Pros: The hotel is near the airport and has lots of stores and restaurants inside. Breakfast is good.
Cons: 1. During check in: Receptionist refused our passports and ask for national IDs instead so we needed to insist on the passports because we don't have any national IDs (we live outside the country).
2. During stay: wait time for housekeeping request took 2hours. Hotel staff does not inform beforehand that the private bar locks automatically when deposit is already consumed. What's worse is that they did not get the full deposit upon check in. We could've avoided not being able to drink cold water upon arriving at midnight if they only informed ahead or asked for more money for deposit. Also, unlike other hotels, printing is not complimentary.
3. Checkout: airport transfer is not well coordinated with concierge. Also, instead of checking room thoroughly before completing check out, they would send you an email the day after to let you know that you left stuff inside the room so send an email if there's anything valuable that you remember.From€181

This hotel is really close to Terminals T1 and T2. I booked the shuttle a day in advance, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. The pickup driver was excellent; my flight was delayed, but he waited patiently for me. I thought there would be other passengers, but it turned out to be just me. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, so dining and shopping are super convenient – perfect for someone like me on a layover. The room was very clean, spacious, and quiet. The service was fantastic; they even delivered food to my room. Huge thanks! I've already booked a room here for my return trip. We tried Nobu Hotel only because it’s near DreamPlay where our daughter celebrated her birthday. Our hotel experience wasn’t the best because of the delayed check in (though they tried to make it up for it later on), lifeguard was too strict even if the parents are literally holding the kids while in the pool, breakfast buffet was so-so, among other things.
The best thing about it though was our dining experience in Nobu Restaurant. The food and staff were amazing!

At first the room is okay yet they said the room, I booked has problems with some like electrics💔. You put them. In another room yet 2 small separate bed then the shower room or the drainage of the room is clogged and the aircon is not working well its too hot so they put them again in another room, same room separate beds.. You ruined my sisters staycation 💔. Sunday my sister change room again because the room they gave the door is not working well can't be closed they said battery problems..Same room 2 separate single beds omg..the wifi is not good also i don't know but your service is so bad. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it! The room was spotless and felt brand new. The bed linens and towels were fresh and perfectly clean. The room was well-equipped with a coffee machine, a refrigerator, and even a garment steamer, which was a great touch. The two large beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was also well-stocked with all the essentials: a hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, and body lotion.
The facilities are also excellent. The gym and the pool were both very clean and well-maintained.
I also want to mention the staff—they were incredibly polite and helpful, and they even assisted us with our luggage. The location is perfect for shopping and dining, as it is right next to a huge mall with plenty of stores and cafes. Getting to the airport was also very convenient, taking only about 10-15 minutes.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything felt fresh and well maintained. The room and common areas were spotless, which immediately made me feel comfortable and relaxed.
The food was genuinely impressive with great variety and quality. Every meal felt well prepared and satisfying. One of my favorite parts of the stay was the wellness area. The sauna and steam room were fantastic and added such a relaxing touch to the whole experience.
The pool area is beautiful and very inviting. It does get a bit busy at times, but the atmosphere is still enjoyable. The only small downside was a green light flashing on the roof at night, which was slightly distracting.

Buffet was the best, got lots of variety and all my faves were there. Even the adult kids enjoyed the swimming pool overlooking the view. We were comfortable in our rooms due to cleanliness and neatness with all beddings in white, you can feel and smell the complete cleanliness. We stayed here for a day, and the deluxe room was decent. It had all the amenities you’d expect from a hotel, and the breakfast selection was superb. The air conditioning was a bit hard to navigate, so the room felt warm under the sheets—especially with the very thick (and comfortable) comforter, which the AC couldn’t quite keep up with. Overall, it was good.

The hotel was easy to find, it is better to travel with a car, the hotel has a lot of parking and is spacious. It is also not in walking distance to malls and wstablishments frequented in the area like Mall Of Asia, Ayala Malls by the bay, Okada, Solaire, etc. We went there for a concert and we have a lot of space to prepare as the rooms are very spacious. There are no microwave or fridge in the room but it didnt affect our stay as we opted to explore the food scene in the area. We are traveling with our pet cat too. They are pet friendly hotel.From€33

Unfortunately for me I didn’t get to stay here as I was notified this wasn’t available after I had booked it. Though I was redirected to another accommodation in a different location not far by the same host however this happened at midnight and I couldn’t say no as I was fatigued from the travel. Where I stayed wasn’t the same offered from this booking however the host did his best to accommodate me to the best of his ability, even upgrading my room the next day and allowing me to check out very late as my flight was at 11pm. Though it didn’t work out at first, it did in the end. Photos are from the upgraded room.From€45
