I really liked the territory - benches, hammocks, huge trees in the garden and mangroves on the beach. The rooms are clean and spacious. I would like to see beer in the minibar, and it would be better to have bottled water - I did not dare to drink bulk. The food is delicious - both breakfast and to order. Some pre-check-in requests made to ms. Roshni were efficiently addressed. Ms. Usha and ms. Is-ha ensured a smooth check-in with ground-floor rooms (as requested) were ready upon arrival. The restaurant staff, ms. Elizabeth, mr. Jay, and mr. Altaf, provided outstanding service, catering to our needs and delighting my child during dinner. If I have to be nit-picky, I’d complain about a half broken toilet seat. But since it didn’t cause any trouble, I’d let go of it. The food is Okayish, neither great, nor bad. I recently stayed at a hotel on neil island, and it was a fantastic experience. The owner was incredibly kind and even upgraded my room from deluxe to super deluxe at no extra cost. The food was delicious, and the room was spacious and well-maintained, with a clean and neat toilet. A delightful highlight was the owner and his son serenading us with melodious songs during dinner, adding a special touch to the evening. I really liked the territory - benches, hammocks, huge trees in the garden and mangroves on the beach. The rooms are clean and spacious. I would like to see beer in the minibar, and it would be better to have bottled water - I did not dare to drink bulk. The food is delicious - both breakfast and to order. My stay at ts g aura was delightful and relaxing. The property's proximity to sitapur beach was a highlight. Spacious rooms and exceptional staff made our experience memorable. Some pre-check-in requests made to ms. Roshni were efficiently addressed. Ms. Usha and ms. Is-ha ensured a smooth check-in with ground-floor rooms (as requested) were ready upon arrival. The restaurant staff, ms. Elizabeth, mr. Jay, and mr. Altaf, provided outstanding service, catering to our needs and delighting my child during dinner. Considering the remoteness of Neil Island and considering that there’s not much to do or see, a one day stay is sufficient. The hotel works for this purpose. If I have to be nit-picky, I’d complain about a half broken toilet seat. But since it didn’t cause any trouble, I’d let go of it. The food is Okayish, neither great, nor bad. I recently stayed at a hotel on neil island, and it was a fantastic experience. The owner was incredibly kind and even upgraded my room from deluxe to super deluxe at no extra cost. The food was delicious, and the room was spacious and well-maintained, with a clean and neat toilet. A delightful highlight was the owner and his son serenading us with melodious songs during dinner, adding a special touch to the evening. Overall, my stay was excellent, and i would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting neil island. I rate it 5 out of 5!FromNZD 102
