Excellent service, the head receptionist was extremely friendly and ready to solve the problem we had because we had reserved a double bed and were assigned a room with twin beds. My husband and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary and I wrote in the reservation that if possible they could decorate the room, but we didn't find anything prepared, I was a little disappointed. However, I must highlight the excellent cleanliness, everything was perfectly clean and tidy! (I found it a bit intriguing that the bathrooms didn't have toilets.) The bar service on the rooftop was excellent. Congratulations, one of the best mojitos I've ever had!!! Great breakfast with lots of variety and great quantity. I think only the breakfast layout could be better because almost twice I was going to spill the orange juice due to there being little space for people to move around in the hallway.

Good location and local to main high street with lots of cafes and restaurants - new decor and friendly service with daily cleaning (just remember to put the sign to clean) Location is centre of all the key attractions and amenities so easy for you to walk around to all areas Lots of space with kitchen to cook if needed Overall great stay and will come back!

I didn't expect much from the hotel in this price range but everything there from the moment I checked in until check out is more than perfect. The location is the best. Hotel facilities are so many. Bed and pillows are comfortable. I wouldn't go anywhere else if I come back to Porto.

Although the hotel is not located in the heart of the city centre, but it is not far either on foot or taxi, with good value for money. The room is spacious and very clean with welcoming and leaving notes, adding the warmth to the stay. The staff are friendly and helpful with first-timer's questions. The roof-top bar is rather small and strangely located, as I have to come down to the reception and go back up the other lift. All in all, it has been and amazing stay in the lovely town.

This is a newly opened hotel. While not right in the city center, it offers excellent value for money. The hotel is quiet, and although the rooms are a bit small, they are very clean. The front desk service is also great. Taxis in Porto are very affordable, making them a perfect option for two people traveling together! I'd definitely recommend it to friends.

THIS HOTEL HAS A VERY AUTHENTIC PORTUGUESE FEEL. WE STAYED AT ROOM 504 WHICH WAS A CORNERED ROOM WITH STUNNING RIVER VIEW. TRY IT AND YOU WILL NOT REGRET.

It was an overall great stay. The room was very clean and had enough space for two people, though there was just a slight lack of drawers for clothes. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and spacious, and the climate control system was excellent. Breakfast was enjoyable, featuring a buffet with various foods suitable for Europeans, more than enough to energize us before exploring. I missed having a gym or a space to exercise, but since we were exhausted at the end of each day, it wasn't a big issue. Lastly, the location and transportation options were also convenient, with bus and metro lines just a 12-minute walk away. This hotel nearly reaches a 4-star rating—100% recommended for visiting Porto in 2-3 days.

The hotel is very well located, the metro is right next to the shops too, however the sound system is too noisy, not well insulated and also the furniture is too old and the bathroom is too small and the bedding is too noisy.

It's a bit of a walk up a rocky slope from the train station, but it's close, about 10 to 12 minutes away. If the carrier is heavy, it may be a bit difficult. It's about 5 to 10 minutes away from major hot spots, and it's small and clean. The wooden floor in the room and the tile floor in the bathroom were clean and nice to the touch, so I walked around barefoot. I was very tired at the end of the trip, but I quickly felt relieved after three warm showers. The welcome drink and homemade crepes for breakfast were also fun. The friendly female staff member gave me some recipes and gave my son a thumbs up, saying he looked like a professional chef. The bright smiles and greetings of the counter and restaurant staff are also impressive. It was a double room, and there was an extra bed similar to a sofa near the entrance, so I used it as both a bed and a sofa. I'm not sensitive to sound, so I think I could hear the sound of wheels rolling on the stone floor and the sound of rain all night long. I found this place in a hurry while traveling, and it was the cheapest with breakfast included, so I was most satisfied with the accommodations I stayed for 13 days. I've never written a review before, so I'm writing this review~

The room was fine, all white. When I booked, a 400 RMB security deposit was charged to my credit card. The booking platform said the hotel would refund it. When I asked the hotel staff, they said they didn't know and hadn't collected it offline, so I didn't know if it would be refunded. Also, after checking out that morning, I discovered my wallet was missing and immediately went back to look for it. Knowing it was highly unlikely to be found, I just wanted to take a look, giving up hope. Upon arrival, two staff members said the room had been thoroughly disturbed and nothing was left. I asked if I could go in and see if I had dropped anything under the bed, but they wouldn't let me. Then they said a new guest had checked in. I knocked on the door and asked if I could take a look, but the two staff members also said no. One of the women, seeing my concern, offered me a glass of water, which I appreciated, but I still don't understand why they didn't allow me to.
