A very satisfying experience. After checking into our room, the staff proactively knocked on our door to ask if we were satisfied with the room. After learning we'd like more space, they showed us a larger room and even upgraded us from a queen-size to a king-size room—free of charge! 🤭 A special thanks to Muizz for their help.
