Early check-in was from 9am, which was great for early morning flights.
It was in the heart of downtown, so it was great that you could walk to the NBA stadium.
Breakfast was included, but the selection was limited compared to a Japanese buffet.
However, there was a grill to toast bread, and fruit too, which was great.
The room was spacious and had two TVs, which was great.
The only disappointment was that on the day we stayed there, there were a lot of children staying for sports-related activities, so we could hear their footsteps from the surrounding rooms, which was annoying at night.From€83

The entrance to the parking lot is directly across the street from the Hyatt and the area can be hectic getting in or out.
I thought the overall room environment was clean and the mattress wasn't too depressed.
I look in the refrigerator and found a food tray on the very top shelf of the refrigerator.
Inside was some very old blueberry cheesecake. I toss it and then it began to smell.

The location is good and inside of the room look decent. Staff is nice. However, our king bed in standard king room is very firm. I am not able to sleep comfortably at night. Saw review on google with someone from the hotel saying that a soft topper can be requested. Asked staff for help and they did but there is none. Disappointed for a 4 star to have uncomfortable bed. Bed in 2 star is more comfortable and it is in standard king room as well. Most likely will never come back because the most important thing in staying at hotel is the comfort of the bed. Best hotel that we’ve been since traveling around! Great staff and super friendly. Love the breakfast being included as well! Very clean and amenities were provided upon request. One down side is the parking. Hawthorne parking was a good spot and it was easy access to the hotel through the skywalk however the price of it was ridiculous especially since it’s not an in and out. I would definitely stay here again but look more into a different parking lot to provide better access to moving your car around.From€79

Absolutely wonderful. I am super picky and my friends all stayed at other hotels in for a wedding. I was last minute and didn’t like what I had seen in the other hotels my friends were at so I walked down to check out this one and I was so happy I did! Love love love it. Clean and cozy and felt like an adults on the interior furnishings. Other hotels have cheap furniture and feel like dorm rooms. I was really have with this choice all the way around!!! The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were very chatty and gave us good service. Especially the two guys who worked the evening weekend shifts at the front desk. The location is close to the light rail station. It is convenient to commute and transfer. It is also close to the school. It is very convenient to visit the campus. There is a 7 corner coffee nearby. The service staff is friendly and the food is delicious. The room was not cleaned the morning after the fourth night. Very spacious and modern rooms, very cool design of public areas and rooms! Unfortunately, we had some difficulties communication with the hotel twice. First, we wanted to learn more about parking and hotel put us on 10 minutes hold and after that they did not pick up the call for more than an hour! Maybe they are busy, but still leaves an impression. Secondly, we called at the reception to ask about the places open for a beer or wine and they simply hang up on us twice. Moreover, there was something with the lock- we could not leave the room without asking for help outside. I’m glad we were not in the rush in the morning. Not sure why is that so haha! Booked a room to spend a night downtown for the holidays. Hotel is undergoing renovations. didn't have any construction activity or noise while there, but signs of it throughout the floors. our room was well sized, clean, with a comfortable bed. location is great for going to the theater, or target center.
entrance is weird. very nondescript and the doors are locked, even during the day at check-in. i've never once experienced that in any city anywhere else in the world. Plus the guy at the desk stepped away for at least 5 minutes so we had to wait in the car (Dec in MN is cold) until we could get buzzed in. i can understand locked after 10 (maybe 9) but at 3-4 pm is strange.
overall staff is very friendly.
no parking lot at hotel, but there's plenty of street parking if you're only staying a night. otherwise paid lots nearby.
you can skip breakfast, it's not worth waking up for. basically pre-packed food/drinks. not sure if that's normal or just because of the holidays.SOLD OUT

We stayed at the Four a Seasons for a quick weekend. They emailed in advance of our stay to see if we needed a car service, dinner reservations, and to gather other preferences. Everything was exquisite from start to finish. This is a brand new Four Seasons (and my new favorite)! A spa treatment is a must—I booked a massage with Lindsey and it was the best massage I’ve ever had! The only (small) minus is that the co-ed hot tub was in the same area as the indoor pool. So there are children in the area (with all that entails). But there is also. Hot tub, sauna, etc within the gendered locker rooms that are kid free, so plenty of alternative options. From€425

The hotel is next to the university, surrounded by supermarkets and places to eat, life is more convenient.
The hotel is connected to the next home2 lobby.
The room was not bad, and it was very clean when I checked in.
The place worth complaining about is that there is basically nothing to eat for breakfast. Like home2 next to it, except for egg dumplings, bread, and salty sausages. It may not reach the level of a fast hotel in China. Fortunately, you can eat if you are not picky.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to people and I would stay here again. It looked like it was newly renovated. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were very chatty and gave us good service. Especially the two guys who worked the evening weekend shifts at the front desk. The location is perfect , parking is in a garage across the street and many bars and restaurants are within waking distance. Very good value for money!

One of the glass cups in the room was dirty, the shower was kind of awkward, no lip on the ground so it gets all over the floor. Breakfast was next door since there was no cook but breakfast was pretty decent, oatmeal and quiche and scrambled eggs
