What a lovely place we were greeted by Micheal who took our case to our room he explained where everything was and breakfast timings please note it is continental breakfast but their is plenty of choice even hard boiled eggs the room was a good size the bed was very comfy and the shower was fantastic. Tea and coffee was provided even top up supply on landing .my only grip was the wardrobe was small the type you have in a child's room but it had plenty of hangers and we hung our cloths on the window rail so not an issue location was perfect really quiet very homely we will be back later in the year

Great little spot relatively close to the city centre. We walked into the city in about 20 minutes! It’s a self check in and check out system with very clear instructions and opportunities for help if needed. The room is very clean with a nice en-suite. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Terrible experience staying here from start to finish, after being cancelled two days before we were due to stay in dream apartments st thomas hall they changed us to obel tower. I made a point we were travelling as a family with a 3 month old baby and needed a cot. Once we arrived to obel tower and were checking in the girl at recieption told us she thinks the keys she gave us should open the door to our apartment but if not come back down! That was the least of my problems even though that was terrible customer service not my job to check keys! We arrived at our room and the door was laying wide open, walked into apartment and it was freezing as all the windows were laying open bare in mind it was december! The blinds were hanging off the rails with blinds missing and as i wanted to feed my baby in privacy as there was a business block across from us with a man working in it i couldnt even close th blinds properly for some privacy as i fed my baby! Thats not all… there was a pair of socks laying on the sofa the room was disgusting stains all over the floor and only the fact me and my fiance had a alcoholic drink we would have went home the cot was rotten the bed covers were dirty, there was no toilet roll in the apartment absalute joke of a place and i paid £98 to stay there! It ruined my weekend i couldnt wait to go home. So once i got home i emailed the apartment and a man brian sinclair then phoned me i told him about my stay and he was very apologetic and told me to send over the photos i had took of the apartment he told me he would get back to me with how they were going to resolve this problem…. I waited and waited and rang and emailed multiple times and noone has ever got back to me terrible customer service so i warn people stay clear from there its disgusting!!

We went as a family and had a very enjoyable lunch. Our lunch was served to us in pristine condition and it was really very enjoyable. Indeed the sandwiches I had were not fully on the menu but they were able to make me a sandwich of my choice, which was very enjoyable indeed. we were well looked after and the staff were excellent. Coming to see if we needed anything more and getting me a top up of coffee. It was very nice indeed thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back. Ryan, McCartney.

I did not expect the street where this hotel is located is very expensive, this is a very cost-effective hotel, the price is right, there is breakfast, the most important thing is that the old man of reception is very nice, very fond of looking for someone to speak, a pure English, I heard it very well. Really good B&B on the edge of Belfast which is close to shopping centres and the motorway. The rooms are spotless, large and comfortable. Excellent apartments, basic but very clean and everything you need. We went out for a bit to eat close by and when we came back we found that the clock had come off the wall and smashed, my husband asked reception for a hoover just to make sure nobody stood on a glass fragment, it was dropped up straight away and they offered to hoover it up but we knew they were busy and did it ourselves. Apartments were nice and quiet at night. We really enjoyed our stay here and having a tesco just downstairs really helped along with a food outlet where we could get pizza, Chinese or burgers. The only downside to our stay was the carpark was having maintenance so we couldn't use it and parking was scarce on the main St but I would highly recommend this accommodation.

When i first saw some of the reviews i was abit spectical but i can honestly say these reviews dont merit the actual apartment. Communication with the company was quick and easy no issues with getting the key etc. Yes the apartment did havea few cosmetic issues like burnt mark on the carpet few marks on the wall but i took photos soon as we got in the apartment and sent them to the company via email just so they knew they were already like thay so was no issue with my deposit. The apartment is ideally located just outside of belfast with easy frequent buses both ways and plenty of takeaways and shops near by. Yes was abit noisy on a night because few apartments in the building and the doors slam shut quite loud but that is expected even a normal hotel you would get few loud noises. Overall i was happy with the apartment im not a picky person as long as the apartment was clean and tidy and no major issue with the company which they were brilliant thats all i want. I also got my deposit back the day after we left which was great 👍
