As a result, none of them were correct. First of all, after you book a room, you will receive an email from the hotel. It clearly states that you need to pre-check in. It will be OK to return the basic personal information and submit the passport. After completing this, you will receive Two passwords. One is the code for the door of the building, and the other is the code for the key box hanging on the door. The door is locked with a key, so there is no ridiculous thing like someone saying that the electronic door lock is not powered and makes it impossible to enter the room. When you go to the lobby, you have to use your iPad to check in (ipad has multiple language options). If you do a pre-check-in before departure, you will quickly go through the check-in procedures. Remember, although he There is the word ”hotel” but it means ”condo” after it. In fact, it means ”B&B”. In addition, people have already stated that this is an unmanned hotel. I don't understand why anyone would expect service. Although there is no one in the hotel, I tried sending email to their customer service morning, afternoon, night and early morning, and they could keep replying to me within 10 minutes. As for traveling far away, my parents, who are over 60 years old, don't think it's far away. Basically, it took 5-6 minutes to arrive at the entrance next to Hakata Station (it rained heavily one night, so it only took about 2-3 minutes to take a taxi back to the B&B from Hakata Station). However, none of those concerns turned out to be true. Firstly, after booking, you will receive an email from the hotel clearly stating that you need to complete a pre-check-in process. You just need to provide basic personal information and upload a photo of your passport. Once completed, you will receive two codes: one for the building entrance and another for the key box attached to your room door. The room door is locked with a key, so there is no issue with electronic locks running out of power. When you arrive at the lobby, you need to use the provided iPad for self-check-in (multiple language options available). If you completed the pre-check-in process before your arrival, the check-in procedure will be very quick.
