|11.35km from city centerI spent 2 nights here. When I first arrived, they gave me a free upgrade, which was nice. However, the location is very noisy. There is a lot of traffic noise. But is also a large construction site next door which had digging noises from sunrise to sunset every day. My room was ok, but the wifi signal was quite poor, and dropped often. On the 2nd day, I returned from dinner to find housekeeping cleaning my room after 7 pm, which is ridiculous. In their rush to finish, they forgot to replace the bath towels that they removed, and left their master keycard in my room. A half hour later, they were knocking on my door to retrieve the key card. This was a minor annoyance, more than anything. The issue that was not minor was how they treated me when I asked if they could print my departure COVID19 test result. At first they agreed, but the print out was extremely poor quality (it looked like a bad photo copy). When I requested that they try a different printer, they insisted that there wasn't one. When I asked where I could go to print myself, they called their manager. He agreed to print in his office (clearly the claim that there were no other printers in the hotel was a blatant lie). I waited in the lobby for the manager to return. After waiting 20 minutes I gave up, and returned to my room. Thirty minutes later they brought a good printing up to my room. This process should not have been so difficult. The bed was comfortable, the AC worked well. The underground parking garage was nice too. I doubt that I will return, when there are so many other options in Riyadh.

|11.7km from city centerI just checked in around 7:30 pm with a fully paid booking , the lady at the reception told me sorry we only have one room available and its (smoking) , i told her but i dont smoke , i dont mind as long as the room doesn’t smell like smoke if it does i will want to change it, she said ( even if you want to change it, it doesn’t matter because this is the only room available) . I went to the room cause I’m tired and it smells very bad , no windows or balcony. I called them and they sent someone with air freshener. So I’m literally forced to stay in this room with no other options and no curtesy or mindfulness of my preferences. Very bad experience from the first 5 minutes I stepped in the hotel.

My hotel room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very nice and clean and I am glad it came with a bath! The resting area where the swimming pool was, was a very relaxing area. The only negativity I would hold is that the wifi is not very reliable and it always cuts out. I had a business meeting in my hotel room. I was able to complete it but with difficulty. Luckily I had topped my phone up with data, so I was able to use that. The breakfasts are mediocre as the cuisine primarily caters Arabic cuisine and western choices are very scant. The food was nice enough though. Thank you very much once again for everything.

The gym albeit a little small for a hotel of the size is sufficient and the indoor pool lovely. Good location too. However, they lose a star as the hotel staff at front desk and concierge just didn't care. There was no smile on arrival or even any care that you had arrived. They all seemed very unhappy and demotivated. Even the team at breakfast weren't any better. There were three of us travelling on business, so three rooms, and at 5pm none of the rooms were ready, which seemed a little strange, so we went away for a few hours and came back.

Although the hotel is in a far down-town area, I booked it expecting a certain level of service and product from a hotel such as Four Points by Sheraton. Upon arrival, I was asked to pay the entire stay in full ahead of my stay, which I normally do and cover upon check-out. When asking why, I wasn’t given an answer. Later on that same day, I came back from a meeting only to find that all elevators are out of service, even the Servic elevator. Having my room on the 17th floor didn’t help, so like many other guests, I stayed waiting in the lobby till someone could fix it. After around 15 minutes, one elevator started working again, but when going up to my room, and trying to go back afterwards on my way to another meeting, the elevators were again not working. This time, I had to wait for 20 minutes until they started working. There was an electrical problem with the elevators during the 4 days I stayed there. As for food, it was poor, whether through room service or main restaurant. I sometimes got items that were different from what’s described in the menu, and other times dishes that were completely tasteless, in addition to the poor food presentation. The staff are friendly and helpful, but unfortunately the stay was a disappointment.

You get what you pay for. 100 GPB for two nights in a massive junior suite really isn't that bad. You get a comfortable bed, clean sheets, clean water in the bathroom. So the hotel is old, dated and the area is dirty. You're in Riyadh. There is trash everywhere in Riyadh. Yes, the hotel is in a dirty area, but they are in the process of redeveloping this area of Riyadh. Things will change for the better I think. Either way, it's not a bad hotel at all. It's not perfect, but if you complain about the little things, then go spend three times as much in a much ”nicer” hotel, and I guarantee you'll find things to complain about there as well. By the way, parking IS available, behind the hotel in a separate lot for 60 riyals per day.

If there was something good to say I think that going out of business would be the kindest thing. Everything is below any standard, but especially the service level of this hotel deserves the mention of being just horrible. Some daily picks: sound insulation is not available, non-smoking rooms are smelling of tobacco, A/C is making the loudest possible noise and the bedbugs are making attacks. Then you try to change rooms and the personnel inform that they will transfer the luggage to another room during a days absence and you arrive late in the evening just to notice that nothing has happened… On top of that when you get out of the shower naked a guy steps in with his luggage saying that he has a reservation for the same room.

As soon as I’d done so I remembered that booking.com had taken my full Payment at Point of booking even showing the receptionists my bank debit notice. The hotel said they had not received the money from booking.com and tried telling me that booking.com hadn’t taken my money. There was no apology or concern that they might be in the wrong at the hotel and they were rushing me through the check in process so I demanded time to call booking.com Fifteen minutes later booking.com confirmed they HaD taken full payment and that the hotel was wrong to take the money again. Booking.com said they would call the hotel while I stayed on line. I then watched something out of a Fawlty Towers sketch as the receptionist pretended he could only speak Arabic and he said “no speak English” when he’d been talking English to me for the previous ten minutes. Booking.com refunded me and the hotel blissfully oblivious to the fact I’m fuming !! Trust me! I will not be back here in a hurry. That’s atrocious customer service whenever in the world you are. I feel cheated, lied to and not one single apology from any of the men on the front desk tonight. You should be ashamed of yourselves and I certainly wouldn’t employ any one of you.

The hotel is small and team is friendly especially the Chef at breakfast. The breakfast buffet is small but They can whip up eggs as you like or serve you crepes or waffles as well. Wi-Fi is slow though so you may have problems in holding those video calls after hours. Staff is new and mostly cater to domestic tourists so some times struggle with what you say which you expect them to know in any other hotel. E.g: it took 4 ppl to understand that I am asking them to keep my bag with the concierge at the time of check out 🤣 All in all a good choice if you are looking for a place to stay near Granada business park

There are not many people in the hotel, but every time I want something to be delivered, the three adults are staying. As a result, there is only one pair of slippers in the room.
