This was our first trip to the Gili’s. Wow what an amazing place and we nailed the accommodation. The bungalows are spacious and clean, and the housekeeping was excellent. The reception and staff are extremely friendly and professional and arranged everything that we required, from pushbike rentals to private snorkeling tours (which were unforgettable). The food and drinks were delicious and the beach amenities clean and well set out. So good. We will definitely be returning in the near future. M

Twice we used the free sunbeds on hhe beach, ordering food and drink over a few hours. The sunbeds are well maintained with umbrellas and very close to the sea. Prices reasonable for the location and they do an amazing margarita pizza with lush doughy bread

On the occasion of my stay on the Gili Islands, I stayed in this hotel, first in a twin room, then in the deluxe room. Both rooms had a very spacious bathroom with hygienic products available, but also a television and a fridge. The beds were comfortable. My stay there was very pleasant. My stay there was pleasant. The staff made themselves available. Concerning the enclosure of the hotel, I did not use it but there is a large swimming pool, bicycles for rent, and a water fountain. The location is perfect with bars / restaurants in the street, and especially the sea a few meters away. The hotel is located right next to the mosque on the island, so be aware that you will probably hear the prayer at 5am (but that didn't bother me).

Melati was great! The people are beautiful & very helpful. They have the best fresh coconuts which they keep cold in the fridge. The breakfast included is simple but yummy. The bungalows are simple but clean & very comfortable. We were able to rent bikes through them for a reasonable price & they were happy for us to keep them the whole time & pay at the end. Location wise they are further up the main road with a lovely section of beach where they have their sun chairs & snorkeling gear available. You can’t see the bungalows from the road as they are back behind the little shopfront & a space where there is some building happening- but there was no noise to worry about. Just keep an eye out for the Melati sign when you arrive, as it is not a big sign.

The bedroom, the bathroom, breakfast is the impression that you are in a 5-star hotel. Most of the staff is a well-designed and coolly designed bathroom. I strongly suggest taking breakfast and say banana juice. It's the best banana juice I've ever drinked. And the portions are really big. You have omelet / cream / egg & juice & coffee & fruit

Me and my partner from England just stayed here, we originally booked for 3 nights but extended another 2 nights and would’ve easily stayed for longer. Hilman and the other staff were lovely I was feeling a little homesick but Hilman’s smile and great music taste made me feel at home. The location is perfect, a 2 minute walk to the beach and restaurants, amazing price, hilman also cooked us breakfast every morning (included in the price) and sorted bikes rental and laundry for us. Couldn’t recommend staying here enough and we hope to come back one day!
