Did not expect much being a guesthouse close by to the airport for a quick overnight stay after late flight arrival. The reception was unattended but after ringing doorbell twice, the staff opened the door to greet us and check us in. Turned out to be better than expected, comfortable bed, very simple Indonesian breakfast, view of the pool & garden right on outside the glass door. Well-maintained and cosy room with all the basic necessary amenities, toothbrush, toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo & conditioner. The only down side was the shower head which was very awkwardly angled and hard to not get your hair wet and was unable to manually adjust the shower head.

You get what you pay for, value for money. Cold water shower but it's hot anyway. The room was clean and tidy. 5min walk from airport Once you leave airport walk out front and to your left you will see toll booths. You will need to walk out of airport entrance and then around to tolls. Cross over at tolls (busy road but doable) chillin homestay is located on otherwise of brick wall,under the billboards. You will see a small entrance way to allow you to get over the otherside of wall.

Our flight back home was cancelled at 2AM, we were completely exhausted mentally and phisically, we were lucky enough to find this hotel on booking. We had no rupee left (because we thought we wouldnt need them and spent them in the airport) and the receptionist payed for our taxi (we did pay her back the next day). They fully deserve an 5 star review for the hospitality they showed us and for the help offered in our time of need. If management sees this, you should be proud and give a raise to the lady that works the desk, because her kindness was extremely apreciated.

I stayed at The Kutaya on four different occasions over a two month period. While it was a little hard to find (my taxi drivers were zero for four in getting within 100 meters!!), once I was in the vicinity, all the locals knew where it was and I walked there in less than 2 minutes. Its location is actually a plus- it is nice and quiet away from the noise and traffic. The rooms a spotless and comfortable, and the shower pressure was great, something I have learned not to take for granted in Bali!! The rooms surround a serene courtyard and small swimming pool. There is a small balcony outside each room as well. I didn't stay for breakfast so I can't comment on the food. It is a family owned place and it is obvious that the owners want to do a good job...and they succeeded with me1

From Java to Aus on this occasion and I have stayed whilst transiting so only for one night, I have stayed at a few of the hotels in the area as I am frequently passing through. The location is excellent for those who need to go to the airport only 10 minute walk and equally if you want a feed and movie, may be shopping as cinemaxx and Lippo Mall Kuta are nearby, as well as some good local restaurants and street vendors. The staff are welcoming and it’s more like kost elite / boarding house, tucked away down a lane way the room was clean and bed comfortable, and hot shower Overall from the welcoming staff and location from my prospective this was an excellent choice, and would hesitate to return.

Traveling around Bali and islands for a couple of months, diving and generally relaxing, my buddy booked this hotel from Bangkok, and he did an amazing job. Jepun Segara is a pearl, just off a side street, and the entrance is small, but once into the courtyard it opens out a a little, and draws you to the swimming pool not huge but clean, and an area to sunbathe, right next to the pool, the office is at the back of the property, ding the bell, and someone comes running. There are two hotels owned and run separately but by the same family, the rooms are in perfect as new condition, and really well laid out the electricity outlets have two USB ports, one side of the bed, with trip switches incorporated, so no danger of overheating. There is a small fridge and kettle, with complimentary coffee tea and water, flat screen TV, nice balcony, mine overlooking the pool area, there is breakfast available and an area next to the pool to enjoy it, basic but good. Shower and toilet is again as new. I read one of the previous reviews which said bring earplugs not sure why! Very quiet area, then we discovered how close it was to the Airport, not because we heard planes though, because we didn't, not one. Maybe the wind direction landing and taking off, but nothing, staying more than five days. Overall great place, they could definitely charge more, we paid £5 a night which is incredible for what you get, I will add photos if I get the chance. Book here you wont regret it!!

(+) I stayed only for 1 night, since the unpredictable event. The room just great, have a mini refrigerator, clear view TV cable, much better than a 4 star hotel's of my previous stay at nusa dua. You can have nice food around the inn, which cost you only 15,000 IDR. And when sunset you can walk to German Beach, only 10 minutes away. If you just carrying your one big bag pack, you can just walk to Ngurah Rai Airport. (-) Nothin, everything just great, worth the price. Perhaps only the access, b'cos it's location is in the ally, so when another car against you direction, you need to pull ever & it quite hard.

Look, it's not the Hilton, but coming here was a godsend after Jetstar slapped us with a seven-hour delay. Rena Segara is just a short walk/car ride away from the airport, and worth visiting if you want somewhere to kick back, sleep, or lie down while your flight is delayed. We literally rocked up, slipped the man 200,000 RP, and went to bed for a much needed sleep. The room was large and very clean. The bedding was old with some old stains, but it seemed washed/fine. At $20 a night, I wasn't expecting Egyptian cotton! The room was cool, clean, and large with a big fridge. The air conditioning worked great. It's a short walk from the airport. My partner and I had just finished a week-long holiday at more upmarket hotels, where we felt gouged and preyed upon at every turn. We were honestly very impressed with what you got here for $20. Thank you!

We booked in here for half a day as we had a late flight. The price and location was convenient for a place to relax before we went to the airport. Once we arrived we wished we’d discovered this place sooner. It was clean, modern and comfortable. The staff were very friendly, the wifi was the best we’d had in Bali and there was plenty of hot water. It’s in a great location with shops, restaurants and massage parlours right out the front and a big shopping centre, Lippo Mall, 5 minutes walk away. I would highly recommend Kuta Beach Stay. It was so much nicer than the place we stayed previously in Legian and only a fifth of the price. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed at Penida Sunset in early July 2023. Such a hidden gem with an infinity pool that has amazing views out towards the jungle and the bay. Cute, clean individual bungalows with comfy beds and decorated in traditional balinese style. The staff are all very friendly and attentive, and the manager Gerry was so kind and helpful with anything we needed. The hotel is set back from the road so it’s super quiet and peaceful. Get the smoothie bowl for breakfast and fresh dragonfruit juice, both were amazing.

We have had a great stay here, and Gus is a great host who goes to the end to make his guests enjoy a great stay. The team he has around is working all day on making everything clean and comfortable. If sheets are on the ground, sheets are wiped, mattresses are needed for the beds are adjusted at the minute. You have to ask, our villa was unwisely clean and was as expected, the shower is also good, your room is cleaned at your request, through a plate. The villa was close to the street but there are earphones available in the room, which makes us sleep nicely. My friend was the t**** evening that we stayed here for the anniversary and I wanted to surprise her. A app to Gus was enough, he knew what he was doing right away and within 10 minutes we were discussing a menu. As agreed, he provided a dinner at candlelight next to the swimming pool with breathtaking decoration. This was really over expectation. We were even served at the pool by a warning staff who also provided the menu/dining. In general, this accommodation is a thick adviser!

We stayed in The Kirana Ungasan for a week at Bungalow with amazing pool view. We really enjoyed the silence and staff was always ready to help you. We get our scooter, laundry and even massage under our bungalow here. Would recommend scooter rent for exploring Uluwatu area (Do not rent if you don’t have experience driving a scooter or you’re too scared of traffic!!!) There is lot of shops and restaurants near by. Highly recommended for your stay if you want to be silence and want to stay bungalow. Thank you for this amazing week with you guys!!

Is a nice backpackers place to stay for someone looking for an over night or a couple of days. It’s a nice place but there are a few things I didn’t care about there I guess for the price it’s a bargain But at this time no restaurant open here I guess due to covid . Free coffee all the time and water availability down stairs. Shower is nice and hot , the AC cold and the bed is pretty comfortable. Is located in a residential area and has stairs and no elevator. 3 floors. For the price it’s clean and neat room to stay with a pool.

I want to recommend to everyone the excellent team of the hotel Ped Cottage. Staff is very attentive to the guests and responsive. Very quickly react to problems and solve them. The room is clean, clean every day. Breakfast is very little but delicious! In the hotel you can order tours on the island, snorkeling with mant - which goes cheaper than ordering elsewhere. I advise you to choose the suite room on the 2nd floor, tc there is your own space. On the 1st floor - the staff passes by, which is not quite convenient. The hotel itself is far from any beaches, so it will be more suitable for ”night with comfort.” If you want to live near a good beach - this option is not yours. From the dock - 10 minutes drive. About 150.000 RP by taxi.

I will start by saying the cuisine was superb. I used to live in Bali 10years ago for 5years and I am passionate about food. It was so good to be able to eat authentic Balinese cuisine which was cooked authentically with all the spices and cooking methods. A big congratulations to the chef whose beef Rendang was better than Potatoes Heads Indo restaurant and for the Ayam Betutu which was exactly like a Balinese mother would prepare. The staff were young but enthusiastic and helpful. For me this was great to experience an authentic Balinese experience again after so much has been lost in the developments down south. Hey guys, there wasn’t too many reviews about this hotel. So I was a bit spectacle. However I just arrived from Nusa Penida Island and booked this hotel last minute. It was $16 a night plus taxes which made it $17 and something. The room is very pretty, It’s clean, stylish and modern. They also serve a selection of food. There is an outside seating overlooking a small garden. The bathroom is okay nothing special. It’s clean. I recommend this place.I took photos for you guys so you see it better. Happy travelling.

This is a small family owned and operated resort with a set of bungalows overlooking the cut between Lembongan and Ceningan in the Bali Nusa Islands. Grea views. Traditional thatched roof huts front the infinity pool and restaurant area. Wonderful location, close to many shops and eateries. We walked everywhere rather than rent a scooter, which let us enjoy our surroundings while getting in a little exercise. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. They made us feel welcome and special. Putu, the owner, is simply the best! He is knowledgeable and made us feel at home straight away.He looked after us so well. :) We are actually a tad sad to leave his beautiful home and will definitely come back. The location is perfect for people who love the sea and want to relax. The beach is on your doorstep and you can go swimming/snorkelling as and when you please. It’s very near the Pyramids and there’s beautiful coral and sea life to see there. There are lots of lovely warungs very nearby, even next door. Our bedroom was great and overlooked the ocean. It also had all the facilities needed and the price was very reasonable. Honestly, don’t think twice and stay at Valomia! You will not regret it! Suksama, Putu!

My boy and I rented this room last week with Jetstar hotels, once we arrived, we immediately realized that the building did not reflect the photos or rather not all and not trustfully. The building was old and there was a tent in the door of the bathroom, and the last room was all accumulated in our bathroom waste, which was a terrible smell. The boy at the reception tried to clean it gently, but the smell was again the same. We asked for explanations, and the boy at the reception (I want to say very kind and available) tells me, ”It's not my fault because we haven't contracted with this hotel for at least four years.” We have therefore contacted the company that told us that, unfortunately, it could not give us any refund, which is absolutely absurd. Moreover, if you get out of here, the only way to travel is to have a motorbike or you can't move if you don't have local taxis that ask you for absurd figures for Bali, GOJEK and GRAB can't travel in this area so you'll be forced to pay A local taxi if you don't have the possibility to rent a motorbike. We booked the hotel over Booking.com. The facility is viewable. We were in Villa 8 (family rooms). The room itself with two large beds, mosquito net. Breakfast was always freshly prepared. You choose between three options,all options are coffee/tea and juice. We booked a tour to candidasa in the villas and it was all perfectly organized. Schnorchel equipment was put. In the villas we also borrowed mopeds. The manager and staff were very nice. We will come back the 2,5 days were too little.

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel. A beautiful hotel, with fun rooms. The bathroom is quite small and could have been a little cleaner, but this was okay. The isolation of the rooms (houses) on the other side, is very bad. You hear everything that happens outside, screwing ponds, speaking staff, music, ... I've always sleeped with earphones. Good functioning air conditioning. The hotel's environment is beautiful, pleasant swimming pool and well maintained domain. The breakfast is in order, limited choice, but good. The location of the hotel was really not good, unless you like to sit among the local people. The hotel is located in a side street of a hugely busy and dirty street. (In the hotel you notice here fortunately nothing) There are tremendous cars, buses, broms, ... overnight. Not pleasant to walk in this street. The hotel is therefore a little outside the lake tourist area. There are some restaurants on the busy street, but not comfortable to our views. Afterwards, this hotel was on the “more expensive” side, if you look at the location, compared to other hotels in Bali.

Excellent hotel . Incredibly warm and caring people ! ! Big network hotels need to take service lessons from them ! ! Breakfast to the house brings the host to the ordered time . Very experienced if you have not eaten . During the day, walk offers tea-coffee to everyone.. wondering if everything is satisfied . I travel a lot, but I have never met so cheerful people anywhere before ! The territory is small , but all green.. very comfortable !

In general, the room is clean and comfortable. The garbage on the territory is rarely cleaned, the declared breakfast is one name (bread with toaster, a pair of jams and coffee, all cooking cook yourself). In the yard a meter per meter cage with a dog... staff is not very communicable, not customer-oriented.

The room was clean, there were only 2 towels and 1 small soap, no water, no coffee maker and no even cups, when asked, said they only provided a room! The TV can't catch the broadcast, the front and back doors can't close tightly because they use the sliding door, even on the back door I can stumble my finger because the gap is wide enough and people from outside can see directly into the room

Awesome place! I love it. Located in a quiet street in the rice fields accessible only by foot or motorbike and very close to the main street, the guest house is lovely and peaceful. The twin room #5 is amazing, bright and has a nice terrace. Exactly as shown in the photos. Everything is clean and the staff cleans the rooms daily. He's very responsive, friendly and helpful. It's a pleasure to discuss with him. I definitely recommend this place!

Very sunny and soulable place!!! Location is convenient, to the most beautiful beaches of Melasti, Pandava and Geger nearby. The hosts are just great people!!! Everyone will show and tell, organized a transfer to the airport, because it was our last stop. And in general the ratio of price and quality for this price is very good! We almost didn't sit at home, we got up early, explored the island and came late, so the point of looking for expensive hotels was none, and Summerhome is a place where it was very and pleasant to relax after a saturated day! The road of Lembongan Island is really bad as other tourists say, but the scenery is really super beautiful. The location of the hotel is relatively close to all the attractions. Rent a motorcycle with the store and watch the map for ten minutes.
