Fostered culture: From the moment we walked in to check in after our red eye flight, we were greeted with smiles and a warm welcome. Throughout our stay, staff throughout the entire hotel were welcoming, helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Having had multiple touch points between staff and ourselves be such a positive and genuine experience needs to be attributed to fostered culture and environment built by the staff.
Cleanliness: The entire hotel is kept very clean and tidy. The attention to detail was noticeable from the hotel room to the public spaces. Still, the hotel balanced this will a friendly environment welcoming guests to enjoy all the public spaces. I enjoyed working in the early hours in these public spaces while my family slept in. Pools were clean, beach well kept, chairs were comfortable and accessible.
Value for money: It is clear that everything needs to be imported. Literally, everything! Considering all of the amenities available, staff to guest ratio, quality of goods and pristine condition of the hotel-- it was an incredible value for money.

The staff there were so nice and friendly, one of the lady greeted us at the door, and explained and suggested where I should travel in Saipan. The location of the hotel is very convenient, because its in Garapan, the really downtown Saipan, only few minutes walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The staff treated us like locals, and we had lots of chats. The hotel is really good, and the facilities inside are just as described. When my wife and I arrived, it was already late at night in the local area. We took the room card but could not open the door. The hotel attendant found out that the door lock battery was exhausted, so we could only enter with the key and rest for a while. At night, when we entered the toilet, we were greeted by the dead body of a little boy next to the tissue box next to the wash basin. We had no choice but to wrap it in tissue and throw it into the toilet. When we went to bed at night, we heard the noise of water leaking from the air conditioner. We had no choice but to use earplugs. The next day, my wife found double eyelid tape stuck to the toilet mirror and notified the front desk. Fortunately, the problem was cleared up in one go. In addition to the above problems, the breakfast in the hotel is good. The restaurant has a pleasant view facing the sea. The hotel staff are polite and friendly. The location is a bit disappointing. It's close to the airport, but you have to take a taxi or pick up, and you have to take a taxi every time to get to the city. All rooms have an ocean view, so the view is great! The bedding is soft, and the pool was nice. However, during my stay, the air conditioner suddenly broke down and made a loud noise, and the bathroom was a bit disappointing. The water kept coming and going. It's really close to Mike's Beach, 5 minutes' walk away!
And there is a very obedient cat 🐈, lying on the stairs every day~
The house is clean and tidy, and the aunt will help clean it every day~
Facilities: There is only basic shampoo, you need to bring your own conditioner, shower gel, soap, toothpaste, etc. ~ Overall, it feels like a small 3-story western-style building ~ The facilities are not modern and advanced, but they are adequate ~ It’s a pity It's the swimming pool on the second floor that's closed
Hygiene: The house is pretty clean~ It’s really kind to stay for 4 days~
Environment: In the city center, there is a coffee shop downstairs☕️The vanilla milkshake there is super strong! It is very delicious, much better than Panda Milk Tea (it seems to be the name)! There is also one downstairs in the supermarket, but it is more recommended to go to i love saipan instead of ABC (expensive) opposite!
Service: On the last day, we flew in the early morning, so we didn't book a hotel for that night. Normally, we check out at 12 noon, but we want to stay a little longer and take a rest. Auntie is really nice! It’s very easy to say. We added a symbolic $20 to let us stay for an extra 12 hours. It was also because there were vacancies that night. It was really humane~

This hotel is very nice, clean and tidy. Very impressive. The sunrise and sunset are beautiful in every photo. What's special is that the mattress is so comfortable. It's very quiet here at night and I slept very well.
We contacted the boss in advance and a driver came to pick us up at the airport. The response was prompt and it was about a 15-minute drive.
The location of the hotel is also good, very close to the city and places to play.
The boss was very enthusiastic and straightforward, and gave us a lot of tips. It was an experience worth remembering.

I moved here from the city center, and initially, it took a little getting used to. However, after just one night, I found myself loving it. The rooms were a step above other hotels – nicer and more appealing – and the facilities were excellent. The staff were incredibly accommodating, always fulfilling my requests, and all our interactions were very pleasant. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and it's easy to get a taxi or ride-share to the city center. As advertised, this is a two-star hotel with a great location. Check-in was easy and friendly. The room was accurately described and pictured. The room was quiet, but the curtains did not block the sunlight. If the bathroom door is kept closed, the air conditioner cools the room extremely well. Next time, I would bring slippers for the wet bathroom. Parking was difficult because the roads are under construction, but that is not controlled by the owners. I didn't clean the room during my stay, but when I put out the trash can and put it away properly, I was able to bring a towel change. The first floor is always boiling hot water at the supermarket, so you can eat cup noodles immediately, and it was very convenient because there were lunch boxes, bakery soup and porridge. The scenery is stunning both day and night, and the service is excellent, including free airport transfers. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who is incredibly welcoming and not only a pickleball enthusiast but also a lover of art. The interior decorations are all her own, a testament to her dedication to the business.
The spacious common room features a billiard table, adding a touch of entertainment to the evenings. The large public balcony offers a tranquil and comfortable ocean view.
The day I left, the US reopened Saipan's Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) to China. I hope more Chinese tourists will visit, and I look forward to the reopening of direct flights from China to Saipan, making it easier for us to return. Saipan's biggest advantage is that it's safer than other Southeast Asian islands and more suitable for family trips.

I really want to leave a review because this accommodation gave me such great memories from the beginning of my trip! We took a night flight from Korea and arrived at dawn, and this was the accommodation we booked on the first day.
The location is between PIC and World Resort, so it's really accessible, and the accommodation itself was so comfortable. The room was clean and the water pressure was really good. There was a beach right in front of the accommodation, so we could snorkel, and they kindly lent us snorkeling equipment for free. I had booked PIC for the next day, but the owner told us to check out by 2:40 and said, ”You can check out slowly.” He even took us to PIC himself!
But what was even more touching was that he refused to tip me. He was such a rare and kind person. It was a heartwarming moment.
And there's a restaurant called Surf Club just a short walk from the accommodation. The food there was really the best! We were so happy eating at Surf Club the next day. You should definitely visit that restaurant.
If you arrive at dawn, they will pick you up from the airport to the hotel for $10, but if you do a small favor for the owner, they will do it for free. ㅎㅎㅎ
There must be many people who are having trouble deciding where to stay for the night after taking a night flight and arriving at dawn, so I highly recommend this accommodation. If you rest well here on the first day and start a full schedule the next day, you will be very satisfied! There is a sea right in front, and there is a KFC nearby, so it is good for a quick meal.

Fostered culture: From the moment we walked in to check in after our red eye flight, we were greeted with smiles and a warm welcome. Throughout our stay, staff throughout the entire hotel were welcoming, helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Having had multiple touch points between staff and ourselves be such a positive and genuine experience needs to be attributed to fostered culture and environment built by the staff.
Cleanliness: The entire hotel is kept very clean and tidy. The attention to detail was noticeable from the hotel room to the public spaces. Still, the hotel balanced this will a friendly environment welcoming guests to enjoy all the public spaces. I enjoyed working in the early hours in these public spaces while my family slept in. Pools were clean, beach well kept, chairs were comfortable and accessible.
Value for money: It is clear that everything needs to be imported. Literally, everything! Considering all of the amenities available, staff to guest ratio, quality of goods and pristine condition of the hotel-- it was an incredible value for money.

We took the room card but could not open the door. The hotel attendant found out that the door lock battery was exhausted, so we could only enter with the key and rest for a while. At night, when we entered the toilet, we were greeted by the dead body of a little boy next to the tissue box next to the wash basin. We had no choice but to wrap it in tissue and throw it into the toilet. When we went to bed at night, we heard the noise of water leaking from the air conditioner. We had no choice but to use earplugs. The next day, my wife found double eyelid tape stuck to the toilet mirror and notified the front desk. Fortunately, the problem was cleared up in one go. In addition to the above problems, the breakfast in the hotel is good. The restaurant has a pleasant view facing the sea. The hotel staff are polite and friendly. Except for the lack of attention to detail, everything else is worthy of praise.
