Answer the question in the previous comment that the boy strayed into the bathroom. The washroom is separate for men and women. The outside shower is inside the shower. I encountered a boy who accidentally entered but pushed the door of the outside bathroom and closed it with embarrassment immediately. The shower room is inside and the lock cannot be used. worry. The entire first floor is a public area. Breakfast is 3.5 Euros for one person. The door is Jaume 1 subway. It is very close to the main church of Barcelona. For those who are used to Beijing, the scale of the whole Barcelona is not large. There are many attractions in the city. Can walk, this location is OK. For girls in the eight-person room, the floor will squeak. For me who is used to staying in youth hostels, I am tired after playing for a day, and sleep is not affected. Everything else is OK. This price is ok in Europe. The front desk can buy a lock for 3 Euros or bring your own. You can put an S hook on the wall of the shower room in your bag. It is also possible to bring it without a shower. When you open the door of the shower room, you can reach the opposite side by the hook. It is not closed for 24 hours, and it is the same for Christmas. It is very convenient. Generally speaking, it is cost-effective in the youth hostel.

The location is perfect for walking and walking in the Metro, the metro station is a few steps away. There is no reception, so check-in is done by itself following the instructions that should arrive by E-Mail. We had not received any instruction by email and we called the reference number. The telephone service was able to help us and the check-in was then made without problems. The room is as you see in the photos, furnishings we enjoyed, the kitchen is equipped with microwave, water boiler, mini-fridge, coffee machine, socks and penthouses. The room was quite clean but the bathroom would have needed some more attention. If you had few bath products, I would recommend to take your own bath products or buy something locally. For the rest we found very good and the view from the room is nothing bad 😊

This was my first time staying in a hostal and it was a great experience! Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Room and bathroom were very clean. AC was strong enough and kept the room at a comfortable temperature. Walking distance from many good bars and restaurants. All for a great price as well. We would be happy to return here next time in Barcelona!

This is the second time we have stayed here. And again, they did not disappoint. The apartment was clean and well stocked with the basic necessities. We love the location right in the Gothic Quarter. It was close to all the things you could need. We loved the rooftop pool deck. The pool is just a small wading pool, but the lounging area was a great way to decompress after being out seeing the sites. The staff in the office were excellent and helped us with everything we needed. I would highly recommend you stay here while in Barcelona.

Me and my sister (22&21 y/o) stayed here at the end of february for 3 nights, the customer service was brilliant and there was a super friendly woman who greeted us every morning. The beds were comfortable and the air con was really good, cooling down the room in seconds! A very central location, with the metro being a two minute walk away. This was a perfect affordable accommodation for the weekend, very quiet and cosy! Close to the beach, the marina, restaurants! The shower was lovely too! Will be booking this same hotel next time we visit barcelona! :)

Pretty nice hotel with friendly staff. Its strengths are its closed car park, a very nice breakfast and its location not far from the Spanish Steps. Its negative points, a strong smell of tobacco in the room on our arrival but especially the room on the street side without double glazing so rather noisy and the height the shutter which does not close and the pigeons which come to wake you up every morning ... But overall I'm pretty happy with the establishment.

We had the best stay. The hotel is in a great location it took us less than 5 minutes walk from the airport bus drop off. La Ramblas is a short walk away and around the hotel are lots of bars and shops. Recommend Lucciano’s ice cream and el nacional for drinks/ food. The room was perfect and clean good size and nice bathroom. Everyday we had a breakfast bag left with a muffin and juice and free coffee. A welcome treat. The staff were all lovely. We would definitely stay again and would recommend

In terms of comfort it is very light , there is the strict minimum. However, bathroom and shower really too narrow , automatic light that starts when you go to the toilet . The showers was not cleaned when we arrived but all other days they where nice and clean. Could be good to bring some flip flops. Nice refridgerator. I didn’t use the kitchen to cook. They just had a sponge to clean your dishes with which was kind of groose, I would have wanted a regular dishbrush. The walls is thin so you hear your neighbours much, earplugs was a must for me. This was the most negative about the hostel for me. But The staff helped to say to other guests if they where to loud. Nice and comfortable beds. Nice with big lockers/storage in your room. Really kind and helpful staff. Nice rooftoop to sit and eat your breakfast. It is a local tax you have to pay when you check im, 20 euros for me and my friend for 4 nights. Good location. Close to several supermarkets, restaurants, bars, metro and bus stops and we also walked from the hostel to some sightseeing things to save some money. Easy to get to the airport.

Upon entering Yeah Barcelona Hostel, you will encounter super friendly hosts! The location is convenient. The shared space is very comfortable and nicely appointed for hanging out if you find yourself lacking things to do in Barcelona city. There is a washer/dryer for catching up on laundry, too. The dining area is open for grabbing your own food or purchasing breakfast in the morning. The hostel will allow you to leave luggage in their luggage room while you are out and about, but it is not locked space. We did not feel our luggage was in any danger, and we enjoyed the freedom of leaving our luggage, but you would have to assess your comfort level for this. Our group of four rented a shared room containing four bunks and its own private bathroom. This was a great option for us. And even though we were older than many of the guests, we had a great experience during our stay. The one thing I feel I should mention is that staff marched through our room to close the balcony door and lock it at bedtime....think fire escape danger! Plus the ac temperature is governed, resulting in a stuffy nighttime experience. This was such a disappointment since I had selected the hostel mostly based on the impression that the pictured door in the room could be open for fresh air all night. Be aware that it cannot. We were told this was a Spain law....it must only apply to hostels because we never ran into that issue anywhere else in the country the next two weeks.

Super apartment in a great central location. Beds comfortable, well equipped kitchen (except no mugs only small cups), spacious rooms with one exception - the bathroom was very narrow! On arrival, it might have helped to have a few instructions as to where the buliding was (next door to Starbucks) rather than just the number. Would have given 5 stars were it not for a hiccup at check out. We phoned the day before and asked for a late check out - they offered to midday for free (an extra hour). When we went to put our case in the lockers over the road we came back to find ourselves locked out. Our phones were on charge in the apartment. So we returned to the other building and luckily found a member of staff who was getting some cleaning supplies. She kindly rang the office and they said they'd reset the code - but that didn't work either ... so another trip across the road and on the third attempt we were able to get back in to recover our day bag. So at least two members of staff had failed to do as promised but the lady who helped us was lovely! Nonetheless, if i should ever return to Barcelona i would be very happy to stay there again,.

Our stay at the Suites Avenue hotel was excellent in every way. The apartments are modern, clean, spacious, well-equipped and very comfortable. The hotel staff members were all courteous, competent, efficient and ready to assist when needed. The location is also excellent -- on a beautiful, tree-lined street among upscale shops, lively during the day but quiet at night and we felt safe there at all times. The hotel is very close to La Pedrera and Casa Batllo. Also nearby is a taxi stand, two metro stations, bus stops for city buses and hop-on-hop-off buses. We took the metro to Sagrada Familia and to Parc Guell, then walked back from both. The Placa Catalunya was a 20 minute walk. Alternatively, we strolled down La Rambla from the upper part a block from the hotel, down through the busy section, to the waterfront in 40 easy minutes, passing many restaurants along the way. Barcelona itself was beautiful, sunny and hot and the hotel was a wonderful place to stop in for a break from the heat and to come ”home” to at the end of the day. I wholeheartedly recommend the Suites Avenue and would definitely stay there again.

Hostal BCN Ramblas is a very unassuming hotel but is in a great location right on La Rambla, is clean and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located right in front of Liceu metro station. If you exit via the Mercado de La Boqueria exit you will end up in front of Barcelona's major market which is exactly opposite the hotel. The sign can be a bit hard to spot but the hotel's door is between a Taco Bell and Mostly Restaurant. The lift is small but does work - remember to push LL to call it. Otherwise it's several flights of narrow stairs. Staff are friendly. The room was big enough for 2 people and their suitcases. Very clean. Comfortable bed. A safe was provided. Considering it's location it was quiet. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Plenty of security. Staff were really friendly.

Beautiful experience after well 4 years of imprisonment x via del covid ...e 10 years that we did not all take over the plane ... very central place, superlative hosts, with various advice and arrangements on how to best organize the visit to the city, With card provided to the reception very accurate. Four people booked a room of three bedrooms, one hall, two bathrooms and 90 square meters. When we opened the door, we all felt that the room had 130 square meters. Although the decoration was very simple, it was clean and tidy. The favorite thing is that the kitchen equipment is all available. We went to the nearby supermarket to buy food and burned three meals.

The hostel was easy to get to from the Metro, and it was easy to check-in. The room was updated and very clean. The AC worked very well. The only reason I didn't give it excellent is because my mattress was not very comfortable. The price was great, and it was in a great location. Plus, there were a lot of restaurants and markets nearby. Additionally, there were a lot of travelers of all ages and the vibe in the hostel was very friendly and welcoming.

I had 4 lovely nights at this small hotel.The hotel is modern and very clean with great facilities for food and drinks It is self catering and is set in a very quiet and safe residential area .There is a vibrant shopping area very close by with lots of useful shops , supermarkets, cafes and restaurants.There is a Lidl close by and an Aldi a bit further away. Also not far from the Metro The owner of the hotel is very friendly and we had lots of useful tips off him. He speaks English which is a bonus.

Although I had booked the room two months ago, and the check-in time was until 21.00, when I arrived at 19.30 the door outside the hotel was closed and the bell was not ringing. Luckily, someone staying in the hotel was coming back and opened the door for me, and she tried to call the receptionist. She was very kind and directed me to the next door grocery store where owners seemed to know the hotel people. However, they were extremely unkind and it took me quite some time to convince them to call someone from the hotel. Finally someone came, after a whole hour of waiting, and what shocked me the most was the unprofessional behaviour of the receptionist, he did not say one single word of apology, and behaved as if everything was normal. Places like this hotel are a disgrace for such a wonderful city as Barcelona.

I stayed 3 nights in a 6 people dorm and I was impressed on how clean and well designed the room was. I loved the ”eco-friendly” practice of turning off the AC automatically after the room reaches a certain temperature. Also, the room had good noise isolation so even though there were a lot of very loud people outside, I couldn't hear a thing.

This was one of the best choices i did during all my trips to the city. myself and my partner we went there for a weekend to celebrate our aniversay and we absolutely loved it. The staff, the rooms, the food… everything was perfect, all the little details were on the spot. We had METRO 5 min walking from the hostel, bars near by and parking for the car right beside!!! we absolute loved it, we will definitely come back soon. Ideally situated just off the Placa Catalunya that makes reaching La Ramblas, Passeig de Gracia, Cortes Ingles, and the main Tourist Information Office by foot all within 5 minutes. The rooms are spacious by European standards and are very clean and modern. The couple that runs this small hotel are so friendly, very helpful, and delightfully enthusiastic about sharing their city and their favorites. There's a small old timey-style elevator you can use, but we mostly used the stairs. Includes fast wifi (fast enough to stream videos) and air conditioning. As a smaller place, if you come in at night after hours, you have to punch in a code to enter the building and then the hotel. Highly recommend and would come back next time I'm in Barcelona.

One of the few hostels where I felt at home, the guys who work there are super cordial and friendly, the environment is very clean, a lady comes every day to clean the common areas. It has a fully equipped kitchen and offers free compartments where everyone can use. TV, console, hairdryer and tablecloths available to everyone!! Very cheap laundry service at a low price! Highly recommended!

Dormitory use Location Not so bad near the Arc de Triomphe. staff It's not bad feeling as usual. It's not good to pick up but it's normal. Equipment and amenities The inside is spacious and has a lot of space. Simple decor. I don't think it's dirty, but it's specially beautiful! Does not. Normal cleanliness. If price is important, we are satisfied. But since I was late check-in after 22:00, an extra 10 € was taken. I thought this was expensive. There is a sofa and a table in the common space so you can relax. not bad. Towels are charged. OK if you don't arrive late at night because of the price.

The entire room, bathroom and bed linen are very clean, although the place is very old, all the spaces are small. There is a common room with dispensing machines with different types of coffee and milk and another for water, soda and snacks, very affordable price. The attention of the reception staff was excellent. Hostel very well located in the center with quick access to all places of interest. If you are only going to sleep, the essential thing is that it is very hot water, A/C and sheets, clean towels, a hair dryer and hand and bath soap.
