All the hotel staff I met were very nice, the room was very new, and I liked the hotel style and perfume very much. When I checked in, I was given Tea Yan Yue Se and movie tickets. The hotel's Chinese restaurant was worth trying. The most important thing was the hotel's butler service. Thanks to Yaffa! I will choose St. Regis next time I come to Changsha!

親身感受到長沙的好客精神。 由於我是2月2至4号去的。那三天冷致景区很多景点節目取消关闭。但前台小雨仍熱誠！！！的為我訂糕点，送🍰，开觀光車戴我們去同一个集团的丽景酒店吃晚饭，再接我們回去。每天冰早早点的到会服务。讓客人安在暖舍等着吃。 𡋾墅打掃不易，但弄得很乾净。室内高高的古式楼頂絲豪没有小昆蟲路过的痕迹。辛苦阿姨啦。 硬件也没得說还有可以烫脚的地暖，几乎即开即熱的洗澡，温暖的智能马桶。令我在寒冬倍感寫意。 谢谢谢！！！

definitely a 5 star experience from the moment i checked in. polite, professional and efficient staffs at check in. apparently i got a free upgrade and all the way up at L23 with nice unblocked views. there was free high tea 3-5pm at L26 with coffee and pastries. room i got was huge and spacious and felt really comfortable. the bed was perfect to sleep on for me. toilet area was well separated and daily amenities provided. probably the only thing i would have wanted is to have a tub. also it was a bonus that in house at L5 there is a massage center. went for foot massage and it was pretty good. provides buffet meals for all patrons of the massage center but i didn’t try it though. breakfast for me was just ok, nothing fancy. location wise it’s in between changsha south railways and ping yang metro station. a bit of walk to get to either but manageable. recommended if u want to be based around changsha south.

Love the decor curated by the hotel for my note on our wedding anniversary. Room is huge, cosy and clean. Small lapses in the restaurant due to coffee and egg table requests but otherwise attentive. Location is about 30mins away from all the actions but next to a mall and a train station. Was attended by Dimond at the reception and she is great along with other staff.

suggest to allow the guest open window in a 10 centimeters length, as a new hotel strong smell is normal but take hotel maintenance prior to guest comfort is not right. There’s always a way to make both sides happy i.e. do not seal the window at the first half year of opening. In room dining is always a challenge to a new hotel but guest wouldn’t care when they received sloppy lasagna, over night taste fried rice and warm smoothie. Same level hotel room service in Europe and US are fresh and crispy, in China seems very straggle to make same standard.

When you step out of the hotel on the ground floor and turn right, there is a FamilyMart convenience store across the street. Line 2 can take you to all the major attractions in the city center. It's perfect!
