fresh towels at reception, but we happened to stay over a long weekend, and our trash and dirty towels piled up. The bathroom had noticeable mold, but otherwise, I'd say the place was clean. Hearing that hotels in Perth are generally expensive, I thought this one was pretty good value for money.

However, you must be aware they do not have employees at the area for 24hrs, therefore if you plan to check-in late like us, you must arrange in advance.

After an early morning flight, I arrived quite early, intending to just drop off my luggage, but to my surprise, I was able to check in directly and go straight to my room to rest. The hotel is very quiet, and the room is large and clean. The studio comes with a small kitchen and a washing machine, which is fantastic for the price. There's a small supermarket downstairs for convenient shopping, and a bus stop right outside the entrance. It's only a 10-20 minute bus ride to the ferry terminal.

We enjoyed our stay. Check in was easy and quick. Front office staff were very helpful. Undercover parking was easy to navigate. Our room was spacious and clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom looked newly renovated. One thing that confused us was the light switch for the living room and bathroom was by the entry door. So you had to walk to the front door to turn the light on and off then walk into the bathroom. Very inconvenient. Plus there was no exractor fan for the shower so it got very steamy in there. Mirror and shower screen all fogged up. Poor design. We had a great view of the ocean. The pool area and front entry are being renovated but that didn't not inconvenience us. When the pool is completed the view from the window will be beautiful

Had a wonderful stay at Hyde Perth during our Perth trip. The service truly stood out from the moment we arrived. We reached at around 5am on 23 May, and the Night Duty Manager went above and beyond to help recommend a temporary accommodation for us at a nearby hotel while waiting for our room to be ready later in the day. It was a thoughtful gesture that really helped us rest after a long flight. He was also incredibly reassuring and helpful when our parcels were delayed, offering to assist with arranging shipment to our preferred address and easing a lot of our worries. The reception staffs were always warm, friendly, and approachable whenever we had questions, and housekeeping was attentive to all our requests throughout the stay. The room itself was spacious, lovely, and thoughtfully designed. We especially enjoyed the aesthetic of the hotel, and our room gave us a beautiful view of the sunrise every morning which made the stay feel even more relaxing. The location was another huge plus — conveniently situated within a short walk to the train station and nearby malls, making it very easy to get around Perth. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant experience, and I would definitely stay at Hyde again the next time I return to Perth.

The television in the room did not work it would turn on but had no reception,we had multiple technicicians enter our room late at night it wasn't until after midnight a technician realized it was the wrong remote control after leaving and returning again and it was finally resolved only to realise the Tv does not have access to netflix or streaming tv. This was a disappointment to our anniversary treat stay at crown, was expecting a more relaxing stay without the hours of disruption of multiple technicicians working in our room at midnight to turn on the television. When the desk staff enquired how was our stay, they seemed oblivious but not overly concerned or genuinely apologetic about the interruption to our stay. It was a shame as the hotel and Crown complex is an impressive location that I have I had the prestigious honour to contribute to the construction and maintenance of the stone and tile installation, dating back to the original buswood build and ongoing upgrades to presidential suites over the years and even the more recently upgraded Crowns construction including their presidential and other exclusive areas. So this was a rare opportunity to experience first hand the exclusive facilities I contributed to. The finished product was a treat to see up close for where our stay allowed us limited access to, I would love to be able to afford to access some of the exclusive areas I had responsibility for parts of prestigious projects there that I hoped to one day witness even if it was on special events like my anniversary, but I don't think even on rare occasion that the local experience is worth the expense might look to Bali resorts still for value and quality of an all inclusive hotel experience stay.

This trip to Perth, I stayed in three hotels in total, and this one for 5 days was my favorite and offered the best value for money. The room wasn't huge, but it felt spacious. The staff were very polite. Initially, I thought they only provided two bottles of water daily, but then I found a card in the bathroom stating that guests could refill water on the first floor! We just didn't notice it earlier. There are many delicious and affordable restaurants nearby, and some beautiful buildings too. Plus, the free Red Cat bus to the city center is conveniently close. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

The hotel is very nice but unfortunately I was in a room that was extremely close to a very loud night club/venue. This only went quiet around midnight on a Sunday. I was offered a change of room late in the evening - at 11pm - but that was both impractical and largely pointless by that stage. Note that small rooms - at least - don't include a fridge or any coffee/tea making facilities. The dining room covers this to some extent.

However placement of certain things where missing, only one hook to hang towel and clothes inside bathroom and no seat near door to sit and put on shoes. Other then hangers no area to hang clothes. So outside coats/jackets and inside clothes needed to be hung together. Overall great for short stay and will definitely be booking again if coming to Perth.

They admitted the mistake but refused a refund, justifying it by saying ”CCTV showed no one entered” and ”nothing was stolen.” This logic is absurd. Security is about prevention, not just reporting after a crime occurs. Whether or not someone entered is a matter of LUCK, but leaving the door open was a total failure of their ”Duty of Care.” They offered a bottle of wine and breakfast, which we declined as it felt like a dismissive gesture for such a serious security issue. If you value your privacy and safety, think twice before staying here. A 5-star hotel should not have a 0-star security protocol.

The hotel is very nice but unfortunately I was in a room that was extremely close to a very loud night club/venue. This only went quiet around midnight on a Sunday. I was offered a change of room late in the evening - at 11pm - but that was both impractical and largely pointless by that stage. Note that small rooms - at least - don't include a fridge or any coffee/tea making facilities. The dining room covers this to some extent.

The room was clean, and the family room we booked was quite spacious, with a fridge and microwave, which made it super convenient to heat up takeout. The area around the hotel is packed with all sorts of specialty restaurants, mostly Asian ones. You'll find Vietnamese, Indian, Malaysian, Japanese, Korean, and even Chinese restaurants – basically everything! Right next door to the hotel, there's also a massive Asian supermarket, run by a ********* owner, and it's incredibly well-stocked. Grabbing some instant meals from there can definitely save you money on dining out. The sky in South Australia is always so clear and blue, but the UV is really strong. Luckily, the room had those solid blackout curtains that created a perfect environment for a good night's sleep. Staying at this hotel was just incredibly convenient for eating and shopping.

A great hotel - we had a massive room with 2 bedrooms (double bed and a single), fridge and lots of space. It was in a really central location.  We were given lots of tea, coffee and water and a complimentary drink in the pub downstairs. We also had dinner there and it was delicious.  The checking in process was smooth, friendly and professional - they kept our bags till checkin and checkout was easy too. Would definitely stay again.  There was a little noise from the bar below but didn’t disturb us and earplugs are provided.

The environment is top-notch: The public areas and overall decor are very stylish, creating a relaxed atmosphere perfect for photos. The hygiene is excellent: The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was fresh, and there were no unpleasant odors, making for a very comfortable stay. Front desk service was average: The staff at check-in were a bit cold and didn't offer greetings or explanations proactively. It was pretty much a 'self-service' experience. If you prioritize hardware and hygiene, you can book this place without hesitation. However, if you highly value service experience, you might be a little disappointed.

The service was consistently attentive and professional, and any requests were handled quickly — definitely the highlight of this hotel. The location is excellent and ideal for exploring the area. Nothing to complain about in this regard. Cleanliness was good, but when it comes to facilities and comfort, it’s clear that the rooms are in need of renovation. Some furniture and fittings feel dated, which slightly affects the overall impression. Comfort is therefore more on an average level. After an early morning flight, I arrived quite early, intending to just drop off my luggage, but to my surprise, I was able to check in directly and go straight to my room to rest. The hotel is very quiet, and the room is large and clean. The studio comes with a small kitchen and a washing machine, which is fantastic for the price. There's a small supermarket downstairs for convenient shopping, and a bus stop right outside the entrance. It's only a 10-20 minute bus ride to the ferry terminal.

Place is old, and somewhat outdated, and u do hear the traffic from the freeway. But, for the cost for the night, which was $120, overall, it was good value for money. When I first arrived, as it was after hours, I dealt with the caretaker, who was friendly, and also helped me get into my room, cos I was having trouble with the door lock, which was my fault! I didn't use the kitchen facilities, except the fridge, but kitchen was equipped with enough items to be able to cook a meal easily. Bathroom was good, with shower over bath, (and big size bath too), so with not having a bath at home, I soaked for ages! I was informed before arrival, that only mini soap and toilet paper was provided, so I knew to bring body wash, hair conditioner, and other toiletries. Bed was comfy, and bedroom is quite large. TV maybe a little small, but the room had a couple of cupboards, and some hangers for clothes. Place was fairly clean, keeping in mind that it is an older property. Check out was easy, and I was met by a friendly receptionist behind the desk. I would definately stay again, if the price was as good, I'd just bring some earplugs for sleep, cos of traffic noise, which is no fault of the apartments of course!

Hi I was well impressed with the room i had 316 👌💯❤️ The room was spacious, smart tv which was appreciated! The bathroom was great , the shower was amazing, everything was provided and wasnt a thing left out, as all was there in the room ready to go and use. I went down and asked for another blanket and reception was great about, as i was very grateful for! 🙏 Location was brillant! The history of the building itself, i was very lucky and felt privilledged being able to stay in a heritage listed building with so much history behind it and well if the walls could talk , and just the architure for its time and well absolutely stunning 👌💯❤️😊 I had very good night sleep, and was very pleased with my stay and was very happy. And appreciated that it was at a price a night that do able , and tbat didbt hurt the wallet too much. Was well impressed, and will definitley recommend to friends and family, and i will definitley being staying again and think it has and will become the place of choice of where to stay every time i.come to Perth in the.future and in time to come, and well a place which already felt like a home away from home ❤️ Once again, thankyou so much! 🥹❤️💯😊👌🙏 Thanks Kind Regards Tahnee Rai McGlew
