The facilities are good, there is a jacuzzi.
The breakfast is delicious. I suggest you book it. In fact, you can’t find something to eat in the morning. Maybe I don't know how to find it, but the location is actually good. It will be more convenient if you rent a car, and there are shuttle buses everywhere.

AMAZING STAY!! Amazing hospitality and service! Location was near a restaurant which was open and about 15mins walk down to Fira. Room was spacious and located near a trekking route. Good for morning walks. Balcony had a great view of the caldera. Went in January, which is their coldest month. Most of the shops were close. But prices of the stay were cheaper than summer. The hotel is perched at the highest point in Fira town. Carrying our luggage up was quite a strenuous task, so I'd definitely recommend taking a taxi directly to the hotel. The fare from the airport is a fixed 40 Euros.
The hotel's facilities are outstanding. The swimming pool and loungers were incredibly comfortable, though the pool's daily opening hours were a bit short. The front desk kindly upgraded our room, and the 270-degree panoramic balcony was absolutely breathtaking. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Fira.SOLD OUT

The location of the hotel is also very good in Oia, and the restaurant next to the pool has a great view for breakfast and dinner. The quality of breakfast and dinner is also very high. Hotel, rooms, and the pool are clean, new and nicely decorated. Everything is well designed and vibe is superb.
Our room has a terrace with a panoramic view to the caldera, and a pool facing to the blue domes. The price was at premium but it’s worth the price!!
All the staffs are superb, polite, helpful, responsive, mindful, and considerate.
Food and drinks, we had breakfast and lunch in our room, and dinner at the restaurant, all the food and drinks were fabulous, one of the best catering services we had in Greece for my trip, we didn’t expect that!!!! Love it!

The room was very clean and nice, they gave me a very small room because I was alone but on the reservation it was a triple room. Anyway I didnt complain, it was fine.
The pool is nice, the location is in the middle of the island so far and close to everywhere. But theres a bus station a minute from the hotel and also other options to eat around, if yu dont wanna eat in the hotel. I had checkin in the morning and they offer me to leave my luggage on the hotel cause my flght was in the night and before going to airport they gave me towel and soap for a shower after all the day out. A great stay for couples, we've chosen the room with the jacuzzi hot tub and it was great to relax there after a long day exploring Santorini 😊.
The breakfast was delicious and it had good variety of choices and can be delivered to the room.
The location is somewhat remote but if you rent a car (highly recommend it) that's not too much of an issue. We couldn't rent a car, but the reception can arrange for free transfers to Fira which is where you can get a bus from there to any other important spot on the island.
The room was very nice and clean and we had no issues with using all of amenities.

My stay at Rocabella has been wonderful. When I arrived, Lia told me they had a special surprise for me…that my room was upgraded. I couldn’t believe it!
The daily housekeeping was great, they cleaned and tidy the room like I had not been there the night before. The breakfast options were unbelievable and delicious. You order your breakfast over the phone and the kitchen will deliver to your room within minutes. I was there late February, so it is not as busy as the summertime. So, things might be different during busy season. I will definitely recommend Rocabella to any of my friends and families that are going to Santorini.

Very nice hotel. There are several swimming pools, a bar-restaurant and a restaurant for breakfast.
It is close to the city, but you have to walk to it along the road for a few minutes. In general, this is not a problem, but if you want to rent in the center, you should look for another option.
Instead of a double bed, there were two single beds, which is very inconvenient. They constantly moved apart, and the pillows are so thin that after the second night our necks really hurt.
The breakfasts are monotonous, but acceptable, we did not go hungry.SOLD OUT

The biggest advantage of this hotel is that it is in a good location, very close to the Ferra station, and there is a big supermarket opposite, the price is cheap, you can replenish mineral water and snacks at any time. Others are more ordinary. The room at the time of check-in is very noisy near the road. I immediately changed the room away from the main road. The window is opposite another hotel. Sometimes there will be construction sounds in the morning. The most incredible thing about the hotel is the bathroom. There is no place to put toilet paper and bath liquid. The toilet paper is placed on the sink outside the door and the toilet can be opened. The hygiene will be cleaned every day. We stayed for four days. The breakfast is quite rich and will change the pattern every day. Standing by the pool, you can see the sea. The price is still affordable in the holy island. The location is very good. You can take the subway from the airport to the Acropolis Station and walk to the hotel in less than ten minutes. I live in a room with a view. You can see the magnificent view of the Acropolis from the room, and the night view is also beautiful! The hotel is located next to the lively main road, surrounded by shops, restaurants and supermarkets. It is within walking distance from several major attractions without taking a car . We was first time in Santorini and We had 2 nights with my wife we love it. Everything was perfect the staff was very helpful and smile all the time. The pool was extremely brilliant, caldera view brilliant love it. Our room was clean and perfect and view amazing. What we book we got it. And is perfect for family stay.
Bad point's is: Akrotiri is small village/town centre is small 4-5 restaurants and one supermarket in center. But close to red beach but not easy to walk go and back 😀
Another bad point is shower doesn't have hot water and water from shower and tap it's salty.
Another is our breakfast we ordered one day omlet and another day scrambled egg was very fatty/oil other things on breakfast was delicious. Recommended fresh orange juice, coffee and desert of the day.

All the staff at this hotel are very polite,friendly and willing to help with whatever queries or needs you may have. Location is the best, close to everything. Pool area and facilities great and special mention to Maggi at the pool and bar area always smiling makes you feel very comfortable. Gentleman Ilia and his wife prepare a delicious fresh breakfast each morning and were fantastic to interact. Yanis at reception and the rest of the staff were great to deal with and anytime I decide in visiting Santorini I definitely stay at this hotel. I have nothing but praise for this place and strongly recommend it.

We booked this hotel based on the good reviews. The room is a bit small, and we could only see a little bit of the sea view from the room, but right outside the hotel is a great location to watch the sunset, and it is also very close to the bus station. The breakfast is very rich, and the steps leading to the outdoor swimming pool are covered with a large area of pink flowers. What was disappointing was that when we passed by, there were two foreign beauties taking pictures. My husband walked in front and took a look and walked away. I walked behind and took a look. Our stay at Blue sea hotel was amazing, we can’t thank you enough for their hospitality.
The lady at the reception desk is a gem, she helped us through our stay, initially we booked a comfort room in a different building than the premium room, so we decided to change for a room in the same building with extra fee, but happy we could make, it really improved our holiday vibe 😍.
We need to mention the housekeeper who tided up our rooms, so attentive to the details, she didn’t change the way we organised the things in the rooms.
The lady at the breakfast club, a sweetie, she won’t let you wait for anything, she is always there to make sure everything is in the right place and enough for everybody, thank you so much for the orange pie, I didn’t expect to have it on our last day, so so pleased. I also want to mention the young lady and the young man at the breakfast area and pool area, always smiling and kind to make things right.
We’ve been there the first week of April, so the weather was specific to season, we had sunny and warm days but we also had windy, cold and runny days. Somehow we expected to get it like this 😅. The island is beautiful, better than the summer days when is all dry. We had the chance to visit lots of beautiful places, we rented a car for the entire stay, goldcar didn’t disappoint us.

From the warm welcome the moment we arrived at the hotel, we knew this we were going to have a very special stay at this property. This is my 2nd time at Astarte Suites and I had an amazing experience this time just like I did the first time. The views of the caldera here are incredible and their infinity pool is gorgeous. I booked the honeymoon suite and everything about it was great. I loved having a private balcony and a jacuzzi overlooking the beautiful outdoor view. Breakfast was top notch and there is always a person at concierge to help you with anything you need to book. The only thing you really have to consider is location - it is a little bit remote which not too much around however we did venture out to The Good Heart which is a restaurant you can get to on foot by the hotel and it was amazing. Other than that you need transportation everywhere. This was perfect for a beautiful intimate romantic and relaxing stay.SOLD OUT

The view from the room is amazing and very clean. The breakfast is delicious and the staff are very considerate. The amenities are minimal. Be careful that you have to pay for water.
I stayed for two nights, and in the middle of the night on the first night, there was a loud ”bang” and the breaker tripped, so I had to move rooms. It was a malfunction, so it can't be helped, but I couldn't charge the phone and the heating didn't work, which was inconvenient.
I was able to communicate with the manager via What's App, which was very helpful. She's a very nice woman.
I would like to visit again in a different season.
