I stayed here before and it was good. I booked a Castel room for less than RMB2,400 when I stayed here again. The cheapest room starts at less than RMB1,500. But I was given a small room of less than 10 square meters, which was completely different from the pictures. It could only fit a bed and no sofa. I raised an objection, and she explained that there was a smaller Castel room, and then said that if you are not satisfied, you can add 40 euros to change it. I readily agreed. After 5 pm, we couldn't find food in the hotel, so we had to drive out for dinner. When we came back, we found that we had changed to a room that was indeed a little bigger than the previous one. It was not that there was definitely no 25 square meters of usable space, but at least there was room for two single chairs. There was no night light in the room, and the hygiene was average. It was raining heavily outside, and the windows could only be fully opened or fully closed, and the air conditioner in the room did not work. Fortunately, the breakfast was good.

Hotel in decoration so the entry, main lobby and breakfast area are small and unwelcoming to say the least...
Room is cold even when AC is turned on heat at maximum power, not something I expect when I pay 850euro per night for my stay!
Room amenities and upkeep is poor, I stayed in this hotel some years before it was Marriot and every problem they had remained the same - sink overflowing in the bathroom, shower with low water pressure, two towels only in the room - just feels like someone is cheeping on me even tough I pay big price

Location - beside metro
Although location is great, entrance sign is tiny, it was also hidden by the hotel pick up vehicle which resulted in hotel is non visible!
Waste of time hunting of hotel
Image of hotel in term of age and layout is way different, resulted in smaller room due to the layout assign, misleading images provided by hotel
Hotel is showing sign of age compare to newer hotel even if they are under non luxury category
Despite a luxury hotel in branding and price, major dust was found behind the table corner

I'm not used to traveling alone and was quite apprehensive about the accommodations. My layover was 12 hours over night. I emailed the hotel a few times and their prompt response put me at ease. When I got there, the girl at the reception desk was so warm and welcoming and made me relaxed and very happy I booked with My Cloud, rather than leaving the airport, which I was unsure of. It was the best stay! The room was minimal, but was clean and had everything I needed for a relaxing, restful stop. I have to say that when I checked out in the morning, the guy at the reception desk was not as nice as the girl who checked me in; she was absolutely exceptional! He, on the other hand, hardly spoke to me and didn't help when I tried to figure out the water dispenser. However, it didn't spoil my impression of the place, since the first person I encountered was so sweet and kind. I wish I knew her name...

My dad was staying at the hotel during a transit. The hotel is a little hidden near Z25. The lady at the front desk was very friendly. The hotel room was small, but very clean, so you won't be too tired during an overnight transit. Go forward from the hotel, there are some places to eat near Exit 13 for your reference. Please note that there are some food and drinks at the hotel front desk, but they don't accept cash. You can only pay by credit card. You can pay by cash at the small shop in front. I wish you all a happy journey.

If I am in Frankfurt, I am staying here. I've sayed in this hotel many times over the last 22 years. I love it. Exceptional service, facilities, attention to detail, and cleanliness. Never let me down.
Fantastic breakfast buffet. Hot and cold dishes are plentiful and high-quality.
Steigenberger provides good quality hospitality consistency throughout their hotels in Germany. I stayed in many of them and never got disappointed.

The hotel has a certain charm. However, on the one day I was there, I had bad luck with the limited service I needed. At one counter, a group was checking in, and at another, a phone call seemed endless, so check-in took longer than expected. Once in my room, I discovered I had to go back to reception for the Wi-Fi password; they hadn't given me one and hadn't informed me that I needed one.

The hotel is well located within walking distance to shopping, resturants, supermarket and sightseeing. Check-in was quick and smooth. The staff are well trained, extremely helpful and friendly. Kudos to Maximilian at the front office, who is very pleasant (service with a smile) and provided tips on shopping and transport. Breakfast spread is good and worth paying for. The hotel gym (under Fitness First) is huge and well equipped.

I booked a room for a family, husband, wife and a 10 year old child, at check-in they said 95€ each day and we will make you a room with a terrace and the 10 year old child will live for free and we will provide you with an extra bed. I said ok and paid in addition to my reservation
At check-out they took another 130€ that your 10 year old child should pay 65€ per night
It turns out my vacation cost 340+190+130 for one room with a terrace for 2 nights!!!!!
I think I will never come again and I will advise everyone not to stay in this hotel either!!!!!!!!!

It was the perfect hotel for the first night of arrival. While you are still jet-lagging, the safe environment put you at ease instantly. I’m glad I didn’t pick a hotel near the main Frankfurt station. The location is perfect - clean and safe neighbourhood within minutes of walking to U Bahn n S Bahn.

Room was a little on the small side, and no access allowed to rooftop bar on our last night due to a wedding which was disappointing but maybe just one of those things 😞

There was no clear directions to get to the hotel after luggage claim but that is the airport management. But it is about 2 minutes walk from the departure floor to cross over the bridge and get to the lobby. The airport has a mall also on the departure floor so it is easy to get food and basic items. The gym is at the ground floor and is a quite a walk to get there.
