You need to park in the Jiuguang Shopping Center side parking lot opposite (paid parking lot, capped at 50 yuan, free from 22:00-7:00). Our daily parking fee is about 30-40 yuan. The room is large and can accommodate 4-5 people. It has two separate rooms and a living room. There is also a piano in the room. The pots and pans are useless, I don’t know if they are useful or not. To be honest, there is no service. The whole process is self-service. The room is not fully equipped with linens. I asked for a few towels but forgot to give them. I didn't meet a single service staff during the whole process. The door was locked with a code, and check-in and check-out were all done via SMS and self-service. It is still a few kilometers away from Jinji Lake. It is more suitable to take a taxi. You can see the big pants from a distance.

The people are friendly and the location of the hotel is close to the railway stations. I stayed at this hotel for the location and for the bathtub. It was disappointing when the bath tub can't fill because of the faulty drain stopper. The bathroom needs to be cleaned more thoroughly. The room didn't have a kettle. I needed to check out early and no one was at the front desk. I had to leave the card there and go or else I would have been late. Here's some advice, don't go for the room with the bathtub.

There is an instruction to register the phone and wechat, and it is quite severe if it cannot be Chinese because it received the room number and the key number in wechat. I have to ask the guards to ride the elevator in Chinese. After that, you can get on the elevator with the card that was placed in the room, but I didn't have the explanation (probably) so I tried it with my own instinct. The room is large and convenient for long stay.

We ended up giving our host the name 'Fred'... because he is truly a big friendly guy. The place might be a little rustic, but that was a big draw for us. What it lacks in facilities (not that we needed any of them), compared to a bigger hotel it more than makes up for in its intimacy and warmth of service. There is also a small tea/coffee room with the window facing the waterway - nothing fancy, but I happily spent almost an hour in there planning my day, while watching locals and the resident duck go about their day. When it came to advice, Fred was detailed, to the point of recommending us the best places to eat along the way to our destinations, what is there in the area. The room is generally clean, and so is the bed. The bathroom does have a few occasional bugs, but that is simply due to the area you're in. The tv has a good variety of movies, though everything is in Chinese (but they do have old HK comedies...a favourite of mine). The walls may be made of concrete, but noise somehow passes through, and we can hear the occupants next door in lively conversation. But other than that, I had a good night's sleep. You are literally just a few tens of meters from Pingjiang road, but far enough not to get disturbed by the nightly hustle and bustle. It is also walking distance to the Humble Administrators Garden and IM Pei's cool white building of historical Chinese things.

This was a lovely small alley way hotel. We enjoyed our time there and found the service to be friendly and warm. They were very kind to our daughter and while we enjoyed a coffee in the small cafe, our child made pottery in the attached craft space. The room was large and comfortable and we had a great view over the old neighborhood roofs. The child's bed (couch) was rock hard so our child had to sleep with us, but that was fine since the bed was huge. We would happily stay there again.

Chanced upon this lovely boutique hotel and book it immediately for 3 nights stay! No regret~ The staffs are very attentive and always greet you with a big smile. Smart toilet is a must during autumn/winter time! Location is super strategic, next to pin Jiang road for all foods and entertainment. We had great view looking out from our balcony! While it is a good location, it is a walking distance away from car drop off points, beware if you have many luggages. We had only one incidents when next door guest smoked inside the room and the smoke travels to our room through the common air duct. Thanks for the responsive staff who helped us to talk to the next door guest.

The lady boss is a beautiful woman and she is very enthusiastic. Our family of three arrived late for a self-driving trip. She went out to pick us up and kept asking for us to pick up our luggage.
