Convenient and Comfortable Stay Overall, a pleasant experience. The room looked new and was very comfortable—the bed was great, and I could set the temperature to 20°C for a good night’s sleep. The hotel is right next to a mall, making it easy to grab dinner without needing a taxi.

The rooms and cleanliness are still good, probably because it's a new place. However, the parking for motorbikes and cars is a bit lacking; it doesn't feel very safe or comfortable, and the parking space is too minimal. Hopefully, in the future, it will improve and consider providing more convenient parking for guests.

The location is great, near simpang lima semarang. Also it is near restaurant and some famous Indonesia noodle. You can buy some souvenir in the lobby. However, when i stay some noisy from the restaurant above us disturbed my sleep. The room is clean and comfortable.

Nice and worth the price. Room is not so big but it’s just nice if you only need a place to stay. Not many facilities. The day I checked in, I couldn’t choose the bed due to availability. So I got twin beds though I was alone.

Khas Hotel is located nearby city centre. I walked out from the hotel to the left I can go to Queen City Mall and to the right I can walk to Pollux Mall Paragon Semarang. Outside of the hotel, there are some local eateries during day time and night time. There's also a pharmacy called Apotek on the right after you walk out from hotel main entrance. There's a IndoMart opposite and the price was reasonable. Hence, very convenient. The cleanliness of hotel needs to be improved. There are some areas near clothing hanging area and bed side table quite dusty. I have to wipe it with my wet tissue. There were 2 lamps in the room one on the table in front of TV and one on the bedside table both were fitted onto the table, hence it made the space of table being blocked. The welcome drink served in a small shot glass and there was no water dispenser for hotel guest. The bathroom design was not good as after taking shower the water will flow out to the sink and toilet bowl area as the glass divider was too small to block the water from spilling out to the dry area. The shower head was fitted on top to the ceiling hence a bit hard to wash our body thoroughly. The water come down from our head directly. There was no way to adjust shower head as it was fixed onto the ceiling. Our room 318 was next to 3 Airconf compresser. Hence if other hotel guests on their Aircond, we can hear the noise so loud at night. The hotel offered a gift voucher for Grab app user but the front desk staff did not inform us. Only on our last night stay, we saw the gift voucher appeared in hotel in house TV screen outside of lobby lift. But too bad, I can no longer utilise the 10,000rp discount voucher although I being taking Grab for the past 4 days in Semarang. But hotel housekeeper was very helpful and same goes to the concierge also very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was comfortable, the rooms were clean, the service was great and friendly, and I especially got a room with a city view. The super-fast Wi-Fi was a huge help when I was working on a deadline. There are plenty of food stalls and restaurants around the hotel. I'd definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Semarang.

Wonderful employee, great location, perfect room view, good swimming pool but very hot, great bed, bathroom is another story. Slippery floor in the shower area and smell towel. Long time waiting for elevator

Here are the things considered extra servies which the guests have to pay to use: pool, cutleries to use in room when you don't order food from room service and hair dryer. That's just the things I thought to ask for, maybe tons of other things are also not free. Hospitality is awful, female crews were absolutely rude. Don't bother staying here if you're trying to have a half-decent vacation. Also, the bathroom stinks, the double bed is a fake (only 2 singles pushed together which created a hole im the middle), there are rats running around the pool area, the TV is not a Smart TV yet (old style cable only), in-house spa and massage prices were over the top.

Overall the Hotel was okay. The location and orice was great for business traveller like myself. However, a few things needed improvements. First, the room had a musty smell which is strong at first but your nose will get used to it. Secondly, the aircon was not cold at all, it felt like a breeze. Lastly, although the breakfast varieties were great, the place was too small. We had to wait a while to get an empty table
