Having stayed in this hotel every week for the last 3 months I’ve got to know it pretty well. I could talk about the spotless rooms with comfy beds and fluffy pillows, the delicious food served daily (the gluten free Pavlova is my favourite ☺️), the pool/sauna/gym facilities and the gaming room, all of which are 1st class. But, this hotels best asset is it staff. I have never met a more friendly, attentive and professional staff like I have here. Brend Group, what ever you are paying them, it’s not enough. 😜 Working away from home is hard, very hard, but staying in a hotel like this, the way you’re treated from day one, like your part of the family, makes it a wee bit easier. From the reception, the health club, the bar and the restraunt staff nothing is an issue for them. I know it’s their job but it’s done with a smile. Every time. 😊 I’ve meet friends for life here, too many to mention, but you know who you are. I will miss you all when my time is up. 🥹 Thank you for making my stay here so enjoyable. You make this hotel what it is. Make sure you come to Belfast for a visit and let me know when you run out of Tayto crisps and I’ll send more over 😂FromMYR 528

Fab place to stay. Small room but don't need a vast room if all you plan to do is sleep in it. Nicely decorated and very clean. Added bonus there is a fridge in the room with basic drinks in, alcoholic and non alcoholic and snacks all with an honesty box. Plenty of tea, coffee etc.
Great location for town centre. Parking outside £5 for 24 hours.
Food downstairs lovely and great staff. Definitely go back again SOLD OUT
