We arrived at reception with a room booked months before. We had booked on Agoda. Star Residences Art Apartment KL, owner Alexander Polyakov, 5 nights. At the reception which is not a real reception but a station for the security guards, they tell us that we have to call the host. We send him a message on whatsapp and he doesn't respond even after viewing it. He also ends calls. Thanks to the kindness of the guard at the reception who lent us his phone, we immediately contacted Agoda. The host doesn't seem to be responding to them either. Moral cancellation of reservation. The option offers refund or other accommodation. We ask to find us another accommodation. In the meantime, time passes and it is getting dark. Do not book with this host, he is not serious at all. While waiting, I open the booking app and find a room in a residence that on the map seems very close to where we were. I pay in cash and I book. Residence klcc which fortunately are apartments in the usual building of the first. So there's no need to move. Fingers crossed in the hope that the host responds this time. He responded, came immediately and saved the day for us. Since it was 5pm on the same day, the price was really discounted. Agoda refunded us immediately. Apartment, nice, spacious, clean. Mitiu (I don't know if his name is spelled like that) was very helpful, he even got us a pot to cook pasta. The Petronas in sight, panoramic swimming pool on the attic, central area. I recommend this residence but please do not book apartments owned by Alexander in residence star one because you risk sleeping on the street. Opt for klcc residences and possibly with Mitiu which is a guarantee.

The apartment is very close to KLCC. The view is very beautiful. The check-in process was a little bit slow, and the capacity of waiting chairs in the Lounge was very limited. But overall I feel satisfied being able to stay here.

I booked Ruby Diamond with Bath Tub but was given Garnet Room instead, which although bigger, was cheaper than the room I originally booked. I booked Ruby Diamond specifically for the Bath Tub but upon checking with the receptionist said the room was already occupied. Called the hotline number to no avail, only when Whatsapp do they replies and said the bath tub is still under repair. So don’t really know which one is true. To compensate, they give me bigger room (Garnet) and late checkout till 2pm. Although for the room itself, it’s really good. There’s a kitchen, fridge, washer & dryer combo, cuckoo, spacious living room, a bathroom, and a bedroom. Amenities are provided like iron, hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel, and toothbrush etc. For the building itself, it only have four lifts so at times (especially during peak hours - checkout times), it may take a while to get an empty lifts. But the view from the pool is nice.

No complains on the location (about 10mins walk to KLCC) Room is neat, comfy. Friendly receptionist and security guards (Didn't enjoy the facilities so can't comment but the pool is nice) The drawbacks :- 1) The car park. Require skill and care if you're driving a big car (Vellfire, Hilux, SUV) 2) The elevators. Waiting time at least 5 minutes when there's a crowd (and there's always a crowd!) Parking fee @ RM5/- per entry, not per day as stated on some websites Overall, will return :)

First of all, I went to the hotel at 3pm and failed to check in. The front desk staff said that I had to wait. I asked again at 3:30pm and still failed to check in. There is no luggage storage service, and it is not safe to leave it in the lobby. Luggage left. The service attitude of the staff is not good! There are no restaurants and shops near the hotel. You have to call grab to get in and out. The wi-fi in the room cannot be used due to the password. The door cannot be automatically locked. The sound insulation of the dual key unit is poor. The good thing is that the room is neat and clean, the big bed is comfortable, and there are fitness and swimming facilities on the top floor, but it takes a long time to wait for the elevator during busy hours.

It's like staying in an Air BnB. We had a whole 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment to ourselves. The apartment came with plates, utensils, a microwave, convection oven, refrigerator and plenty of toilet paper. The AC worked well and the kids enjoyed watching Mr. Bean on whatever streaming service they had. The location is hard to beat. The other hotels in the area are super fancy and super expensive. The only concern was some signage in and around the building as to the legality of short-term leasing and home stays.

Overall my stay in this apartment had fulfilled my minimum expectation, in terms of location & facilities, I’m quite happy with it. In term of service I’m disappointed. I waited for more than an hr to check into my room. The person in charge collected 200 RM deposit on my first day of my stay, but yet to get the refund till now. I hope the person in charge will do the refund soon.

Nice & modern apartment. I booked a 3-bedroom equipped with a small kitchenette & lounge. TV is only for Netflix & YouTube channel. Normal TV channel is not available. Have kettle (no tea/coffee/bottled water), towel & toiletries, hairdryer, iron. Location is very good, short walking distance to KLCC, shopping malls & other attractive places. Parking is available in the building but need to be careful on the sharp & narrow turn on every level especially for big cars, MPV, etc. Outside open parking is also available in front of the condo. Advisable to call the number at your booking to confirm arrival time as they will wait for you and guide you what to do especially pay deposit/ provide the vax cert. before you are given the keys/door password/etc & allowed into the building. They are very helpful & easy to deal with. Recommended place👍🏻

The location is geographically excellent, couple of minutes walk to major shopping malls, and the places we wanted to go. Service wise is good from the crews that facilitate our check in status. Apartment wise, have a nice view. A great place to stay for friends and family. The carpark is not a big car friendly, be mindful if you plan to drive a big SUV or MPVs. However, the stay did come with noticeable caveats. 1. There was no towels ready upon arrival per advertised, had to call in the crew to facilitate the delivery. We had to wait until 11pm for the crew to deliver them. 2. Refrigerator is not function properly, drinks placed inside for couple of hours still not chilled. 3. Shower room ceiling have water leaking, 4. Upon arriving at the apartment, there are roaches hiding in the corners. Not good for those with the roaches phobia. 5. Facilities is still undergoing renovation, not able to enjoy the pool and gym. Lastly, property owner claimed that the stay offer in the Trip.com platform was platform insider sale, so the booking that we did is not valid. She didn't even want to admit and rectify the mistake for throughout 3 months after the payment done till a day before our actual trip. She said the stay during the period can go as high as RM2400 typically for 3 nights stay due to demand or sorts, basically I had to fork up additional RM500 plus 1 complimentary carpark after heavy negotiation. With the apartment basic amenities and cleanliness vs the additional fee amount to stay, this weighs in more towards the watchlist to no-no stay in the apartment, until the issue resolved.

Nice suite in a good location. Booked the room for two nights. After checking in at 6 AM I had to change rooms at noon. That was a little bit inconvenient. This hotel doesn't have a front desk. For checking in and checking out you have to call a number and someone is coming 10 to 15 minutes later. When leaving, I was checking out at 5 AM to catch an early flight. I called and waited 20 minutes but nobody came. When I called the number again, the same person, sounding very sleepy answered. He probably fell asleep again after the first call. Finally 15 minutes later somebody came to check me out and return the security deposit.

Overall good experience staying here for 1 night. Just still shocked for the deposit fee which is Rm500 for 1 room. We booked for 3 rooms so ya u know it. Our stay, although only the 1 night started badly from the moment we arrived. We discovered the hotel has no reception in the lobby. I was instructed to message the host & he would come & meet & greet us. After being kept waiting for 35 minutes I messaged again asking if this is normal & got a reply ”it is for us” then I suggested they shouldn't keep guests waiting to which I received another reply of ”it's called queue, not waiting. I then received a message from a different number who then presented himself to my wife & I which my wife said to her surprise he had been sitting outside opposite her for the past 20 minutes. He then showed us to our room which we found very spacious & quite comfortable. We were then asked for payment which I produced my credit card only to be told cards were not accepted, only cash. Having just flown in from Thailand we were not carrying a lot of local currency on us. What hotel in a large bustling city does not offer credit card facilities. This was a first for us. I then had to proceed in trying to find a nearby ATM without luck. I received numerous messages & calls from the gentleman with him even coming to our room at 10.30pm to collect payment which at this time I explained I hadn't found any so would have to make payment next morning. This is totally unacceptable. The room itself although nice lacked basic amenities which included no soap in the bathroom, only a half roll of toilet tissue which I had to go & buy extra, no bath mat or hand towels, tea or coffee facilities, a TV with no working channels tuned in. Overall our stay was disappointing & I probably wouldn't consider staying here again unless these issues were addressed.

I am here solely for the convenient location to Pavilion Bukit Jalil (PBJ) that's just right opposite REVO, and the free shuttle bus from PBJ to Awan Besar LRT station. They have a pleasant BBQ area, a gym and a beautiful swimming pool at the top though. The room I stayed has no washing machine, and minimal cooking utensils. No plug point at the table area. Don't be picky about the room if you want to stay here. :)

It was great because it was a duplex, and it was even better because check-in and check-out were so simple... Plus, it was so spacious that even 7 family members could come over to play, and there were many beds and it was great. It was also nice that there was a night market, convenience stores, and restaurants nearby. What's even better is that you can also do late checkout by paying a little more (postpaid), so it was perfect.

It’s the second time I’ve stayed here. The most important thing is that it’s near the Petronas Twin Towers. There are food and shopping districts nearby, and there’s an infinity pool on the 51st floor. It’s basically the first choice for check-in☝️ 🤣🤣

Online booking is not true. What we saw online it's not what we get. The house looks beautiful in the picture but when we go and open the house it's different one. We are Singapore we keep the country clean so what type of must we get . Beware of some humans like very clean even the furniture carpets utensils and etc etc. I'm afraid to book apartments online from now . What can you all do on this. You all jus take the money or we pay only half. After we view and stay the balance we pay on that 1st day if not the apartment cards can be seized by unable to use. This is a relatively new property located directly adjacent (or across the street, depending on how you look at it) to one of the newest attractions in Bukit Jalil, i.e. Pavilion 2. The hotel itself is situated within a retail mall known as Aurora Place, with multiple eateries and shop-lots available here, in addition to hundreds more at Pavilion, for the benefit/convenience of those who stay here. This was my first ever visit to Bukit Jalil... and to summarize the review of my two-night stay here, below are the major pros and cons of this hotel, based on my personal observations: Pros: 1. As mentioned in my 1st paragraph above, the location is extremely strategic. F&B places are easily accessible and mostly within walking distance. Plus, a simple matter of crossing a pedestrian walkway to get to the Pavilion Mall. 2. The rooms (or suites) here easily cater for travelers with small families, with two beds in each unit. 3. This being a relatively ”new” hotel, most of the furniture and fittings still look pretty new or are in good condition. 4. Lastly, the rooftop swimming pool offers a nice view of the surroundings (and also as far as the KL city skyline). Cons: 1. Probably the biggest letdown of staying here was the fact that the hotel does not subsidize parking fees for their guests; the reason being that the car park belongs to the Aurora Place mall and is therefore not under the hotel's management. However, with no other free or cheaper options available within the hotel's vicinity, the parking fees per day (and per night) do contribute a significant addition to your hotel fees here! 2. The hotel management also needs to put in more emphasis on pest control. I have managed to see ants and other ”creepy crawlies” either within my unit or outside at the corridors.

Lovely room and the person in charge of the room we got was also very responsive. Just that, be prepared to have to wait to meet the PIC for the room you book as they’ll need to collect the incidental fee or something. And will tell you where to collect the key card. Other than that, room we had was clean and location was perfect.

Service was good cos when i asked the service agent to change a newer kettle for me, she immediately changed a new one for me. The room deco was kinda old and worn out, tiles of bath tub was broken with tape covering, curtains was stained with brown patches, wall ceiling was torn with water dripping, condition of the room was quite bad. The gd things are, shopping mall are just downstairs, with supermarkets and eateries, 7-11 etc..very convenient! Hope they will refurbish their rooms so that more customers willing to return back to stay. I would rather book and stay at the hotel instead of apartment. Hotel is on the left, and apartment is on the right.

This time the family trip specially chose hotel-style apartments. The three bedrooms and two halls are very spacious. The kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, forks, spoons, refrigerators, washing machines, microwave ovens, electric irons, and you can cook by yourself. This is the first choice for family trips. The location is also ok. In the Kuala Lumpur Convention Center area, take the pedestrian bridge to Babylon Square and the Petronas Twin Towers in about 15-20 minutes. There is a swimming pool, gym, laundry room and canteen on the third floor of the apartment, which is cost-effective.
