Most guests (99%) aren’t bothered by it but worth mentioning.The housekeeper lives in the building and she can speak English. Her contact number is listed in the brochure for reserved guests in case of emergency. Check in is self-serviceIt’s a great neighbourhood with all the conveniences nearby. Coffee shops, restaurants, supermarket, convenience stores, temples are all close by.It’s just a five mins walk to Takahatafudo Station which runs regular express trains to Shinjuku (28mins).We offer free Wifi during your stay!

1. How should I put it? The house is old and still being renovated. There is no front desk. When I met a few guys (probably staff members) who were working on the house, they didn’t know English at all, so communication was very difficult. 2. This location is far from the subway, a fifteen-minute walk. It is next to the track, which is very noisy. The location is remote and there are many mosquitoes. 3. There is no charge for a washing machine in the house. There is no dryer. I was told that there was one nearby when I walked out, but I couldn’t find it. 4. The sound insulation is very poor. You have to go to Shinjuku to go to any subway station. It is not recommended to stay here if you are traveling. The transportation cost and time are really not recommended. 5. How can I put it this way? If you want to experience suburban life, you have enough time. It’s okay to wander around. You can cook and there are many small shops and convenience stores to eat. It’s not as convenient as a hotel when traveling.

房間還不錯 4人入住沒有問題 自己拿鑰匙🔑入住 談不上服務 地理位置比較偏 所澤車站出來步行15分鐘 好在對面就是全家 距離東京池袋半小時車程 但是 但是 但是 可惡的事 不能提前退房和更改日期 有點強買強賣的意思 即便有可以更改選項 攜程也會告訴你供應商不同意 無法更改。 即便你是下單後馬上更改 也不行❌ 攜程溝通態度很好 但是不解決問題 所以需要預訂的務必考慮清楚
