A lovely sun filled 70's style home with 3 large bedrooms, ensuite and main bathroom with a separate toilet on the top level. On the lower level, you will find a spacious 4th bedroom that sleeps 4 as well as a TV and plenty of games and books - a perfect hide away for the kids, plus a handy extra bathroom for those sandy feet.The cosy living area has beautiful raked timber ceilings and views from every window with amazing views of the bush and the lake. A 1 minute walk will find you at the lakes edge, and just a 5 minutes along the boardwalk into lovely village of Merimbula or 7 minutes to Sunnies coffee shop. It offers all you need for a few days vacation for family. It also faces directly to the lake and the view is just better then all other apartments. Rooms are clean. Cutlery and cookware are sufficient for all types of cooking. Encountered some small problems but the relaxing environment just made us feeling relax and enjoyed the stay.

The hotel is in a secluded place 10 minutes' drive from the town. It is very quiet and the scenery is pleasant. There are mountains, forests and bays. The hotel is decorated in a retro style. I saw kangaroos on the lawn. The pressure of the bath water is very high. After taking a bath Very refreshing. The whole environment of the hotel is very comfortable and suitable for vacation. If you have time, you can stay for a few more days. The only drawback is that there are a lot of mosquitoes in the room. My family killed more than 10 mosquitoes in one night. Can I put a mosquito killer lamp or mosquito killer device in the room? Everything else is perfect. Highly recommended! In addition, the reception staff were very warm and friendly.
