The hotel itself is nice; room size was good, nice lobby. The fact that you must ”request” to have your room cleaned, when there is absolutely zero signage stating so, is a negative. We came back to our room in the evening and the room had not been touched. If we have to ”request” room service instead of expecting it, that fact should be made VERY clear. Also, we were told that the ”restaurant” was open until 9 pm. There is no ”restaurant”. There is a bar in the lobby. And there was one employee (with a broken leg) who hobbled over and showed us a ”new” menu... with half the items currently not available. The Courtyard was extremely clean and very nice. The bathroom was very handicap friendly. I had knee replacement and that made a very big difference. Everyone was very friendly and hospitable. The Courtyard was extremely clean and very nice. The bathroom was very handicap friendly. I had knee replacement and that made a very big difference. Everyone was very friendly and hospitable. The hotel itself is nice; room size was good, nice lobby. The fact that you must ”request” to have your room cleaned, when there is absolutely zero signage stating so, is a negative. We came back to our room in the evening and the room had not been touched. If we have to ”request” room service instead of expecting it, that fact should be made VERY clear. Also, we were told that the ”restaurant” was open until 9 pm. There is no ”restaurant”. There is a bar in the lobby. And there was one employee (with a broken leg) who hobbled over and showed us a ”new” menu... with half the items currently not available.
