We had an amazing time I went with my sister for my 52th Birthday. Everyone at the resort was great, and the best part is its location. You can actually walk to Canada from the hotel! It’s less than a 30 minute walk to the border, but make sure you bring your passport and a few quarters for the bridge toll back to the USA, which is only $1.25. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We ordered room service and were impressed with the quick delivery and beautiful presentation. The resort also offers several dining options, a full casino, a spa, and a pool, making it a well- rounded destination whether you’re there to relax or explore.

Location: Although the location is great as this hotel is very close to the visitor center. But at night the area around the hotel is very dark and seems unsafe. Front Desk: A little too preoccupied with process and not really great at communication. We had booked a room with two queen beds online and paid in advance. At the hotel we requested if the same can be changed to one king size bed - the receptionist foolishly changed the room to one queen bed room !! Restaurant: Great staff, very helpful and inviting and always ready to explain even the most basic things to foreigner like myself. Cleanliness: Great Job !!

After weeks you check your credit card statement the refund still not get in. You have to spent above one months to argue with them. Ask them to proved the bank receipt they just sent you their OWN payment receipt with own writing refund. They said don't find the bank receipt anymore. This the fraud payment case exactly!

A real century-old restaurant! Restaurant + hotel model. The room is relatively old, there are stairs but no elevator, and it is a bit difficult to carry heavy luggage. But the room is quite large, the bedding and sleep quality are good. The bathroom facilities are also updated. The hotel breakfast is good, basically any main dish can be ordered at will. The taste is also good. You can see the Niagara River from the restaurant, and listen to the roaring sound of the water, which is a unique flavor. The hotel is 100 meters away from the Niagara River and about 400-500 meters away from the falls. The convenience is beyond words. The hotel has its own parking lot, which is free and safe.

We stayed for two nights and did not set the do not disturb function, but the room was not cleaned. The service attitude of the restaurant was very poor, probably because we are Chinese. My daughter speaks very good English, but she basically ignored me. I booked a room for two days, and on the second day I went to the restaurant and was told that we only had breakfast for one day. I went to the front desk to find it again, and it was only then that I could get it. This is also a five-star hotel. In a word, it is a pain to stay in a hotel abroad, and Ctrip has no advantages abroad.

La casa è molto bella e tipica americana. La posizione tutto sommato è comoda perché in pochi minuti di auto si arriva alle cascate. Il parcheggio dietro casa è utilissimo. In casa si sta molto bene. La cucina a disposizione permette di cucinare e poter consumare qualsiasi pasto in autonomia. È vero che non è offerta una colazione completa, ma è offerta frutta fresca, te di ogni qualità, altre bevande, cereali, latte e ogni cosa necessaria per cucinare, quindi secondo me è anche meglio di un classico b&b. Siamo stati bene con la temperatura anche se non c'è modo.di controllarla autonomamente. La doccia è spaziosa. Il parquet fa un po' di rumore ma è ovvio che sia così visto che è originale e molto bello. Al piano di sopra nessun problema e in ogni caso per qualche rumore di troppo (nulla di assurdo) bastano dei tappi. Il proprietario è stato cordiale e disponibile. C'è la sensazione di essere un po' sotto controllo, ma non in maniera sgradevole. L'unica cosa che migliorerei è la dimensione del letto visto che lo spazio ci sarebbe.
