The boss Chris is really nice and considerate. Knowing that we have two children, he not only upgraded our room type for free, but also added an extra bed, so that the family can live comfortably and at ease. Thank you so much! The hotel is located in the middle of the mountain, and you can see the beautiful scenery of the sea, sky and green plants intertwined with each other, with a full sense of layering. Every night, we like to sit on the balcony, blowing the sea breeze, and admiring the bright night sky. It is very comfortable. In addition, the hotel also provides free airport pick-up and shuttle services for guests who stay for 3 consecutive nights, which makes people convenient, save money and worry-free! I also booked car rental, skydiving, and flying planes with the help of Chris. The price is affordable, the service is thoughtful, and it makes people feel especially at ease! I moved here from the city center, and initially, it took a little getting used to. However, after just one night, I found myself loving it. The rooms were a step above other hotels – nicer and more appealing – and the facilities were excellent. The staff were incredibly accommodating, always fulfilling my requests, and all our interactions were very pleasant. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and it's easy to get a taxi or ride-share to the city center. This location was perfect for me as I had a busy schedule packed with activities during the day.

The room upgrade made the stay feel like great value for the price, and the staff were very friendly. However, we could hear chickens crowing nearby, and the tap water in the bathroom had a slight disinfectant smell, so it’s better to use bottled water when brushing your teeth. The room door only had one lock, which felt a bit insufficient; adding an extra lock would make the room feel safer. On the plus side, there was plenty of parking space, and overall we had a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Good location! The hotel is opposite I LOVE SAIPAN and there is a parking lot on the first floor. A lot of food nearby, the famous Bubba Gump Shirmp. Hard Rock, etc... There is a DFS duty-free shop diagonally opposite. In short, it is very convenient and the price is quite reasonable. It is recommended to stay.

The hotel is located in the mountains. We arrived in the early morning and woke up to a stunning ocean view the next morning. Every morning, we could see the long coastline and tropical vegetation. The owner provided free transportation to and from the city, restaurants, and various activities. Any room needs or adjustments were promptly addressed. The owner recommended restaurants and helped with bookings (these recommendations weren't marketing; they were incredibly helpful to us). Airport transfers were also very convenient and quick. Almost all the food on the island was delicious. We are very grateful for the owner's hospitality during the National Day holiday. Saipan is beautiful, charming, and very safe. We hope everyone has a wonderful time at Secret Garden!

I stayed here alone. I expected that the hotel would be far from the main beach, but it was not that far. On the way to the beach, you’ll see some souvenir shops, restaurants, and supermarkets. I was checking other hotel that is located on the northern side, but I know now that if I had chosen there, it’d have been difficult to find a nice restaurant or supermarkets at night.

The hotel is really good, and the facilities inside are just as described. When my wife and I arrived, it was already late at night in the local area. We took the room card but could not open the door. The hotel attendant found out that the door lock battery was exhausted, so we could only enter with the key and rest for a while. At night, when we entered the toilet, we were greeted by the dead body of a little boy next to the tissue box next to the wash basin. We had no choice but to wrap it in tissue and throw it into the toilet. When we went to bed at night, we heard the noise of water leaking from the air conditioner. We had no choice but to use earplugs. The next day, my wife found double eyelid tape stuck to the toilet mirror and notified the front desk. Fortunately, the problem was cleared up in one go. In addition to the above problems, the breakfast in the hotel is good. The restaurant has a pleasant view facing the sea. The hotel staff are polite and friendly. Except for the lack of attention to detail, everything else is worthy of praise.

perfect location, right on the best beach (pictures from the beach nearby attached)! very clean, well furnished.. beautiful people working there! free parking just in front of the hotel, many good restaurants around.. really I can recommend this place (for the many the best option)

I booked to go to the airport after resting before the last morning flight. Honestly, the price was so cheap that I didn't expect anything, but it was so neat and comfortable than expected. The boss doesn't speak English, but he is very kind. If you have a lot of tours and have a short stay at the hotel, and you are not interested in vacation, I highly recommend it here. When you go with a couple or a friend, not a family unit! I regret staying at the crown for four times the price.

The Saipan to the hotel in the early morning was still raining. I called the boss in the early morning and found that the boss was Chinese and friendly. I had planned to stay for 2 days before I arrived. I lived here for the next few days. The hotel room and environment are quite good. It is very convenient to walk a few minutes from Mike Beach. Eating is also in the Chinese restaurant opened by the boss. The dishes are complete and taste good. There is no difference from not going abroad. Thank you. I will come back next time.
