Clothes were left in the closet of the room. I told the hotel exactly where the clothes were, which wardrobe and which hanger. I called several times but did not respond, and finally said no. At that time, the Tokyo InterContinental lost a suitcase key and the hotel could find it and send it to Osaka. I have two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the room is large, the master bed is large, and the other room has two single beds. One bathroom is large. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is nothing to eat near the hotel, so it is good to live here, suitable for the family to cook. There is a supermarket big save nearby. But you must not live on the first floor. At the beginning, I gave me the first floor. Because the soundproofing of the room was too poor, the sound of walking on the second floor was very clear. I didn't sleep well all night and changed to the highest floor on the third floor. The swimming pool is not bad, from there you can go directly to the beach.FromAU$1,302

Located on a picturesque lava bluff, our top floor condo offers privacy, cooling trade winds and panoramic ocean vistas which a camera can't begin to capture. Our unit is a spacious 2 bedroom, + loft, 2.5 bath with over 1100 sq. ft. of living space. Each bedroom has a queen size bed, fully private en suite bathroom and ceiling fan. There is additional square footage and sleeping space in the well appointed loft which has two twin beds. The twin beds can be converted to one king size bed upon request. An additional air mattress and twin bed mattress is also available. Porta crib and toddler chair are also provided if needed.The unit is designed to maximize privacy with the living and dining space on the first level, bedrooms on the second level and loft on the third level.The well equipped gourmet kitchen has cherry wood cabinets and granite counter tops. The stainless steel appliances include a dishwasher, microwave, oven and refrigerator with filtered water and ice dispenser. A very nice place to stay once you swallow the price. The resort was very clean. People friendly and they are very flexible. Check out was at 10am but they accommodate holding luggage and provide a hospitality room for 30 minutes to clean up after that. They allowed us to use the resort facilities all day after check out. Clothes were left in the closet of the room. I told the hotel exactly where the clothes were, which wardrobe and which hanger. I called several times but did not respond, and finally said no. At that time, the Tokyo InterContinental lost a suitcase key and the hotel could find it and send it to Osaka. It takes half an hour to drive from Lihue Airport to the hotel. Check-in is very fast. The room is very big. There is a swimming pool outside the window, facing the sea and the spring flowers are blooming. The hotel gives 50 credits every day, which can be automatically deducted when you spend money in the three restaurants in the hotel, hang up your room account, and check-out. The life in the resort is leisurely. There are yoga classes at 8 o'clock every morning. You can practice on the outdoor grass and it is very pleasant under the sun. I have two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the room is large, the master bed is large, and the other room has two single beds. One bathroom is large. The kitchen is fully equipped. At the beginning, I gave me the first floor. Because the soundproofing of the room was too poor, the sound of walking on the second floor was very clear.
