This is my third Safestay hostel. Last year I stayed at Passeig de Gracia. They are completely different. And this year I was at the same hotel in Porto, Portugal. Convenient check-in, they don't accept cash at all. I didn't like that the kitchen is small and there is no stove for cooking. The refrigerator is small and full, for such a number of tourists. Also, there are a lot of beds in the room, too many. Good showers, some with broken plumbing. No shower gel. Everything is fine in terms of cleanliness, the reception area is beautifully decorated. Freshly renovated. The guys at the reception are friendly, special thanks for that.

The location is perfect for walking and walking in the Metro, the metro station is a few steps away. There is no reception, so check-in is done by itself following the instructions that should arrive by E-Mail. We had not received any instruction by email and we called the reference number. The telephone service was able to help us and the check-in was then made without problems. The room is as you see in the photos, furnishings we enjoyed, the kitchen is equipped with microwave, water boiler, mini-fridge, coffee machine, socks and penthouses. The room was quite clean but the bathroom would have needed some more attention. If you had few bath products, I would recommend to take your own bath products or buy something locally. For the rest we found very good and the view from the room is nothing bad 😊

I had to catch a flight early in the morning, so I made a reservation, but the hotel itself There was nothing to see at all, but the location was really good. I had to leave my key when I went in and out, and it was a bit difficult to take the elevator because there were floors that didn't go there, so I had a hard time carrying my bags. Considering that the surrounding area was a bit noisy and dirty, it wasn't that great, but it was good for a night.

Ideal location in the middle of the old town, with construction work in the entrance area. The front door and hotel entrance are unlocked, meaning anyone could have gotten to the room door. Unfortunately, you have to slam the room doors shut if you want to sleep, which is a nightmare. Everything is clean, fresh linens are provided daily, there is a coffee machine in the common room, and the furnishings and decor are sparse. A bright, friendly room with a window/balcony door opening onto the interior of the building, right next to your neighbors. The next room can be accessed via a balcony, but the balcony door and curtains have to be closed because you have a direct view of the bed. The shower is very narrow, the ceiling fan is very quiet, and there's no air conditioning, which isn't sufficient when the temperature hits 28 degrees Celsius at night. Very friendly and helpful staff and WiFi.

Indeed, we had a room in the middle of two other rooms occupied by two families Italian with young children ... Needless to tell you the hell we experienced the first night, because of the cries of children, the din of adults who spoke very hard in Italian ... I have so spoke to front desk staff who solved the problem immediately ... i would just say to avoid families in this kind of structure, or room partitions are, light and a bit small for families with kids downstairs age ... This place is VERY far from the city centre and the beaches so keep that in mind when booking. Although the hostel itself is safe, bussing back at 5 am which takes about 1 hour from the clubs and city centre is not great. The room is small but it does the job. Hotel location is very good, about 2 kilometers from the Mira House, walk to the various alleys are also popular, very local atmosphere.
