Their service is heartwarming. Since we were being driven to the guesthouse by a driver, not a car, the hostess simply said, ”I'll take you rafting!” So heartwarming. 🍳The food was amazing! I hadn't had high expectations for B&B food, but I was completely disappointed! Breakfast included freshly ground coffee, orange juice, and milk. The main meals were also spotless, with fresh ingredients and a hearty, home-cooked feel. It was so reassuring to eat with the kids. The guesthouse also has a full range of amenities, including billiards, a mahjong room, and more. The audio-visual room is especially noteworthy; it's rare for a guesthouse to have such a high-end audio-visual room. Overall, this stay was absolutely worth it! This trip to Moganshan was made particularly memorable by the company of Moyu Mountain Residence. The location of Mo Yu Shan Ju is perfect. It is only an 8 to 10-minute walk from the bustling Yucun market town. It is extremely convenient for going out for food, strolling, or visiting surrounding attractions. However, it cleverly maintains a sense of independence and tranquility, as if it is a paradise away from the hustle and bustle. The moment you step into the villa, the clean and tidy environment instantly catches your eye. Every detail has been carefully taken care of, just right, making people feel particularly comfortable. The billiard room, karaoke room and chess and card room on the basement floor added endless fun to our journey and allowed us to spend many happy times in the villa. However, what touched me most was the enthusiasm and kindness of the landlord couple. While traveling, my tire suddenly got a flat. It happened to be Chinese New Year and all the repair shops were closed. I was getting extremely anxious when my landlord, Mr. Yao, offered to help me. With his skillful hands-on ability and superb techniques, he helped me find the leak and repaired the tire, solving my urgent problem at the end of the year. What is even more touching is that Boss Yao resolutely refused to accept any compensation. I was deeply moved by this selfless help. At Moyu Mountain Residence, I not only enjoyed comfortable accommodation, but also felt the warmth and care of family. This is not just a place to stay, but also a home full of warmth. Next time I come to Moganshan, I will definitely choose here again!

Well kept and managed hotel close to hiking tracks through bamboo coated mountains. Absolutely no complaints about the hotel itself, great value, friendly staff and good food. The breakfast was suitable for vegetarians, which worked out great for us. The one thing to be careful of is that the village this hotel is in doesn't have a great amount of public transport to get you to other places other than a very time consuming bus. If your Chinese is good enough, you might be able to convince a taxi to come get you, but they'll ask for a bit more due to the location. However, if you just want to relax, hike and explore the local mountains (there is a dam you 'can' swim in, and a waterfall within 3km), it's a great place.

We booked a two-story family suite. The first floor features a living, dining, and lounge area, while the second floor has two bedrooms. The rooms are simply furnished and clean, and the beautiful window view was incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. Upon arrival, we found a generous welcome fruit platter prepared in advance – definitely not a token gesture! The plums, in particular, were delicious, haha. The butler service was exceptional. Our butler created a chat group beforehand to share important details. They met us upon arrival, helped with our luggage, and during check-in, we received a thoughtful summer refreshment gift pack. Even at check-out, they provided us with some tasty snacks and bottled water. Breakfast could be delivered to our room. For lunch, we opted for the guesthouse's own catering, which was both delicious and reasonably priced. You could pre-order the menu, which showed great attention to detail! Since we were traveling with a baby, the butler proactively set up a safety gate for us and made sure to note our preferences and any special instructions for meals, which was incredibly reassuring and reliable. During our stay, any questions could be directly asked in the butler chat group, and responses were always prompt. For instance, when our baby accidentally left a doll behind, we contacted the butler and immediately received a response and solution. They even helped us arrange for it to be couriered back to us. Their efficiency was truly impressive! 👍

The host contacted me in advance to inform me of what to expect. On day of check in the venue was easy to find and free parking was available. Upon arrival I was greeted by a very warm and friendly lady. The hotel was beautifully decorated and very calm relaxed aura. The room itself was bright and airy. A huge bath large enough for 2 people and a large balcony. There were lots of indoor activities to partake in or many cosy places to talk, read or work.
