The hostel was easy to find find and is quite central. The dorm room was fine, although you have to prepare your own bedding (which doesn't seem to quite fit). The power outlet next to my bed didn't work and one of the showers didn't work either. The girl at reception is really nice and works hard. She arranged a midnight Yandex taxi for me to go to the airport.

it is located close to main sightseeing places and you can walk to them. it is on the second floor, North American ways, and then you need carry up your heavy bag at the outside stairs because there are no elevator. they pass you washed bed sheets and a towel. I didn't see any cleaning women. maybe the young guy at the reception only keep the hostel tidy, which doesn't seem enough.

The location is superb! The guesthouse's breakfast was perfectly suited to my Chinese palate, and compared to lunch and dinner, it was the most enjoyable meal. The room was even cleaner than the pictures! The bedding was incredibly soft, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. The bathroom was spotless with a great wet/dry separation design. You can really tell how much effort the owner put into the details. The host was incredibly friendly! They sent detailed check-in instructions in advance and proactively recommended local delicacies and routes to avoid the crowds, which truly made the entire experience perfect! Outstanding value for money! It's incredible to find such a comfortable guesthouse at this price point. I'll definitely be back!

第一次入住，看到網上的評分還不錯，就打算來體驗一下，果然不虛此行！！剛下大巴就因為語言不通不知如何來酒店，聯繫了民宿老闆！幫我們打車回了民宿，民宿的位置離要逛的地方挺近的，因為我們註冊不了這邊的打車軟件，然後都是老闆幫助我們的！！！晚上吃飯老闆給我們打車去和回，給我們推薦的非常的好吃🫶🏻 有求必應，超級熱情～～而且房間乾淨舒適，房間床非常不錯。院子裏還能擼貓！還有櫻桃吃～住的地方非常安全，獨立的院子，有健身房，有廚房，可以自己做飯

The owner is Chinese and couldn't register for a taxi app, but he still called a taxi for us. We booked a three-night room and were given a larger, more spacious room. The room was new and located near the mall, just a short walk away. When I ran out of money, they even exchanged it for tenge and asked an aunt to bring it to us. The location is really good, and the hotel is really affordable. There's a straight road to the church and the Green Bazaar. Entering the code into the room eliminates the need for a key, which is quite convenient. The experience was great and I'm very satisfied. 😀

The owner of the hotel is Chinese. They gave me and my child a room for free. It is a rich villa area on the mountainside. I am not used to eating the food here. I can cook in my own kitchen. It is close to the zoo koktobe mountain and the Ascension Cathedral. We can't use the taxi software. They helped me take a taxi when I went out.

First, let me review the location. A taxi from the airport costs 56 RMB. The surrounding area is relatively convenient. This is a Chinese-owned B&B, and they remotely control everything from finding your keys and getting upstairs to unlocking the door via WeChat. It was my first time there, and it took a full 25 minutes from getting off the taxi to the room. As for the room itself, it had two 1.2-meter single beds. The room was quite clean, but the bathroom was small. I suggest you clean the kettle thoroughly; there are too many water stains. The room is very clean and upscale. The lady boss is very pretty and warm-hearted, providing a lot of help. I was lucky enough to be invited to a dinner party with hotel guests. It was so awesome to be able to eat such food abroad. It is worth recommending to Chinese people. The whole hotel is very comfortable. Because I often travel on business, I booked it for a try. The sauna and swimming pool amazed me. It is a very suitable place for talking and chatting. There are a lot of entertainment and independent spaces. The most important thing is that the boss lady allows me and my customers to drink tea freely. The eight-treasure tea is good. I don’t have to run out to find a place to meet people to talk. It is very cost-effective and very convenient for dining.
