I moved here from the city center, and initially, it took a little getting used to. However, after just one night, I found myself loving it. The rooms were a step above other hotels – nicer and more appealing – and the facilities were excellent. The staff were incredibly accommodating, always fulfilling my requests, and all our interactions were very pleasant. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and it's easy to get a taxi or ride-share to the city center. This location was perfect for me as I had a busy schedule packed with activities during the day.

The boss Chris is really nice and considerate. Knowing that we have two children, he not only upgraded our room type for free, but also added an extra bed, so that the family can live comfortably and at ease. Thank you so much! The hotel is located in the middle of the mountain, and you can see the beautiful scenery of the sea, sky and green plants intertwined with each other, with a full sense of layering. Every night, we like to sit on the balcony, blowing the sea breeze, and admiring the bright night sky. It is very comfortable. In addition, the hotel also provides free airport pick-up and shuttle services for guests who stay for 3 consecutive nights, which makes people convenient, save money and worry-free! I also booked car rental, skydiving, and flying planes with the help of Chris. The price is affordable, the service is thoughtful, and it makes people feel especially at ease! The room is very clean. The sea view room can really see the sea at a glance. The most important thing is the location is super good. There is a fruit and vegetable supermarket opposite with a lot of fruits and not expensive. McDonald's and a Chinese supermarket are a 100-meter walk away. The second stop of bus No. 1 is opposite the hotel downstairs🚌. The sea is downstairs of the hotel and it is a holy place to watch the sunset. The room is spacious and has a domestic socket strip for plugging in data cables. It is very close to the Crown Hotel and you can go to the Crown to play at any time.

It was quiet and had a great resort atmosphere. Personally, I was much more satisfied here than at Kensington, where I stayed before. The pool didn't have any facilities like a resort, but it felt like a luxurious hotel pool and there weren't many people, so it was very comfortable. The buffet was reasonably priced and the best I've had in Saipan. I was disappointed because there were a lot of restaurants in the city that were expensive and not very good (don't trust the reviews), but the food here was really delicious. The downside was that the water pressure was weak and the bathroom was a bit shabby. And unlike other resorts, the beach isn't connected, so you have to go separately to get to the beach. We didn't feel any inconvenience because we had already played enough at the beach at our previous accommodation, but if it's your first time here or you don't have a rental car, you should consider this. Still, I think I'll definitely come back here next time.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Crowne Plaza Resort! Highly recommend it for anybody going to Saipan. Here are a few highlights! Fostered culture: From the moment we walked in to check in after our red eye flight, we were greeted with smiles and a warm welcome. Throughout our stay, staff throughout the entire hotel were welcoming, helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Having had multiple touch points between staff and ourselves be such a positive and genuine experience needs to be attributed to fostered culture and environment built by the staff. Cleanliness: The entire hotel is kept very clean and tidy. The attention to detail was noticeable from the hotel room to the public spaces. Still, the hotel balanced this will a friendly environment welcoming guests to enjoy all the public spaces. I enjoyed working in the early hours in these public spaces while my family slept in. Pools were clean, beach well kept, chairs were comfortable and accessible. Value for money: It is clear that everything needs to be imported. Literally, everything! Considering all of the amenities available, staff to guest ratio, quality of goods and pristine condition of the hotel-- it was an incredible value for money. Thank you for welcoming our family! We greatly enjoyed our stay and have already recommended it to friends.

The scenery is stunning both day and night, and the service is excellent, including free airport transfers. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who is incredibly welcoming and not only a pickleball enthusiast but also a lover of art. The interior decorations are all her own, a testament to her dedication to the business. The spacious common room features a billiard table, adding a touch of entertainment to the evenings. The large public balcony offers a tranquil and comfortable ocean view. The day I left, the US reopened Saipan's Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) to China. I hope more Chinese tourists will visit, and I look forward to the reopening of direct flights from China to Saipan, making it easier for us to return. Saipan's biggest advantage is that it's safer than other Southeast Asian islands and more suitable for family trips. I also highly recommend the fishing program run by a multilingual Chinese man. It includes fishing, snorkeling, and barbecue meals on board. The activities are safe and fun, and the team is friendly and attentive. The snorkeling equipment is even free!

The staff were really friendly. They listened to my requests very carefully, and when I was sitting in the lobby, they first asked if there was anything they could help me with. The garden was well maintained and was great for a light walk. The room was comfortable and had a nice view. The location had a panoramic view of the garden and the sea, and it had one of the best views of any hotel I've ever been to. The bathroom had a separate shower and bathtub, but when I tried to fill the bathtub with water, the water quality was so bad that I gave up on taking a half-body bath. The water quality in the shower room was not bad. It was an old building, so the facilities weren't great, but it was still a place that left a lot of good memories. I heard that it will be open until June and then close, which is very disappointing. Next time I visit Saipan, I would like to stay again if they are re-opening.

The room was good overall. The staff was also very friendly, and when I asked about the tour, they connected me so I could have a good time. They were all friendly overall, but I was especially grateful to Meldy, who helped me in every way. In particular, the check-in time on the first day was 12:30, but I was really grateful that they let me in right away!!! It is convenient for activities because it is Garapan, and they usually drop me off first after activities. It is convenient to walk to shopping and there are many restaurants nearby. I could go to Micro Beach through the lobby of the Crown Hotel, and the sunset was also good. The price is reasonable, but the view is a neighborhood view. Since I stayed for a long time, I was assigned to the room with the best view, but if not, it would have been a view of the wall of the building next door. It seems that the soundproofing is not good either. I was surprised because the coughing sound from the next room was so close. I recommend bringing a shower filter to the accommodation. The filter did not change much, but I definitely noticed that it had turned brown after 5 days of use. I definitely recommend bringing one if you are sensitive to water.

I really want to leave a review because this accommodation gave me such great memories from the beginning of my trip! We took a night flight from Korea and arrived at dawn, and this was the accommodation we booked on the first day. The location is between PIC and World Resort, so it's really accessible, and the accommodation itself was so comfortable. The room was clean and the water pressure was really good. There was a beach right in front of the accommodation, so we could snorkel, and they kindly lent us snorkeling equipment for free. I had booked PIC for the next day, but the owner told us to check out by 2:40 and said, ”You can check out slowly.” He even took us to PIC himself! But what was even more touching was that he refused to tip me. He was such a rare and kind person. It was a heartwarming moment. And there's a restaurant called Surf Club just a short walk from the accommodation. The food there was really the best! We were so happy eating at Surf Club the next day. You should definitely visit that restaurant. If you arrive at dawn, they will pick you up from the airport to the hotel for $10, but if you do a small favor for the owner, they will do it for free. ㅎㅎㅎ There must be many people who are having trouble deciding where to stay for the night after taking a night flight and arriving at dawn, so I highly recommend this accommodation. If you rest well here on the first day and start a full schedule the next day, you will be very satisfied! There is a sea right in front, and there is a KFC nearby, so it is good for a quick meal. Thanks to this accommodation that gave us a really happy start, we felt good throughout our trip. Be sure to visit it once!

Good service. There are many Korean staff, so it's very convenient. They also help me to store luggage and make appointments for sanding taxis before and after check-in. They are very kind. However, the amount of sanding taxi fare introduced by the hotel and the amount paid to the taxi driver were twice as different, so it was strange, but I couldn't confirm it. Breakfast is delicious, but the menu changes every day, so Bokbulbok. The room condition and bed sheets were unfortunate due to the aging of the facilities. It's a good place to go for a variety of activities and water play.
