Booked 2 rooms for a family of 4. A true five star ⭐ experience as all the amenities were top notch . Best accommodation in Mumbai’s financial hub. Metro station is only 10 minutes walk from this hotel. We could not find any fault. Best breakfast we have ever had as they had multi-cuisine options for all the guests.All staff, from reception to house keeping and restaurant were so friendly, attentive, polite and respectful. We requested a surprise birthday cake for our son’s birthday and they kindly arranged a little birthday celebration during breakfast. The restaurant staff were great. We will stay in this hotel every time we visit Mumbai. Our best wishes to Trident and their staff. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ highly recommend.

We stayed at the Taj Mahal Palace for 5 days and 4 nights as a couple, and our experience was truly unforgettable. We were thrilled to receive a complimentary upgrade from the Tower to the Palace wing, which made our stay even more special. The welcoming ceremony set a beautiful tone, and the complimentary drinks and chocolates sent to our room were a thoughtful touch—especially the hot chocolate, which was honestly the best we’ve ever tasted. The breakfast buffet had a good spread, and everything we tried was delicious. The à la carte portions were perfect as well. A special mention to Kiran, our waiter, who was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was always spotless thanks to Sachin, our housekeeper. His attention to detail truly impressed us—flower-petal art on the floor, towels neatly placed under our shoes, and beautifully arranged toiletries. These thoughtful touches made us feel genuinely cared for. We also want to highlight Sapna from the front desk, who went above and beyond to arrange breakfast to be sent to our room on our last day since we had an early morning flight. Her efficiency and kindness made our departure smooth and stress-free. K. Singh, the bell boy, was always welcoming with a pleasant smile and ensured we felt comfortable each time we entered or left the hotel. The gym was well-equipped and enjoyable to use, rounding off a perfect stay. Overall, our time at the Taj Mahal Palace was exceptional from start to finish. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment and will definitely return soon.

I have stayed in many hotel in Mumbai and this is one of the best. There gold lounge is the best premium lounge section.

Environment: Since it's a newly opened hotel, the environment is exceptionally good. It's very close to the airport, about 1.9 km away, and a tuk-tuk ride costs around 100 rupees. Service: The service in India is excellent, really top-notch overall. Hygiene: The hygiene conditions are also superb, very clean, and the breakfast is delicious. I think it's very good.

Hospitality seems redefined with Courtyard under Sreejit and Team. This is our 4th visit/stay in the Hotel in 2025 with each time revealing new dimension of excellence, hospitality and Foodoholic. Thanks again to Courtyard team led by Sreejit for a fantabulous stay in Diwali fervour. Jai ho!

Great room and great location...but the service was bit slow and the in room menu prices and quality I'd inversely proportionate.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The team was warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The room was cozy and clean, with a comfortable bed that gave me a great night’s sleep. The hotel is in a very convenient location, and I loved the calm atmosphere. A few small improvements could make it even better, but overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Really good hotel especially the location. Connectivity to the mumbai city places is good too. The breakfast was good with lots of options and the taste was very good. The staff were helpful to carry all our bags for us all the way to the airport gate. So overall it was a good experience staying at this hotel.

We chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport, but even 750 meters is too far to walk with luggage, especially with the broken-up road. The hotel itself looked decent from the outside and the room was nice, but it was incredibly dirty. The floor was sticky, covered in crumbs and hair... it seemed like it hadn't been cleaned at all.

The hotel is very close to the airport, but there will be a lot of noise near the airport runway. In addition, there are many horns in the traffic jam in front of the hotel. There is also a temple in front, so there will be a time of about half an hour in the morning and evening. Singing, the sound is great. There are a lot of people in the neighborhood, and I feel that there are many people in 24 hours. The environment near the hotel is relatively poor. It feels like a slum but not dangerous. The hotel is very new, health is OK, you can call the front desk if you have any questions. There will be numerous reminders at the front desk. There are few boiled eggs and toasted bread for breakfast. The other is an Indian meal. There are more flies.
