It is a new building built in 2018, so it is clean and fully equipped with heating and cooling air conditioners, washing machines, hot plates, and cooking utensils.
2 liters of bottled water is provided for free and laundry detergent is also provided. There are no shower towels, so bring your own.
It's a pity that check-out is at 10 o'clock rather than 11 o'clock.
Most of the nearby restaurants open at 11 o'clock, so you have to spend an hour outside to eat at a nearby restaurant and then go to the airport. It would be nice if check-out was changed to 11 o'clock.
Other than that, there are no other drawbacks.

The disadvantage is that it is close to the railway and the elevated, and there is a JR roaring every 2 minutes, but I am used to it two days later, and there is a formaldehyde doubt about the online reaction.
