Mega view was just that. The view from our room (Fansipan) was breathtaking. It was worth the steep climb down from the main road to the front entrance as there is no car access. The staff were very helpful as we arrived very early and were accommodating. Although the room was spacious and clean, the bed was a bit hard and there were no sheets. The bathroom was large and although there was plenty of hot water, there was a constant smell of standing water. All in all a very nice stay.FromTRY 520

The hotel is located near the lake. And it is convenient to go to Mount Fansipan. And also to walk around the villages on trekking. The hotel is inexpensive. It is quite suitable for 1 night. Breakfast is ordinary and simple. The room is large, hot water and all accessories. The reception does not speak English very well. We were there for 2 days. We saw Sapa. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center, making it convenient to get anywhere. There's a grocery store and a pizza place directly across the street, and it's just a five-minute walk to Sun Plaza where you can catch the train and cable car to Fansipan. The front desk also offers motorbike rentals and can book day tours and attraction tickets. The room was large and spacious, and the price was very affordable, including breakfast. Because it was raining, we traveled by car and arranged for a local person to help us cook and prepare meals. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food. If it was sunny, it would have been wonderful to have breakfast while looking at the beautiful scenery. The massage discount for hotel guests was also great. Had a wonderful stay at this hotel with my family of 8. Booked 2 villas and the experience is excellent. Guest service is great, the facilities and rooms are very well maintained, although the gym room could be better equipped with more machines.
I have to commend the GM, Mr Steven Tan, as is very detailed and hands on. Saw him cooking at the egg station due to manpower shortage, then he was at the front office receiving guests and sending off guest, even hold up umbrellas for guests disembarking from tour buses during rainy days. Very hands on and very willing to pull up his sleeves and help out. Rarity for a General Manager. One of our villas door lock was having issues and he came to apologize personally and explained the issue with the locks...turns out the wet weather in Sapa wreaks havoc on the digital locks.
Restauarnts serves very good Italian and Vietnamese cuisine, which is why we ended up having 2 dinners in the hotels during our 3 nights stay in Sapa.
Wonderful experience and we will definitely come back to Silk Path whenever we come back to Sapa. And because of this experience, I will definitely try out the Silk Path hotels in Hanoi in my next business trips. Kudos to Mr Steven Tan and his team.FromTRY 3,087

Pao's is a really cool place. In a town with so many tiny hotels with very little personality and design, Pao feels great and looks great. We enjoyed the beautiful vistas from their huge balconies and it was just outside the hustle and bustle of the town, so you could enjoy a quiet environment in a hotel that felt modern and beautiful. I would say this is one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed at while traveling around the world. It truly feels like being in a castle and a museum at the same time. There are so many beautiful spots throughout the hotel for taking photos.
The indoor swimming pool is warm, which is amazing—you should definitely bring your swimsuit (unfortunately, I didn’t). The design is spectacular, and you really should spare some time to enjoy the facilities, whether it’s the swimming pool, hotel bar, garden, or other areas. Don’t miss going up to the top floor to take a signature photo on the bridge.
The atmosphere is classic and luxurious. The location is right in the heart of Sapa, making it very convenient to get around the city and find local food. The staff are kind, professional, and very helpful—they also gave us great advice for visiting Fansipan.FromTRY 5,029

The hotel was clean and comfortable and the service counter was very helpful. Specially mentioning Dua and Chao who were very accommodating and were very willing to give us recommendations on what to do in Sapa and what to avoid given that the weather was not ideal and rainy. Only comment was for the laundry service which took quite a bit longer than the estimated 4-5 hours and came back in 2 different batches despite us giving them all in 1 batch. We had an amazing experience staying here—easily one of the best hotels in Sapa! The staff and the owner are very warm and hospitable, always making us feel welcome and cared for. The girl owner is very pretty and kind—she even checked in on us regularly and updated us on the weather and local news, which was incredibly thoughtful.
The hotel is also in a great location—very accessible to the night market and major tourist attractions like Sapa Lake, Sun Plaza, and more. Everything was spotlessly clean, with fresh towels provided daily. The complimentary bottled water was a nice touch, and the free breakfast was both delicious and filling.
Their food is excellent—very tasty and satisfying—and the tea and coffee they served were top-notch!

I had a fantastic experience staying at Eden Boutique Hotel & Spa. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and welcoming.
The room was clean, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities you’d expect from a boutique hotel. The bed was comfortable, and the overall atmosphere felt cozy and relaxing.

The whole stay was very comfortable and chill. The place was very cozy. The hotel was all runs by a family. The host Mr. Hong was so nice, he even invited as to join dinner with the whole family and staff. And the garden was so stunning. I stayed 2 nights with this hotel. Arrived very early at the first day after taking the overnight bus, arrived at around 6.45am. We did a simple wash at the lobby toilet and waiting for the early check in at 10am. Special thanks to the receptionist allowing me to do early check in. Another receptionist who's also kindness to recommend us the sightseeing places. The location of the hotel is good, only few minutes walking distance to get to the Sun Plaza and the cathedral. The room was clean and tidy. Although my room was at the lower floor and facing to the street, you won't listen to the noise from the outside. However, the ventilation in the toilet is suggested to improve as the bad smell sleeps exist after the poo poo. Breakfast is OK. We were a group of friends, I had booked the hotel a month before traveling to Vietnam but when we arrived at the hotel they couldn’t find our reservation and let us wait for almost an hour.
It was raining the night we were there and there was a flood in our bedroom in the morning which I guess it leaks from the balcony, the staff offered us another room but we almost check out anyway cuz it already 10.00 am so we only used that room for showered.

Was a nice isolated spot away from the hustle bustle of the city. The place is incredibly modern and clean. Breakfast was great and had a good time chilling by the swimming pool. We had a wonderful one-night stay at KK Sapa Hotel and were thoroughly impressed from the moment we arrived. We reached Sapa early in the morning around 7 AM, well before the standard 2 PM check-in time. The staff, particularly Kevin, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He kindly allowed us to relax in the VIP lounge on the 15th floor and even use the swimming pool to freshen up after our journey – a true lifesaver when traveling with kids!
Kevin’s service was truly outstanding; he was attentive, friendly, and went the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect. The hotel itself is spotless, modern, and conveniently located – just nearby the popular Moana Sapa photo spot and only a 10-minute walk to the city center.
The buffet breakfast was a highlight: absolutely delicious with a wide variety of mouthwatering options to start the day right. Although we booked a family room without a mountain view, the panoramic vistas from the VIP lounge on the 15th floor were simply superb, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding valleys.

The shower stops working after about 15 minutes.
This happened repeatedly, so it's not a coincidence.
The front desk staff can speak some English, so it's not a problem to arrange a taxi, etc.
But be careful when you use the restaurant.
They don't understand English, but they say ”OK” and everything. Even if you only ask about a menu item, they think it's an order and bring it to you. So I recommend that you double-check what you order yourself.
On the last day, I had them book a limousine bus to the airport. I booked a bus at 7:00am, and they took me to the bus stop, but the bus actually arrived at 7:40am. This was not their fault, but when you book a bus, it might be better to arrange a reliable limousine bus yourself.
It's unfortunate that this happened, but the staff are all kind and polite. I hope they do better, so I'm rooting for them. Thank you.FromTRY 1,707

If you're looking for somewhere quiet and less hectic, this hotel is an excellent choice, as it's situated 2-3 km away from the center of Sapa. However, this also means it's not the most convenient location if you want easy access to restaurants, pubs, or night tours, as there are virtually no commercial establishments nearby.
Overall, the receptionists were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a great view of the mountains. My only minor complaint was a clock in the room that went off at midnight for no apparent reason.

|1.62km from city centerHad a wonderful stay at this hotel with my family of 8. Booked 2 villas and the experience is excellent. Guest service is great, the facilities and rooms are very well maintained, although the gym room could be better equipped with more machines.
I have to commend the GM, Mr Steven Tan, as is very detailed and hands on. Saw him cooking at the egg station due to manpower shortage, then he was at the front office receiving guests and sending off guest, even hold up umbrellas for guests disembarking from tour buses during rainy days. Very hands on and very willing to pull up his sleeves and help out. Rarity for a General Manager. One of our villas door lock was having issues and he came to apologize personally and explained the issue with the locks...turns out the wet weather in Sapa wreaks havoc on the digital locks.
Restauarnts serves very good Italian and Vietnamese cuisine, which is why we ended up having 2 dinners in the hotels during our 3 nights stay in Sapa.
Wonderful experience and we will definitely come back to Silk Path whenever we come back to Sapa. And because of this experience, I will definitely try out the Silk Path hotels in Hanoi in my next business trips. Kudos to Mr Steven Tan and his team.

|1.87km from city centerThe best hotel! Quite affordable for Malaysians and definitely worth the price. The room offers a beautiful mountain and train view. Breakfast was amazing!
The spa service was a little expensive compared to local street options, but everything else was perfect. You can store your luggage early, and they even have a washroom with hot shower facilities where you can freshen up, brush, and change before check-in.
The place feels very safe. The staff were friendly and helpful — they assisted us in renting a bike and booking our Fansipan trip directly from the hotel, so we didn’t have to search around or queue elsewhere.
Overall, the best stay we’ve had — highly recommended!
