The location is good if you want to explore more of the city center. Very close to everything. Theres not much view though. You can also stay or leave your stuff before checkin time, and after checkout time and they also provide bed so you can sleep. My problem though was the dormitory room was so small, the bunkbeds were so close to each other I can hear the lower bed snore like their sleeping beside me. There was also no light in each bed but there was socket. Overall i had a very wonderful experience and no regrets telling anyone that this is another great place to stay here in trip.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Stay at Sapa Symphony Hotel! We had a wonderful stay at Sapa Symphony Hotel! The location is perfect — right near Sun Plaza on a quiet street, and just 5 minutes from the city center. It was so convenient for exploring yet peaceful enough for a good night’s sleep. The receptionist was incredibly helpful and friendly, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. The room was comfortable, and we loved having a water heater for warm showers. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel was very affordable, offering great value for money. One of the best parts was how accommodating the staff were — after check-out, we wanted to buy souvenirs, and they kindly allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel while we went shopping. Overall, we highly recommend Sapa Symphony Hotel for anyone visiting Sapa. Great location, excellent service, and a truly comfortable stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! It’s in a perfect location — right in the main Sapa area, close to shops, cafes, and popular spots. The place is very clean, from the lobby to the rooms, and everything feels well taken care of. The breakfast buffet was also a nice touch, with plenty of choices to start the day right. I also appreciate that they have an elevator, which makes moving around so much easier. Overall, a great experience and definitely a hotel I’d recommend to anyone visiting Sapa!

Because it was raining, we traveled by car and arranged for a local person to help us cook and prepare meals. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food. If it was sunny, it would have been wonderful to have breakfast while looking at the beautiful scenery. The massage discount for hotel guests was also great. Although it was small, there was a heated pool, which we enjoyed even in the rain. Above all, the reasonable price is truly recommended!

I liked the room, it was big and interestingly decorated. The view from the room window was great, you could see Moana - a golden head, with which you can go and take cool photos :) There are picturesque and beautiful landscapes around, you can walk to the village of Kat-Kat in 20 minutes, and it's a relatively short walk to the city center. I liked the breakfast - a choice of several sets in the cafe on the first floor - it was delicious. We stayed for a couple of nights, and didn't notice that the room was cleaned during the day.

Beautiful, peaceful location. Perfect stay for a family vacation - we had a wide age range with young children (2 and 5) and a senior (70) in our travel group. Booked the family connecting rooms. Views from the room balconies were stunning. Everyone had a great time. Staff was incredibly accommodating - both kids got sick in the car on the way up and we were able to send everything including the car seat covers to laundry when we arrived. Breakfast was delicious, room service was fast and tasty too. They have a shuttle service, but we just called taxis through Grab (~$2 one-way). Got an indulgent foot massage at Chi Spa. Only regret, wished we stayed an extra night! Would recommend with young kids to pack extra snacks and shelf stable milk as there’s no market or bodega nearby.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel - we requested an early check-in and was offered a tier up for small price. But it was worth it. Shop, restaurants were nearby and even the sun plaza was a stones throw away. Lovedd the decor and their attention to detail were spot on. Found the staff to be very attentive and helpful. The lobby and lounges also had a uplifting aroma Only downside was that the rooms could do with few things ( extra bins and an actual hand wash)

We were very pleasantly impressed with this hotel. We've been traveling for half a year now, and this hotel really stands out from the rest. First, the attitude. The staff were so attentive; if we had known English, I think we would have appreciated their hospitality even more. Every time we entered or left the hotel, they wished us a good walk or asked how our outing was. This is the first hotel where, upon check-out, they gave us a small gift for the road (water and candies). It seems like such a small thing, but knowing someone thought of you just warms your heart. Second, breakfast. A huge plus for that. I was so happy with the simple dishes and ingredients. Just pancakes, yogurt, cheese, sausage, toast, vegetables, and fruit. You could also order eggs from the kitchen. I was thrilled to be able to eat 'clean' food, the kind I'm used to at home. Third, the room. Even though it was small, it had everything we needed. We had searched for a long time for a hotel that would be warm, as many reviews mentioned no heating in other hotels, and it gets quite chilly in December. Here, the room has an air conditioner that you can leave on when you go out (it doesn't turn off like the lights when you take out the key card), so it's warm and pleasant when you return. And what a wonderful bed and duvet! I would love to have a duvet like that at home. And finally, the view from the window – we had a corner room and enjoyed the view of the fountain in the lake every evening.

The hotel is at the hill that can over see the Sun Plaza and church if your room is 5th floor or above. But our room is at 4th floor so half of the view is with another building rooftop. Overall I like it but some incidents made me feel unhappy. The breakfast is with quite good (Vietnamese and western) but one of the staff was very rude. He doesn't allow us to take breakfast after 6.30am (breakfast start time) and insist us to wait for another 20 minutes because the food is partially ready. At that time the restaurant were full of people waiting to have breakfast . We requested to eat what they have because we got early morning schedules to catch up but he scolded us. Like we are begging for him for food. Terrible service attitude. No service provided at night when we requested to top up shower gel and provide clothes hanger at night. Have to request again by next morning. The massage service also not up to mark. Shower heater will take times to get warm water. Bathroom window can see moldy.

We are a group of 10 travelers and stayed one night in Stella. It's a new hotel and rooms are well maintained. Free wifi and bottled water provided. It's located near the Sapa (night) market and there is also a local supermarket nearby where you can do last-minute shopping. A wide variety of dining choices and cafes (incl. Cong Caphe) nearby. Can't ask for more with this price, and breakfast was unexpectedly good with egg station together with tasty pho. Front desk staff Martin and Chan were very friendly and heartfully assisted us in various aspects during our stay. They kindly allowed us to store our luggage when we moved to a homestay in Ta Van village the next day, and also secured our tickets for our bus trip back to Hanoi. Both of them can speak very good English and there was no communication issues at all. Thanks to their helpfulness we completed our trip smoothly. If you want a good view in Sapa, I recommend this area. It's in the same alley as Eco Farm or Rocksik, so the view is similar, and there's a natural waterfall flowing in the back, so the scenery is nice. It doesn't seem to be many tourists yet, but it is a good value for money accommodation. The interior is made of cypress wood, so it has a nice woody scent, and there are two cute kittens in the restaurant. The hot water comes out late, so please be careful of burns. You can also call a taxi at the hotel.

We stayed 3 nights in the Grand Room with Mountain View during the winter season. The room was very spacious and comfortable. There is hot water available 24/7 to warm our souls in the cold weather. The huge bath tub was also a bonus. Toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel and toothbrush/paste and bedroom slippers are also provided. The location of the hotel is superb. Sun Plaza is probably 7 to 8 mins walk away from the hotel (with some slope going up) but it is very manageable. There are many outdoor gear shops, good restaurants and massage parlours around the area and within walking distance (some as close as 1 to 2 mins of walking). Breakfast is served in typical buffet style and included some local dishes. Nothing very fancy but definitely good enough to fill your stomachs. The infinity pool is just right beside the restaurant and offers a very good view of the mountains. The hotel staff are all very friendly and the front desk speaks perfect english. They are always ready to serve your needs and you can arrange tours/spas with them. Overall, this hotel is definitely worth every penny spent and we would definitely recommend it!

Everything was amazing from check-in to buggy to service to cleanliness to breakfast to view. The only letdown was the water pressure in the toilet. It's the irritatingly WEAKEST shower head I've ever experienced. Same goes for the bath tub which I wanted to use but gave up when only half the tub was filled after 30min. Speechless for such a price and beautiful bathroom that failed in its main purpose. Maybe I'm unlucky maybe it's only this particular villa I ain't sure.

The hotel is nice and beautiful, with great views, comfortable rooms, and a good breakfast. Unfortunately, it was cloudy for all three days of our stay, so we didn't get to enjoy the views. There were a few issues that somewhat spoiled the trip. The heated pool is only indoors, and even then it wasn't warm enough to be comfortable. The outdoor pool was cold, making it impossible to swim. The saunas are separate for men and women, but you have to switch them on yourself and wait for them to heat up. There's a salt room, but access to it, as well as the warmer jacuzzis (which are also separate), costs extra. On our last day, the main pool was out of order altogether. I also wasn't pleased that despite requesting a quiet room when booking, and even though there were many empty rooms, there was a speaker right outside our window playing music from about 7 AM until almost 11 PM (thankfully it was calm music), even though no one was outside. I had to call reception and ask them to turn it off. They did, but then a staff member came to our room for an additional check, which was inconvenient as we had already gone to bed. Furthermore, the rooms and the entire hotel were quite cold; the air conditioning couldn't be adjusted to a higher temperature. The double bed was two single beds pushed together. We had dinner at the restaurant. The food was ordinary, like everywhere else, but overpriced. Plus, it didn't include taxes and service charges, so the bill ended up being 15-20% higher. We were granted early check-in, but we had to pay half the room rate for it, and it didn't include breakfast. In summary, the hotel doesn't live up to its advertised price and star rating.

Breakfast has a lot of variety , the coffee is nice too. Surprisingly the hotel prepared grilled beef, turkey on 25 Dec, there was Santa Claus too and gave us ginger bread and present. However, Although it is about a 5–10 minute walk to Sapa town (from hotel 15th floor), but you will need to pass a short stretch of road without a pedestrian walkway, so need to be careful.

The shower stops working after about 15 minutes. This happened repeatedly, so it's not a coincidence. The front desk staff can speak some English, so it's not a problem to arrange a taxi, etc. But be careful when you use the restaurant. They don't understand English, but they say ”OK” and everything. Even if you only ask about a menu item, they think it's an order and bring it to you. So I recommend that you double-check what you order yourself. On the last day, I had them book a limousine bus to the airport. I booked a bus at 7:00am, and they took me to the bus stop, but the bus actually arrived at 7:40am. This was not their fault, but when you book a bus, it might be better to arrange a reliable limousine bus yourself. It's unfortunate that this happened, but the staff are all kind and polite. I hope they do better, so I'm rooting for them. Thank you.

I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Sapa Passion Hotel and Spa. They say they aim to provide “a home away from home,” and they truly delivered on that promise. From the moment we arrived in Sapa early in the morning, the staff kindly allowed us to check in early. After an overnight sleeper train, being able to rest a little before exploring Sapa was such a blessing. As soon as we entered the room, we were amazed by its spaciousness and cleanliness, and the clear view of the lake from our window was simply beautiful. The receptionist also suggested several local activities for us, and although we couldn’t join due to the weather, we truly appreciated her thoughtful recommendations. On our departure day, we took a night bus out of Sapa, and the hotel generously let us use their bathroom to freshen up before our journey. It made our departure so much more comfortable. Room is clean and comfortable, the staffs are helpful and friendly. Hotel provided mulled wine on 24 Dec night, this is the first time I tried, it was nice.

I’m so glad that I booked this hotel. It is just beside Moana. You can literally have the eagle’s eye view of the place. I love the breakfast, lots of food choices, love the breads. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. We had a problem with our limousine ride back to Hanoi and they helped us booked a sleeper bus going back to Hanoi. Rooms are decent. Love the roof deck view.

Room is big and clean, breakfast taste good, nearby by Sun Plaza which is abt 10 mins walk. The service of restaurant is very good and the manager is meticulous. Surprisingly a simple dish fried rice also taste very good but the fish was bit undercooked. Infinity pool is cool pity that the weather was too cold, couldn't enjoy the infinity pool. Massage skill is not very good, miscommunication between the reception and spa caused me wasting time (first time the receptionist told me ok to go at a timing but in fact fully booked, wasted my trip down and waited for 15 mins while nobody was around at the reception of spa; second time the masseur was late for almost 25 minutes) The masseur was having cough but did not wear mask.

I had booked a superior room for one night but was upgraded to a deluxe room during check in! The room was clean and spacious with plenty of natural light coming through the window. There’s also a balcony in the deluxe rooms with a nice view of the mountains. The only downside was that I visited during December and since the room is so big, it took very long to warm up. The location of the hotel is very convenient - about 7mins walk from Sapa station and within walking distance of many cafes and halal restaurants! When I checked out of the hotel to visit Fansipan, I was told you can get a discount on the tickets through the hotel - unfortunately I had already booked my tickets online but might be worth booking with the hotel if you’re planning a visit.

The hotel is situated in the very convenience position, which is only 10 minutes walk from the bus station. There is a supermarket at the corner of the street where you can buy souvenirs etc. This hotel has five storeys and is equipped with two lifts. Hot water supply is good. The room is so small that it cannot accommodate the necessary furniture such as the chair. Besides, some socket outlets in the room are out of order.
