This Five-bedroom, Five-bathroom beach front house is located at the Broken Groin on the South End of Pawleys Island. The kitchen is fully stocked for all of your culinary needs. You can fit up to 6 cars in the driveway and under the house (depending on what kind of car you drive). The south end boat ramp is just around the corner as well. The living room includes a mounted flat screen TV over the fireplace and it also has a sleeper sofa. 4 of the bedrooms and 4 of the bathrooms are on the second floor and the 5th bedroom and bathroom are on the main floor. We supply high speed internet and two smart TVs in the house. We are walking distance to the Pawleys Plantation Golf Clubhouse and Palmetto Jacks, a great bar, restaurant and porch. We are also within walking distance to the community pool. Speaking of the beach, we have a State Park Pass which will give you access to the Huntington Beach State Park and all it has to offer, but get there early or reserve a parking spot online. Our place is readily available for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember. The perfect family oriented getaway for someone wanting peaceful/beautiful surroundings, but wants access to all the action. Ground level apart. beautiful vaulted ceiling, includes a separate LR, queen BR, full private bath, kitchenette, micro-wave, fridge, 2 burner stove, ,2 LG TVs, AC/heat, wifi, and 3 separate/private/ground floor entrances/exits. Private parking. Use of the pool (directly outside your back door), grills, and fire pit. The beach is just a short 3 mile drive. Close to Myrtle Beach., Murrells Inlet & Georgetown.This is a fully self contained and private ground level unit that is completely locked off from the main house. The BR and LR have their own large screen TV's. Perfect for 2 but 3 or 4 can be accommodated with the comfortable spring cot and comfortable sofa (not a pull out bed). The bathroom is elevated one step above the ground level. I have included a picture of this step. It has it’s own separate parking and 3 private entrances. One from the front, one from the side and one from the back of the house where the pool is. This entrance provides easy ground floor access to the pool and backyard amenities. You can come and go as you please and use all grills, tables, chairs, and pool. The balcony on the building at the back of the property belongs to another unit. You will have your own private drive on the front right of the house. This is the gate that you can enter and leave from. When arriving, you will need to park here and go through the gate. Immediately to you left is the door to your apartment . You will have your own pass code for the key less lock to enter the unit. The unit is connected to the main house and is not in the back shed with the balcony.A map is provided for you showing what routes you can take to go to the beach, grocery stores, liquor stores, etc. If you wish to bring a trailered boat with you, the driveway probably accommodate that. Just send me a quick note with the length of you boat and I can confirm. There is a boat landing (Hagley Landing) to the Waccamaw River at the very end of the road we live on (Hagley Drive). It is less than 2 miles from the house. If you head south on the river, it opens to the Atlantic Ocean. If you head north, it eventually connects to the Intercostal Waterway. There are restaurants, marinas and points of interest along the way.I certainly may greet you if I'm out and about. The perfect family oriented getaway for someone wanting peaceful/beautiful surroundings, but wants access to all the action. Ground level apart. beautiful vaulted ceiling, includes a separate LR, queen BR, full private bath, kitchenette, micro-wave, fridge, 2 burner stove, ,2 LG TVs, AC/heat, wifi, and 3 separate/private/ground floor entrances/exits. Private parking. Use of the pool (directly outside your back door), grills, and fire pit. The beach is just a short 3 mile drive. Close to Myrtle Beach., Murrells Inlet & Georgetown.This is a fully self contained and private ground level unit that is completely locked off from the main house. The BR and LR have their own large screen TV's. Perfect for 2 but 3 or 4 can be accommodated with the comfortable spring cot and comfortable sofa (not a pull out bed). The bathroom is elevated one step above the ground level. I have included a picture of this step. It has it’s own separate parking and 3 private entrances. One from the front, one from the side and one from the back of the house where the pool is. This entrance provides easy ground floor access to the pool and backyard amenities. You can come and go as you please and use all grills, tables, chairs, and pool. The balcony on the building at the back of the property belongs to another unit. You will have your own private drive on the front right of the house. This is the gate that you can enter and leave from. When arriving, you will need to park here and go through the gate. Immediately to you left is the door to your apartment . You will have your own pass code for the key less lock to enter the unit. The unit is connected to the main house and is not in the back shed with the balcony.A map is provided for you showing what routes you can take to go to the beach, grocery stores, liquor stores, etc. If you wish to bring a trailered boat with you, the driveway probably accommodate that. Just send me a quick note with the length of you boat and I can confirm. There is a boat landing (Hagley Landing) to the Waccamaw River at the very end of the road we live on (Hagley Drive). It is less than 2 miles from the house. If you head south on the river, it opens to the Atlantic Ocean. If you head north, it eventually connects to the Intercostal Waterway. Our personally owned and maintained 1 bedroom (perfect size for a couple or family with 2 small children) ,1 bath, galley kitchen, unit of Bridgewater is an oceanfront condo building located within the 24- hour security patrolled gated community of Litchfield by the Sea. Since we are personally owned and operated, we email you all your check in information ahead of time, so you just have to park the car, open the door, and unpack. No waiting in LONG lines at the reception office!! We are not managed by Litchfield By The Sea, so we have our own personal cleaning company come in and do a impeccable top to bottom cleaning. The unit sleeps 4 max and is located on the 2nd floor with easy access from 3 elevators. Our condo has 2 queen size Tempur-Pedic mattresses, wooden laminate flooring, and flat screen HD TVs in living room and bedroom. The onsite laundry room for the Bridgewater building is conveniently located on the same floor, about 5 doors away. An all season indoor swimming pool is located inside on the first level with a hot tub as well. There are miles of biking. Rentals are available at the Reception building of Litchfield, and paths lead all the way to Murrells Inlet. Walking paths, lakeside fishing, and close proximity to many golf courses are all at your fingertips. You have your own private access to the beach from the oceanfront Bridgewater building. Beach chaise lounge chairs/umbrella are avail for rental and will be set up for you at the beach with your name on them. Our condo has a fabulous ocean view, overlooking the oceanfront pool, hot tub and lazy river. You have a wide open view of the Atlantic Ocean. If you need more entertainment, you are 20 minutes south of Myrtle Beach, or 15 minutes north of historic Georgetown. You are 5 minutes away from the "Seafood Capital of SC", Murrell's Inlet. This is the perfect getaway for someone wanting peaceful surroundings, but wants access to all the action. The cottage/guesthouse includes a private full bath, kitchenette with micro-wave, fridge, 2 burner stove, garbage disposal, TV, AC/heat, wifi, and its own balcony that overlooks the beautiful swimming pool. You will have use of the pool, grills (gas, charcoal and electric), fire pit and the golf cart (golf cart is only available with this unit). The beach is just a short 3 mile cart or car drive. Close to Myrtle B., Murrells Inlet & GeorgetownThis is a fully self contained and private unit located on the top floor of our outdoor building. It is not connected to the house, where we have one other unit. The lower lever has a workshop which is not used during a quest's stay. Your own private balcony overlooks the large backyard and pool in which you will have the use of. You can come and go as you please and use all grills, tables, chairs, golf cart and pool. You will need to open the privacy gate in front of the golf cart to come and go with the cart. The gate remains unlocked. You will have your own private drive on the front left of the house. This is the gate that you can enter and leave from. When arriving, you will need to park here and go through the gate and straight to the balcony steps that lead to the studio. You will have your own pass code for the keyless lock to enter the unit.A map is provided for you showing what routes you can take with the golf cart to go to the beach, grocery stores, liquor stores, etc. You can also use your car if you prefer. If you wish to bring a trailered boat with you, the driveway will accommodate that in most cases. There is a boat landing (Hagley Landing) to the Waccamaw River at the very end of the road we live on (Hagley Drive). It is less than 2 miles from the house. If you head south on the river, it opens to the Atlantic Ocean. If you head north, it eventually connects to the Intercostal Waterway. This second-floor unit boasts tons of natural light with an open concept living space. Enjoy the outdoor seating on the screened porch that overlooks the 17th hole of the True-Blue golf course with a picturesque pond, as well.The owners have made numerous improvements including a brand-new kitchen with new white shaker cabinets, new quartz countertops and stainless appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked and features a full size refrigerator, full size washer and dryer, stove and microwave. Also included is a Keurig coffee maker, as well as, a traditional coffee maker. You will find plenty to prepare most any meal with all brand new cookware, utensils, plates, drinkware and flatware, toaster, blinder, crockpot, etc. There is plenty of ice for your beverages with an ice maker in the LG refrigerator.All three bedrooms have brand new beds & TV’s with included cable and streaming apps. The primary has a king bed & full bath, a second primary bedroom also has a king bed with ensuite full bath and a sitting area, and the middle bedroom has two twin beds with access to the third full bath.
