This is the second time we have stayed in this wonderful hotel. It's an easy drive from the airport and a fair price for the taxi there. The location is excellent with plenty of very decent restaurants and shops in the vicinity. There is a french restaurant nearby that I highly recommend if you like high quality french food. The snails and the soup starters are particularly delicious and the steak and fish is superb. The reception staff at the hotel are so friendly, welcoming and very helpful and professional no job is too small. You can rely on them 100%. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and warm especially in this month. All the amenities are there with plenty of tea and coffee and a fridge if you have your own items. The housekeeping staff are attentive and friendly and do an excellent job of keeping your room clean and fully stocked up. Finally, this hotel provides a buffet breakfast as well which again I highly recommend with a wide variety of food and fruit and pastry on offer and cooked food all to a high quality. It's a real pleasure to eat breakfast there in the charming restaurant area with plenty of tea, coffee and fruit juice. The staff are very helpful and makes your breakfast experience a very good start to your day. I highly recommend this hotel and I will be staying there again in December on a short trip over Christmas. It's always a pleasure and a sadness to leave when your trip is over.From$34

Already beyond expectations, the hotel was originally set. I found that its location is super good, whether it is a taxi or a subway is super convenient, and the scenery outside the window is very good, you can see the Holy Trinity. In addition, I lived outside the old town before and it was so noisy. There was no problem here. The breakfast was quite satisfactory, but it could be until 11 o'clock and weekend to 11:30. It was upsetting experience during my 6th visit to amazing Tbilisi.
1. It is not easy to find an entrance as the hotel name is placed on another side of the building and the entrance door is not marked by any sign with the hotel name
2. Staff is not friendly or supportive. I checked in around 1 pm just to leave suitcase and did not ask to provide a room as had plans. There were 2 guys at reception dealing with me. I came back to the hotel around 7 pm, my docs were on the desk and I could see them while the receptionist could not find them and asked to sign the docs which have been signed in the morning. He could not explain me if there is a lift (I tried to speak both English and Russian) and I had a strong feeling that he is under some *****.
3. There is a restaurant on the 1st floor with very loud music. I booked a room with a lovely balcony but had to ask to change it as could not have rest because of the music. When I came to reception, first I was told that the music stops at 11 pm but I go to sleep at 9-10 pm and need quiet atmosphere (it is not metioned anywhere about music). Thankfully, I got another room but it was worse than the one I paid for. No balcony, 2 single beds instead of double one. Aints in the bathroom. So it was not a fair exchange (I was even ready to pay more for a better room but the staff is not supportive).
4. The breakfast is nice and the waiter in the restaurant is super nice and friendly (the only nice person I met at the hotel)From$69

The location is excellent, but it's too close to the office area. There have been recent parades, making traffic at the entrance extremely inconvenient. Bathroom supplies and mineral water were not replenished in a timely manner, which feels like a lack of service. The food and beverages were good, but the breakfast wasn't particularly rich for a hotel of this star rating. This may be due to the local environment, and I don't understand other star rating standards. Overall, apart from the location, the other services were not good, and I was still disappointed. ☹️ I will definitely not choose this hotel next time.From$151

Shota Rustavalli Boutique Hotel, Tbilisi, Georgia: The most luxe of our stay in our whirlwind, super-tiring travels through Azerbaijan, Armenia and Georgia, we were looking forward to well-deserved pampering here and daily warm bath tub soaks. I’m one for authentic reviews so here goes. The start of our stay was terrible. Water was cut off in this part of town - mind you, we were next to the Parliament of Georgia, how dare they. So there was no water for the day. If you have just arrived, smelling far from English Gardens and sweaty, this is the end of your world. We were given mammoth water bottles for wipe downs. Water was up the next day. It isn’t the hotel’s fault, really. However, there were more shortcomings. We had full-day trips out of city and were too exhausted to complain. Our door didn’t open or close easily, like there was a misalignment. Room smells like sewage in the evening. Shower gel ran out and housekeeping didn’t top up. This was mortifying as we had an early day trip out and housekeeping didn’t start till 7.30 am as I was informed via Whatsapp, but reception said 9 am. AC is always parked at room temperature, sometimes warm. Pool, gym and sauna are out too and unannounced on site. I’m listing the litany of crimes so management can sort this out as the poor staff get the lambasting. Gocha was very sweet and explained as much as he could with the water cut-off. Ana was our thumbs-up favorite with 360-service recovery. She arranged for a birthday cake for my son. Also a complimentary bubbly breakfast. Also so kindly extended our check out time (although there was a power cut for a good hour, we were nonetheless grateful). The great merits here are the location – this is smack right in the city, we even stood next to the protestors at Parliament of Georgia. Restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping, museums are all around, within a short walk. There’s 10% discount on dining and free Georgian wine (you’ll be drinking it like water in Georgia). This Ibis hotel was excellent, as were many of the other Ibis hotels I've stayed in. I chose a standard room with a double bed, and I was given room 314. The view from the window was of the back yard, which wasn't particularly beautiful, but it was free from tourist crowds and noise. The breakfasts were standard European, with a wide selection of food, fresh juices, tea, and coffee. They were delicious. The room itself had minor imperfections, such as scratches on the walls, but I didn't consider them a significant issue. Room service was available daily. Location: 5 min. metro and a large shopping center, Freedom Square BUT!!!!! The neighboring building is the parliament, which means the road is often blocked, you can't get to the hotel, and in principle I was annoyed by the large number of government agencies hanging around nearby.
I ran away from there, because near the metro and in general in that area all sorts of beggars also got me.
Room: for a junior suite the room is small, the sofa and table are unnecessary, they scratched all my legs)
The mattress is comfortable.
The air conditioning on the 9th floor, the last one, room 903, did not work properly.
They clean every day, change the towels!
Breakfast: everything is enough! But the food in heated containers is cool and you eat cold, I always wanted a microwave within reach. And it's great to heat up khachapuri and pancakes with meat.
One standard dish at breakfast is strange for us Russians: sometimes pasta with cauliflower in sauce, sometimes rice with apples) but the second hot dish is good.
It is not customary to order fried eggs in portions, but they made it for us upon request!!!
The view from the balcony is just super!!

Excellent location and convenient transportation. It takes 5 minutes to walk to Holy Trinity Church. The guy was very enthusiastic and provided us with all the convenient services. There's parking available, and the metro is about 10 minutes away. Room 409 is very noisy from the street, with cars driving around at night with their mufflers blaring. The room periodically smelled of cigarettes, either from the street (our room was on the 4th floor) or from the ventilation. There's an unpleasant odor in the bathroom. The electrical wiring from the card reader in the room didn't work several times, but the reception staff quickly turned the circuit breakers on and off, and it started working again. There's a small pool nearby, plenty for children, and the staff cleaned it up. The staff is customer-oriented. Breakfast is quite varied; no meat except sausages, plenty of salads.From$43

Initial Scare as the Hotel staff informed that there is no reservation from Make My Trip in my name. It was midnight with language barrier as the staff seemed to be irritated with little English. I told that my trip is completely paid. She took 10-15 minutes to find the reservation. After that the smile came on her face. I was relaxed. Though they were able to gave two rooms at different floors against our wish, but we accepted as no other option. However, after that the entire experience was excellent in all respects. Comfort, Breakfast and Hindi speaking staff were highlights. We stayed for 3 days and second day, they shifted us to same floor.From$66

很有設計感的酒店，特別喜歡他們的洗手間及酒店配色，非常舒適和諧，洗手間的感覺温柔且不失浪漫；美中不足就是床的下面應該是衞生沒有打掃到很大一塊粘粘的，為了不讓自己看到，把床推過來特地遮蓋到。
早餐也很不錯，水果超級新鮮哦.
下午在酒店還感受了下午茶，熱巧克力應該是我喝過最最最粘稠的，我覺得有點像巧克力漿，哈哈哈From$70

There are no parking spots. You park on the street and pay by the hour. Otherwise, everything was fine. The room was on the third floor. There was an iron in the room. The breakfasts were good.From$98

Hotel was quite new. Location for us was not ideal as in the middle of the touristic center of the city which meant that there was a lot street noise which meant that it was impossible to sleep with open window and hawking and touting in the streets right outside of the hotel. Beds and breakfast were both excellent, shower looked good but was inadequate as very low water pressure and inconsistent temperature, lighting in the room was also a miss. Personnel very friendly and cooperative and gave us some good advice on where to eat on first night. Building is beautiful and lobby very nice.From$106
