After living in this room, there are advantages and disadvantages for me Let me talk about the advantages first: the environment is good, the room is really clean and comfortable, there is a simple kitchen to buy ingredients to cook by yourself, there is also a washing machine and dryer to use Another disadvantage: this is the first time I have booked a hotel that no one has reported, I want to say that I can try it, but! The check-in process was very unpleasant. First of all, the hotel did not send me the password letter of the door correctly, resulting in my whole card outside the door and no one helped. Then the solution provided by the hotel was only to contact customer service by phone and no other methods such as line, etc. It is super inconvenient for me to use eSIM card abroad, because in the end I can only use the international roaming to open my door number to dial the phone to customer service, and just for a 4-digit password for a door, it is really inconvenient and a waste of money, I hope the hotel can think about how to improve this problem, Avoid affecting the mood of the guests

The new, comfortable building is located at the bus stop, shops and restaurants. Two very beautiful beaches are 10 and 20 minutes walking distance respectively. The hotel offers the possibility of renting cycles at a cheap price to visit the *****ola. The area is very wide day with well-equipped kitchen and room available to guests, but it is not isolated from the rooms, so you can feel noises, voices and laughs until the night is transmitted. Unfortunately, the extraordinary wood flooring does not help to keep a certain silence, because every step there is noise accompanied by quite strong vibrations, so allowing children to run along the corridors and through the stairway, Maybe it is not allowing the peace that guests want to have especially late night. Bathrooms are absolutely insufficient to the range of guests, so you need to put in row, both to do the shower and to use the healthcare.

Kaori is attentive, with many small details. Booked for one night and felt silent and considerate. The coffee is delicious, soft in the mouth, not bitter or sour. There are cotton swabs and makeup remover beside the washbasin. There are earplugs on the bedside table. The rooms are bright and tidy, and the indoor and outdoor decoration and parking spaces are in a small garden with elegant taste. really good. Bathrooms are shared, one for each room. The bicycle key is placed at the entrance of the hotel on the second floor and should be used free of charge. I have the opportunity to bring my family back next time.

You may need to actively contact CS from Trip.com to obtain the check-in procedures as we did not receive anything even when it is one day before our check-in, and surely you should not expect front desk service for this accommodation (as indicated on trip.com website). The accommodation is located in Agarie, Nago which is around 15-20mins walk away from the main street / Nago Castle Park. You can also reach bus stop Yokufe within 5min walk. There are also a few supermarkets/convenient stores/restaurants and a beach nearby. The accommodation is well-equipped except that we could not find any heater. We are not sure if heating facilities are rare in Okinawa but the temperature was a bit cold during our stay.

This is a very good house. All the facilities are quite new. Except for the location being unclearly marked, I searched for an hour and still couldn’t find it. I happened to meet the local postman and I didn’t know... After searching for a while, I finally found it at the original location. The hill next door is not a location on the G map at all.
