This is one of these hotels that you should come to one or half - you won't regret. A wonderful terrace with a swimming pool and panoramic view of San Paulo, convenient location, creative rooms and musical decoration. I really want to return and, I am sure that one day we will come back!FromUS$414

I bought a promise (experience) and it was given a completely other.
We are very unhappy with what happened ... At the time of check-in it was reported that the girlfriend's dinner had changed and that only CAN YOU CAN YOU CAN YOU CAN YOU CAN YOU CAN YOU CAN YOU CAN YOU CAN YOU CAN YOU CAN YOU CAN YOU CAN YOU CAN YOU CAN YOU CAN YOU CAN YOU CAN YOU CAN YOU CAN YOU CAN YOU CAN YOU CAN YOU CAN YOU
Not only we are disappointed as several couples.
That was totally discriminatory in fact .... we could prosecute them by claiming that reason.
The couples were all forced (including us) to dine inside the room ... was super boring and strange.
This is completely out of the consumer's code, we are forced to buy a dinner at that value or you can't eat inside the restaurant.
It was a pity.

Facilities: The gym and restaurant are good. The room decor is a bit dated, but it's still above average for a five-star hotel in São Paulo.
Cleanliness: Cleanliness is good; the cleaning is thorough.
Environment: Good location; there are shopping malls and many local restaurants nearby, but traffic congestion in front of the hotel is quite severe during rush hour.
Service: The service level is very high; there's nothing to complain about.FromUS$103

The room was OK, relatively large and spacious. Although not new, it was not bad. We arrived early and the hotel had not yet cleaned up the room, so we had to wait a long time, but overall it was OK. There was a tall young girl at check-in, and the service was average. Everything else was good, except for the bad morning.FromUS$196

The location was perfect for Blonco! I took an Uber to visit a few monuments, and it was such a fun experience. The breakfast was delicious, and they made fresh omelets just for me. The staff were super friendly and kind, which made my stay even better!FromUS$61

The hotel is located in the city center, just a few minutes' walk from the subway station. There are many homeless people around, so please be careful.
The hotel staff is very welcoming. The front desk staff speaks English and patiently answers all your questions. The front desk staff also reminds you to be careful with your phone and avoid being robbed.
The breakfast is on the third floor and is very generous.FromUS$45

I stayed at Wyndham São Paulo Ibirapuera Convention Plaza Hotel twice during my trip (April 3–8 and April 10–11), and overall, this was a very mixed experience. I’m an international traveller so I would say I have my fair share of seeing all sides to a hotel. To be a 4 star hotel and to charge premium rates, I would expect certain things.
Let’s start with the positive to the hotel -
The location is excellent. From the hotel across there is a shopping mall, which makes it extremely convenient for food, shopping, and daily necessities.
• Cleanliness is generally acceptable. Aside from one incident, (on my first night, I found red stain marks which looks like lipstick on my sheets, took a photo and alerted receptionist the next morning for a change of sheets.
• Room size is spacious and comfortable. I stayed in the “ superior room” and the junior suite.
The issues (and they are significant):
1. Misleading room expectations
The room I received looked noticeably older and more worn than the photos online. Doors, bathroom condition, and overall finishing did not match what was advertised. It felt misleading. This hotel definitely need a glow up.
2. Poor service & lack of flexibility
Service was the biggest disappointment.
• Staff were generally not proactive or solution-oriented.
• I made a booking error via Trip.com and tried to adjust the dates. Both the platform and hotel refused to help or offer alternatives.
• Even a simple late check-out request (which I informed them about in advance and was willing to pay for) was declined without much effort to accommodate. I wasn’t also asking for hours just a mere 2 hours so that I can go to the city to pick up some stuff before my long haul 32hours flight.
4. Billing inconsistencies – check your charges carefully
• I was initially charged for 2 minibar items when I only consumed 1. I manage to catch this on time before paying for it.
• Laundry count was incorrect (11 pieces sent, billed for 12). Receipts and explanations were unclear, and I’m still not fully confident everything was billed correctly.
5. Missing basic amenities (unexpected for this level)
• No iron or ironing board available
• No kettle / hot water in the room
• No complimentary drinking water
• Everything must be purchased separately
6. Language barrier for international guests
Not all staff speak English, which can make communication difficult if you’re not Portuguese-speaking.
Overall verdict: This hotel is convenient but not service-oriented.
If you are Brazilian or familiar with local expectations, you may find it acceptable. But as an international traveler, the experience falls short—especially in service, transparency, and attention to detail.
Would I return?
Probably not, unless location is the only priority.FromUS$73

The hotel is small but cozy. The breakfasts are excellent and delicious, and the service is top-notch. What I didn't like was that coffee in the room cost extra; usually, tea and coffee in the room are complimentary.FromUS$559

Negative: Old furniture, exorbitant prices in the restaurant, I went up and went out with my bags - no one was able to help, small pool, spa disabled my massage maybe because it was courteous, small fridgebarFromUS$589

This hotel is located along the famous Paulista Avenue, a popular landmark. The rooms are clean, and it's super convenient for getting around, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Even though it's on a busy and bustling street, the soundproofing in my room was pretty good; it was quiet at night and didn't disturb my sleep. Just a heads-up: most hotels in Brazil don't provide disposable amenities like slippers or toiletries, so it's best to bring your own. This hotel did provide a toothbrush and toothpaste, which is a nice touch, but no slippers. Just something to keep in mind.FromUS$153

The hotel next to the exhibition, the surrounding area does not feel very safe, there are many homeless people on the surrounding streets, the hotel room also has a musty smell. Before leaving, I gave a receipt. The hotel front desk manager was as arrogant as a **** and asked me to find an agent. I stayed in three hotels in Sao Paulo for more than 20 nights in total. The same channel, other hotels can provide it, but this one can't. I won't consider it next time.FromUS$91

First off, the room was indeed spacious, clean, and newly renovated. For the price, I was really happy with it. The location is quite convenient with a Japanese ramen place, Sukiya, and Carrefour nearby. Plus, 99food delivery is available, so there are plenty of takeout options around. No need to worry about food at all.FromUS$77

The hotel is quite old and in dire need of renovation, especially in the rooms and bathrooms. There was a strong odor from the carpet. The bathroom had an old bathtub that you had to step into to use as a shower. On the bright side, the breakfast was good and offered everything one might need.FromUS$38

I made a reservation to stay after the marriage ceremony and fortunately, the hotel upgraded our room.
During the check-in, they served a glass of champagne and provided us with a bottle of free champagne as well.
The room was very spacious with a city view and we could enjoy the club lounge having some finger food and drinks there.
In the morning, we enjoyed various breakfast and the place was really beautiful. It feels like we were in the garden!
The other facilities like sauna and swimming pool were also good enough to relax.
I highly recommend this hotel to stay in and would like to choose again next time!!FromUS$228

The amenities were top-notch, including a well-equipped gym and a comfortable workspace, which made it ideal for a business traveler like me. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting São Paulo!

Absolutely loved this hotel. Both the service, the room, everything. The beds and pillows are incredibly comfortable. I would definitely consider staying here again, location is convenient too. It's always easier to get uber in Sao Paulo and get around.

A reasonably priced hotel in a very central location, easy to reach with public services and Uber. The surrounding area is walkable and full of restaurants and services. The internal restaurant allows you to eat without even leaving the premises. My room provided a real working area. There is a small rooftop swimming pool, enough to relax.

Pretty good hotel in a good location! Rooms are slightly outdated, but large! I wish they had a shower at the pool area for hygiene reasons.

I, a woman, booked a king-size room. It was spacious and had everything I needed. I had to ask the front desk for toothbrushes, toothpaste, and slippers. There was no comb, and I didn't even brush my hair during my week there. The breakfast rolls were hot, the teppanyaki bread was delicious, and there was a wide selection of drinks. The surroundings were lovely, the hotel building was grand, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby, including a fancy restaurant like NB Steak. My stay was near the main road, so the noise from the motorbikes was a bit noisy at night, but for someone like me who was jet-lagged, it didn't bother me much. I barely had any jet lag and slept well every night. Also, you can eat all the drinks and snacks at the hotel—I thought there was a charge, but I didn't. The view from the upper floors was great!

The hotel is well-located, although the surrounding area has some homeless people. However, I personally love downtown, so it wasn't an issue for me. The receptionists and valets were fantastic, very polite and helpful.
Areas for improvement:
Breakfast: Modest, with a variety of fruits and cakes, but I believe the quality of the products could be improved.
Room: The air conditioning is a bit noisy.
Bathroom: The shower suddenly gets extremely hot, almost scalding!

Local well located, with a pleasant structure.
In the meantime, I had a problem in my room, in which a bluse was swallowed, I tried to contact the government, they opened a call and I had no return from what could have happened to then. Even if it is a bluse with a symbolic value, I believe that this is a serious safety issue.
