Overall this hotel was good. The breakfast food spread was amazing and the A-la-cart items you could order at dinner were very fancy and delicious.
The staff was friendly and kind (but they often seemed overwhelmed with work). There was a huge walking path in the back of the lot. The grounds were beautiful. The hotel was clean. The gym was small; it included a rack of dumbbells, two or three treadmills, an elliptical machine, and one yoga mat. The water jug in the gym was empty.
We wouldn’t stay here again because there are really nice hotels nearby for 1/3 of the cost. Maybe the food variety wouldn’t be as good as Eka, or less beautiful grounds, but Eka was not worth the extra cost. We stayed two nights and the entire time couldn’t see where the $125 a night value was coming from.
Sadly, the other Nairobi hotel ratings on Trip are lower, like 3.5. An example hotel is Maison Royale. But if you’re looking for a good hotel just a bit less fancy, go somewhere else.FromBRL 616

This trip, Trip.com ［ Lidagong ］. The flight booking is a flight that can't be found at the airport, and the airport staff helps to find all kinds of things. 【立地】
ナイロビ中心部からも行きやすく、近くにはおおきなショッピングモールもあり（車で行くことをおすすめします）、便利です。
徒歩圏内にはカフェやスーパーもあり、何も困りませんでした。
【サービス】基本は全て良かったのですが、最終日にホテルで食事をした際に、かなり大きな金額間違いがありました。クレジットカードで支払っていましたので、一度返金キャンセルをしてただしい内容で決済してほしいと伝えたところ、できないと言われ。差額分のワインを渡すのでこれでいいか、と言われた時は驚きました。飛行機の時間も迫っていたので、USDで現金での返金をお願いしたところ、できないと言われ、結局クレジットカードへの返金申請書面を書いて帰国。本当にきちんと返金されるのか帰国後も不安でしたが、返金対応されました。最後まで間違いを謝られることはなかったです。すごくいいホテルでしたので、最後の対応にはがっかりしました。FromBRL 664

Situated in a busy location, amenities and nice restaurant near by. On our check out we were asked to pay additional $ as the exchange rate changed from the moment we pay our room cost during checked in, so we ended up having to spend time to understand why the hotel would charge customer an amount in USD upon check in, and charge customer again if the exchange rate changed at the end of our stay, when I asked would they refund money to customers if the exchange rate changed favourable to the customer, they couldn't answer. Be aware on their overcharge policy and they disguise the charge with while refunding the deposit.FromBRL 897

The food at this hotel was delicious (though I personally don't like aged steak), and I really enjoyed their Caesar salad.
Regarding the room, the bathroom was long and cramped, with poor ventilation and drainage. When I tried to clean the toilet with the shower, a lot of water gushed out. The bathroom only had one door, and in Nairobi in July, it was quite cold to shower halfway.
The room I was given was on a very low floor, with only a view of the parking lot, unlike the garden view described. We were provided with a welcome drink upon arrival.
Also, the hotel and lobby were not in the same block, which was quite inconvenient, even though the lobby was right on the main exit.
I would consider dining there again, but I wouldn't consider staying there. Firstly, the facilities were average, and secondly, the location is half an hour from the city center.
In Nairobi, I prefer a quiet place, and this price is a good option.

This is a relatively new and luxurious hotel in Nairobi. Security is very strict, with security personnel questioning guests at the entrance, dogs checking for explosives, and even armed security personnel checking bags in the lobby. However, there's no need to worry about security; it's purely a government requirement. The staff at the hotel are very nice, from the front desk to the concierge and the restaurant. Everyone is friendly and willing to help with any questions.
The hotel has comprehensive facilities, including table tennis, darts, a gym, and an outdoor swimming pool. The restaurant offers a rich breakfast and excellent coffee.
The hotel's location isn't very central, so there are no restaurants nearby. You can either dine at the hotel or take an Uber to the nearby village market, which offers both food and shopping. It's very convenient.FromBRL 907

We have a very enjoyable stay at the hotel. The services provided by Bruno at the concierge before , during and after our stay have been top notch. He helped us arrange the private vehicle to visit the different tourist spots prior to our arrival and we managed to maximise our 2 days one night stay visiting the souvenir shops, giraffe park and the national park immediately on arrival and the relaxing hotel massage services prior to dinner.
He also assisted us to book the 3 different restaurants and the food were all to our satisfaction.
