Overall great stay.
Staff and service were fantastic in the hotel.
Room and bed were comfortable.
The pool was out of service throughout our trip due to maintenance.-This was a disappointment on arrival that was likely more the fault of Trip.com rather than the hotel for not having notified us before. We were there off-season and there was a lot of building/maintenance/trucks around. As well as a building site for a new hotel next door but luckily had been halted and turned into a quiet arqueological dig instead!
The spa, gym, classes, indoor pool all good.
Breakfast is great.
We had one meal at epicurean for dinner- very generous portions but didnt quite make up for quality. The decor felt quite stuck in the mid 90s- as did some of the food.
The thing I cant understand is why they have no greek food in this hotel? It's crazy you can't get a Greek salad, dips, or fresh fish/ calamari. We walked 5 mins down the tomb of kings road and ate really well at some unassuming restaurants on a main road with great greek food and lovely seafood for half the price of the 'Asian' food served at the hotel- you just have to comprise on views!

I had premium garden cabana with sea view. There is nothing premium about this cabana there is no garden and sea view is limited. Room are clean and service is good but rooms and hotel needs upgrade and maintenance ie. in my room floor was falling apart. Pool is very nice. Access to beach ONLY via few steps. On the beach you need to pay for sunbed and umbrella if you want to use it otherwise you can lay on the towel/sand. I was at the end of September and age average in this hotel was well above 65-70 so no young couples or families at ALL. Overpriced for the overall quality.From€95

The property is perfectly located in Phapos. Just a 5-minute walk to one of the main attractions (Tomb of the Kings). There are plenty of restaurants within 10-15 minutes walking, and also a mall at about 20-25 minutes walk. The hotel was fairly clean but lacked some room amenities (considering it's a 4 star). The property is old because of which there were stains and marks on the walls. Breakfast was also fine, nothing great! Overall, fine for a short stay.From€61

Loved the location. the staff were excellent, polite and genuine. A special mention goes out to Maria, front desk manager. She was humerous, and very knowledgeable of the area. She provided me with maps, and some background history of Cyprus, which i was very much appreciative for.
My room was clean, The cleaning staff were very persistent in wanting to come and clean the room when we were still there, it was a little annoying, but i admired their dedication.

Great hotel design and hardware with mediocre service:
Spacious room, great location, beautiful compound and design (as long as you don’t get one of those side rooms that faces the back of a building or the carpark). Wide range of selection for breakfast.
It’s weird that the carpark is a little further away and you’re supposed to call a number at the gate every time for them to open for you. They said it’s toll free but I doubt it’s free for an international line. I don’t know who would spend international calling rate to call the number as most people uses esim today. The way they challenged me and say “why don’t you just call” and insisted it was free just made me feel very disappointed. There’s also no refill of the room’s coffee station (it’s chargeable)- I guess it’s because they call themselves a suite/ service apartment. There were a few other examples of mediocre services: not deal breaker but could have been better.
Overall I would say it is good value for money given the spacious and beautiful room, so simply don’t place too much emphasis and expectations on service then you’ll be fine.From€110

The room was a little outdated but the food really impressed us. It was always different and freshly made. It really impressed us. The staff was friendly and after some time, they recognized us.
Even it was off season there was always entertainment in the evening and we could really stay at the property at night and enjoy our evening.
It was very quiet in the evening even we had a pool view room facing the pool. We slept really we.
What's also impressive is the clearness. It's really well maintained and daily cleaning service was also perfectly done.

We were greeted in a very hospital and charming way. Anna-Marrie, or Marie Ann not sure how to spell it gave us a very warm welcome, a drink and an interdiction to the Hotels amenities.
Make sure you request a south facing room if you visit in winter. The first room they gave us had no shade and was very cold; apparently the air conditioning is only for cold air and this had no warm settings etc. I got a mini cold as we were freezing but thankfully they found a new room to move us into the next evening.
We also called in advance and informed them that we are vegan n vegetarian but the staff at breakfast couldn’t help us when we asked about some food information. Especially when they mince meat Kouppes were mixed with the vegan ones. The answer was just don’t eat it! I don’t know which one is which 🤦🏻♀️
Aw well, we did not let 2 staff members affect our vacay. The private pool was nice but again not heated ~ we shall definitely come back to try the Spa and other restaurants.

However, I had huge wifi signal issues in my room number 411 forcing me to step outside of my room to get a good connection, I have raised this up with the hotel management who did offer an alternative room (which I actually turned down because I arrived late at night) and who also promised to investigate this further with a telecom specialist. I had visited this hotel several times. I love it's location (you can walk to Kato Paphos through a beautiful embankment with a lot of cats to feed). There's a wonderful breakfast until there's a lot of guests. Yes, this is an old, tired and obsolete hotel with bad soundproof, but staff can help you if it's possible. And there's a wonderful fruit garden near the pool.From€58

Overall, our stay was pleasant, with no issues. For the price and location, this place surpasses many of the 3-star hotels in the area.
The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient.
We only stayed for one night, had breakfast, and checked out early the next morning, so it was a relatively short visit and we didn’t have the opportunity to try the bar or other amenities.
Given the cost, I have no complaints. The location was convenient, we had everything we needed, and breakfast was included, which suited us perfectly. While I know some people have mentioned issues with breakfast, for the price, it was more than adequate in my opinion.SOLD OUT

The welcome is warm and the two air conditioners are available. It's located 20 minutes from the airport by car and 15 minutes from the city center on foot.
