This needs an immediate change if the property aspires to reach greater. As we booked the rooms in the hotel twice in 10 days, they were generous enough to accommodate us in upgraded rooms, even though had booked through MMT. I stayed in this hotel several times already and it‘s an oasis in Siliguri. Perfect place to relax after a long day travelling or being in the hustling and bustling city. The staff is always very welcoming, specially Mr Lakpa from the front desk. The breakfast offers great variety of Indian and Western dishes and the pool is great to refresh after a day in the Indian heat.

About the stay.. it was excellent.. all facilities available. Also the behaviour of the staff was very polite which is very very important. About the location , its a bit outskirts from the city and they dont have their own drop off cars .. so the car rent to railway station was a bit high( rs 600 for 4.4 kms to njp railway station). About the food , price is fine but the chicken was too spicy and not fresh. But overall just for stay i more than satisfied.
