They exceeded my expectations.From the arrival until departure. They are very prompt to guide you every step of the way.
They are very helpful,when I arrived , the people assigned in the main entrance is very prompt to help with luggages, placing tags and they will send it into your room so you won’t carry it during checks in.
Upon check in the FO office is so helpful especially with the one who helped me print my ticket in the Air Supply concert. She was very accommodating.
She shared my excitement. She let me check in early. She was very kind to let me check in even I wasn’t able to present my voucher because my phone was dead.
My luggage were sent immediately in my room.
Btw she upgraded me to one king bed because I am alone ,,the previous one was 2 queen bed.
While preparing for the concert I feel starving so I went down to eat. A lot of ushers and staff in the whole lobby, you can ask a lot of people where is the nearest cafe or restaurant.
After eating went back and prepare for the concert.
I took all my clothes from luggage and try different outfit and left everything in a mess.
After the concert went back in the room by 12 am and to my surprise, they make my room and prepare the bed , you will just slip through it.
With sweets and water on the side, with the slippers ready to wear set in the floor.

It's quite noisy at night due to its proximity to the main road, especially with the sound of motorbikes. I'd recommend requesting a room on the other side, away from the road. The renovation of a small room belonging to a residential area, there is no problem for a single person, and friends may not be in the same building if they go together. This is an affordable hotel, suitable for a very short stay. The environment is noisy, so bring ear plugs to help deal with the noise from the airconditioner and vehicles outside. Enjoyed everything about our stay ❤️❤️❤️. From the booking procedure (they're very organized ☺️) Also, very open about what to expect upon checking in. And when we arrived, to much of my delight - we were very much assisted with parking in the basement up to our luggage handling ❤️. We chose their Junior Suite which came up with a balcony, 2 rooms, a living room, dining & kitchen with induction cooker and water heater (microwave oven is subject to availability and bring your own rice cooker) and two separate toilet & bath. In addition, what made our stay more memorable is that we got the chance to see the beautiful fireworks🎉🎉🎉 of MOA's last pyromusical event from our balcony in which you can also see the river, Diokno & Macapagal Avenues ☺️❤️
Lastly, the location - I so love it's approximity to Parqal, MOA & Ayala Mall by the Bay. There's also a nearby catholic church and areas where you can walk or jog ☺️
I also want to commend the housekeeping & utility men for assisting us during our needs ❤️
My group enjoyed a lot in their huge and clean swimming pool (they have 2 big pools) surrounded beautifully landscaped garden. They also have a gym, a basketball court and a ktv area ( to be coordinated).
During the time we checked in, they're still working on their restaurant. They allow food and drinks from outside.

The hotel are still not fully constructed so expect noise of construction during the day. Budget friendly Apartment hotel. Sparkly clean rooms with balcony. Very good location ayala malls by the bay is just across the hotel.. Big beds both queen size in our room. Not so big but not so small room. Equipped with steam irom and hair dryer. Complete cooking and kitchen utensils. With 2 complimentary coffee pods, tea, water and 3 cans of juice. Spacious bathroom. Buffet breafast have limited selections but all tasty and also limited and shared tables only. Huge swimming pool not heated. Playgound are still under construction. Location is perfect if you're have a flight is near airport plus they have a free ride to airport make sure to booked 2 days a head. Near to SM Moa and Ayala mall Okada. wifi is so strong no need to put a password automatically .Breakfast need to queue for 30 minutes.
Room is clean pillow in bed is superb. Only downside the TV in the living room every 15 minutes goes to stand by mode remote control not working properly need to press in the main tv to work again. Honestly check in process is a bit of a hassle. I wish this was all explained in the advert. Just getting into Azure by car the guards wouldn't let us in without a QR code which we wasn't given. Host required pictures of our IDs before we can get in. Then ID is to be left as reception for check in. Again QR code is required for this. Wouldn't of be nice to know all of this either beforehand or atleast message sent from host straight after booking confirmation. Luckily reception wasn't so busy when we checked in. Check in on the weekends would be a nightmare! Seen plenty people having to sit outside during this process.
Place was OK, BUT first thing I noticed when walking through the front door was a cockroach trap. During our stay we saw plenty! The hangout spot was on the fridge! Even found some roaches in the fridge. Hot water wasn't working on the first night, they got maintenance and issue was resolved.
Be aware there is a charge to using the pools on site. Health club is only accessible to residents not guests. Host did discount the ”cleaning fee” which I felt shouldn't be a thing because of the infestation. I was told they had pest control but had to stop as I rented the place. I was offered another room which was a little better but the hot water constantly tripped out when using. Had to flip the switch in the fuse box every time. We stayed overnight in this hotel. The room was spacious and had a large smart television. It smells fresh, generally clean and well-lighted. The bed was comfortable but the pillows are too soft for my preference. The check in and check out process was seamless. The front desk staff were very friendly and efficient. The buffet breakfast had a fewer choices, and some of the drinks and food hadn’t been refilled and I had been made to wait for little under 30 minutes with some other guest because of limited seating capacity of the cafe and I think the hotel at that time was fully booked. Our third stay in Seda Manila Bay and compared to our first two stays, this time room is so-so. We got free early checkin but they put us in a connecting room and the shower glass door is almost broken. screw wasnt attached to the wall so we kept the door open entire time we showered coz we were scared it will fall on us. The bath towels are kinda rough which wasnt like this on our first two stays like 1&2 years ago. Feels like the hotel had become older now. But facilities like pool, breakfast and the service are all great.
We had early check out too and we got lost in the parking lot finding our way out coz all exits were barricaded except for one that we didnt see since the signages pointed us to different route. We thought we were trapped in the creepy parking 😅 you need better signs.
