The room is badly in need of renovations because the very old carpeted floor is uneven and bumpy. There is a smell in the room where I had to open the window to air.
The bathtub hot water is just barely warm. A report to the receptionist on my 3rd evening.. who suggested I change my room.
When I checked on the first day, the reception offered a room upgrade which I rejected after I went to the room because it was very dark and gave an uneasy feeling.
This is probably the worst hotel on this trip in Canada where I have been for last one month.From£79

Hotel location is very easy to find, the room, bedding and bathroom supplies are very new and clean, arrived at the hotel early on the same day and checked in in advance, it really made the guests have a good experience. If you need to take a boat back to Vancouver in the morning, this hotel is a very good choice. It takes only 5 minutes from the hotel to the departure bay ferry terminal, which is very convenient. This hotel is a bit biased on Victoria Island. If it is not self-driving, it is very inconvenient. The hotel is relatively new. The facilities are relatively complete. There are hot springs. Facing a small lake, it was quite peaceful. There is a kitchen, but we don’t have time to cook by ourselves. The breakfast at the hotel is good, you can make your own waffles. This hotel is under Marriott and is well managed by friendly staff at the front desk. Check-in and check-out are quick and smooth. Indoor guest car parking is just across the street for $9.45. The spacious rooms and bathrooms have significant counter areas decorated with bright lights. Ice machines are on every floor. Washing and drying machines are available for $3 each. The indoor swimming pool opens from 7am to 11pm, and the gym is open 24/7. The only downside was the coil of the air conditioning was installed in the room, so you will hear the big noise when the coil starts to work the room temperature colder.From£81

The living space includes a comfortable sectional pull-out. Cozy up on the couch with a good book or a board game and enjoy this unique stay experience. There is a small tv with ChromeCast access so you are able to cast from your phone, tablet or computer any of your streaming sites. **NEW JUNE 2024** We have installed an awning that extends the length of the Tiny Home providing a covered area to dine and relax outside.The kitchen features a full sized fridge, microwave, gas stove and oven, electric tea kettle, French press, and all the cooking ware you'll need to create your delicious meals . We provide coffee, tea, as well as oat milk and sugar. We also supply general condiments for cooking – such as spices and olive oil.The generous sized bathroom comes equipped with all amenities including towels, shampoo and conditioner, body wash & lotion. If you forget anything, let us know.The sleeping loft is accessible by a small staircase , from the living room. This space has a queen size mattress and comes with lots of light from pot-lights and side lamps. It’s my first Best western in few decades. Pleasantly surprised by the modernity and cleanliness.
Room is comfortable and compact with all the basic touches and a good layout.

The room is badly in need of renovations because the very old carpeted floor is uneven and bumpy. There is a smell in the room where I had to open the window to air.
The bathtub hot water is just barely warm. A report to the receptionist on my 3rd evening.. who suggested I change my room.
When I checked on the first day, the reception offered a room upgrade which I rejected after I went to the room because it was very dark and gave an uneasy feeling.
This is probably the worst hotel on this trip in Canada where I have been for last one month.From£79

This hotel is under Marriott and is well managed by friendly staff at the front desk. Check-in and check-out are quick and smooth. Indoor guest car parking is just across the street for $9.45. The spacious rooms and bathrooms have significant counter areas decorated with bright lights. Ice machines are on every floor. Washing and drying machines are available for $3 each. The indoor swimming pool opens from 7am to 11pm, and the gym is open 24/7. The only downside was the coil of the air conditioning was installed in the room, so you will hear the big noise when the coil starts to work the room temperature colder.From£81
