Our two bedroom 3 bath condo is a large (2200 square feet), comfortable unit located right on the beach in El Anclote. Steps from one of the best family friendly surfbreaks on the coast, it also has all the comforts of home! Our condo building (formerly known as Hotel Cinco) has two pools (one rooftop) and one at the beach level. The restaurant located in our bullding provides super dinner options as well as the numerous beachfront restaurants all along the street. The unit has a complete kitchen with top level appliances so if cooking is your thing -- you've got the tools to do it! The master bedroom has a kingsized bed and private bath. The second bedroom has two queen sized beds and a private bath. There is a guest bath located in between as well. Our unit has a sound system to hook up to your electronic devices, wi-fi, and televisions in the living room and the master bedroom. Individual air conditioners in each room allow you to regulate the temperature to your liking. We have an Apple TV device and even left a few of our favorite DVD's for viewing! Save a money on rentals because our unit offers a complete recreation package for the ocean -- we have various sizes of booties for tidepooling or playing in the ocean, 2 boogie boards, various snorkeling equipment for 4, 2 standup paddleboards, and surfboards for use as our guests. We even have some lifevests for children if needed.We are located in a small condo building (that used to be run as a hotel) on the beach in Punta de Mita. Punta de Mita is the small town just outside of the Four Seasons Punta Mita resort area. Our little town has everything you need for an adventurous or relaxing vacation. Great restaurants, small market and some unique shops. We are just an hour away from Puerto Vallarta International airport. You will enjoy spectacular views from your own terrace (we are on the second floor) and will be able to enjoy people watching as boats take off from the anchorage right in front. Punta de Mita is becoming more popular, but it still maintains it's authentic small town feel. Our property manager will meet you personally and is well versed in the area and can provide transportation, and suggestions for the many activities available during your stay. Cozy comfortable apartment in Punta de Mita with 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. This fabulous apartment features 2 queen beds, WiFi, AC, and heating. The bathroom comes equipped with a hair dryer, shower and all the básics for cooking You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place. There is a small pool in front of the ocean that You can use as well. This apartment is in the back building of an ocean front property with view to the ocean from the dining/ living room. There is beautiful art and confortable beds. For now only tv in one of the bedtooms but that could change. The apartment is an hour North of Puerto Vallarta airport, 10 min drive from Punta Mita Town, 5 min drive to Higuera Blancaand 20 min drive to La Cruz or Sayulita. I highly recomend renting a car to get the most out of this location but it is doable with out one of You are adventurous for the buses or don't mind paying taxi prices. The laundry and dryers are shared for the building and there are many steps so I only recomend for people in good shape fisically. Cozy comfortable apartment in Punta de Mita with 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. This fabulous apartment features 2 queen beds, WiFi, AC, and heating. The bathroom comes equipped with a hair dryer, shower and all the básics for cooking You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place. There is a small pool in front of the ocean that You can use as well. This apartment is in the back building of an ocean front property with view to the ocean from the dining/ living room. There is beautiful art and confortable beds. For now only tv in one of the bedtooms but that could change. The apartment is an hour North of Puerto Vallarta airport, 10 min drive from Punta Mita Town, 5 min drive to Higuera Blancaand 20 min drive to La Cruz or Sayulita. I highly recomend renting a car to get the most out of this location but it is doable with out one of You are adventurous for the buses or don't mind paying taxi prices. The laundry and dryers are shared for the building and there are many steps so I only recomend for people in good shape fisically. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with all the essentials including a complimentary margarita bar. The powerful 2-ton inverter air conditioner is located in the bedroom which is furnished with a new pillow top queen sized bed and cotton linens. There is an oversized closet space and dresser for storage and windows that let in great natural light and ventilation. The bathroom with great shower pressure and parota wood finishings is located conveniently across the hall. All the floors throughout the entire casa are tiled and ceiling fans are installed in each room which keeps the space fresh and cool. For guests who work online, the WiFi, provided by TotalPlay, has recently been upgraded to a fiber optic 5G network and the unit has its own booster and private connection- it has been very reliable as compared to other companies in the area. The open front porch area is surrounded by beautiful gardens and is the perfect place for coffee in the morning, al fresco dining in the evening or lounging in the hammock. We are centrally located in Punta de Mita within a block to the beach, stores, rental services, restaurants and shopping. The public transportation that will take you to and from Puerto Vallarta, and the towns in between, is just three short blocks away as well.**Our guests now have exclusive day-pass access to the beachfront pool at Hotel Mesón de Mita, a 5 minute walk from the casa! Newly remodeled home located at end of street, easy walk to beaches and restaurants. Private secure house has three levels, including a casita apartment and rooftop deck with views of the ocean. Indoor/outdoor living spaces with lovely deep heated saltwater pool. Quaint area with laid back atmosphere- terrific taco and churro stands as well as excellent seafood restaurants- all walking distance! Bring friends and family, there is plenty of living space with four outdoor patios and covered private parking. 4 bedrooms can accommodate 10 guests, 3 full bathrooms plus outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Punta de Mita is becoming more popular, but it still maintains it's authentic small town feel. Our property manager will meet you personally and is well versed in the area and can provide transportation, and suggestions for the many activities available during your stay. Consider snorkeling in the Marietas Islands, deep sea fishing, and surfing the multiple breaks in the area. Or simply come and relax in your own private paradise! Cozy comfortable apartment in Punta de Mita with 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. This fabulous apartment features 2 queen beds, WiFi, AC, and heating. The bathroom comes equipped with a hair dryer, shower and all the básics for cooking You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place. There is a small pool in front of the ocean that You can use as well. This apartment is in the back building of an ocean front property with view to the ocean from the dining/ living room. There is beautiful art and confortable beds. For now only tv in one of the bedtooms but that could change. The apartment is an hour North of Puerto Vallarta airport, 10 min drive from Punta Mita Town, 5 min drive to Higuera Blancaand 20 min drive to La Cruz or Sayulita. I highly recomend renting a car to get the most out of this location but it is doable with out one of You are adventurous for the buses or don't mind paying taxi prices. The laundry and dryers are shared for the building and there are many steps so I only recomend for people in good shape fisically.
