Fancy the convenience of the hotel's direct access through the terminal without going out, and the next day to get a rental car is also very convenient, the price is more expensive than other airport hotels in Moontown, and the same as the public airport of Pudong Airport, every time Shanghai to and from Pittsburgh Stay here at night.

This hotel is connected to Pittsburgh Airport. It is connected by an indoor moving walkway, and it is easy to get to from the airport. The location was really good. The room was clean and the staff was friendly.

Reviews From Real Travelers
The hotel and the surrounding area is very nice. There are tons of restaurants and shopping. However, I am basing this review on the way I was treated by Chris, a female employee, and the general manager. I was traveling for business and I booked a room using my state government rate. I was continuously told that the Marriott does not honor the state government only federal/military. Yet, I booked the reservation on their site using the state government option. I’d also stayed at a Marriott a few miles away from this location a week ago on business with no problems using the state rate. I travel often, but this time I was interrogated by Chris and his female coworker about my eligibility. Despite the fact that I showed them my state government Id, they still went into the system and changed my rate to the standard rate, which was significantly more. The general manager was non responsive to the matter. I am very disappointed in my experience and I will take this up with Marriott corporate.

Nice hotel, comfortable beds , clean room. I liked the arrangement of putting used towels and garbage outside of the room, with no need for housekeeping to enter the room if you do not want them to. Great Location, walking distance to restaurants, open shopping mall, movie theaters… Breakfast was very basic but enough to start the day. no safe in the room to deposit important stuff, the only safe is at the reception .

The hotel is very beautiful, the location is good, it is surrounded by hotels, but it is close to the riverside. It is very close to the city center. It is very convenient to drive. I don't take the bus. I don't know if the bus is convenient. The hotel is also close to the University of Pittsburgh and Carnegie Mellon University, and it is also very convenient to visit these two famous schools. Both schools are beautiful and worth visiting.

Check in was easy and service was very friendly. The pool was a little dirty but warm. We weren't given any hand soap, shampoo, or bath soap for the room but had no problem getting it from the front desk when we asked. Overall we were happy with our stay and would definitely stay again.

We stayed here for only one night, but the experience was nice. Location for us was good as it was in middle of the shopping district in Robinson/Moon Twp, so there was plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel was clean and the staff was very welcoming upon check-in. The room suite was nice size and had everything you needed. The breakfast was nice, the lady who was running the kitchen was great and very pleasant. She even brought fresh baked blueberry muffins right out of the oven to us while at our tables. The only negative for the hotel is the noise that comes in into the room from the hallway. In my room, the door was was a little off so there was a gap in the doorway, so noise was able to come into the room. I could hear people in the hallway to include those in the hallway after midnight. With that said, I was stay here again.

What an amazing all around experience from check in to check out during our week stay here. First of all it’s in a great location you are surrounded by restaurants, stores (Sam’s right next door, Walmart, target etc.) This property is very well maintained, clean and very friendly staff GM Jason, *Stephanie(Floater) Susie & cook(breakfast) Elana (Housekeeping) and Debbie(Front desk) exceptional 5star service. The studio kitchenette was a plus we’ll equipped with dishwasher, microwave, stove top regular size refrigerator!(just needs more utencils), Bed was very comfortable I requested xtra pillows and it was there when I checked in, linens was clean and fresh. Bathrooms very clean.I travel quite often and stay in many hotel rooms I must say this is one of the best experience I had yet!!! I highly recommend staying here.

Had a really good two night stay at this Holiday Inn. Front desk was pretty attentive, room was nice and clean. Only problem we had was the bathroom had no vent. Other than that room service was quick, complimentary breakfast was pretty nice. Indoor pool was family friendly fun. Would stay here again another time and recommended for others!

Reviews From Real Travelers
I stayed at the property once before in April of last year. I had a satisfactory experience during that visit, so I opted to stay at this property once again. This time around I could the experience to be less than before. I checked in using the Marriot Bonvoy app. Same as before, the app only showed me the assigned room number and has no mobile key. I checked in at the front desk and felt as though I was bothering the staff member who assisted me. I was told the mobile key was activated and would work by the time I got to the room. Three tries/trips later it still does not work…the only Marriott property where I have ever had this issue. While checking in, I was told ‘of course, you know the pool is closed.’ Just how exactly would I have known this? I see a pool closure message is posted on your website today but who keeps checking the website page once the reservation is made? I was glad to see that at least the fitness center was open although accessing it through the poll area was a bit of a hazard with the work taking place. I was also told the Concierge Lounge was closed (one of the reasons I chose this property). Apparently, it is closed most of the weekend, from noon Friday through Sunday evening. I struggle to understand the logic. Clearly, you only cater to the Monday thru Friday crowd and everyone else is on their own. I am curious about something. If I go on your website to book a reservation for Saturday night, I am presented with an option to pay more for Concierge Lounge Access. How do you justify charging folks 40+ dollars more for a service not being offered? The room was very spacious and modern, but two things made it a lackluster experience. The first was the smell that hits you as soon as you walk through the door. I am not sure what It was, but it certainly wasn’t pleasant. The second thing is how poorly the room was cleaned. It was borderline between being acceptable and going to complain. I opted to just deal with it, but I certainly do not feel I should have been using a washcloth to wipe who knows what off the floor. This was not a great stay. Knowing what I know now I certainly would have opted to stay at one of the other Marriott properties in the area.

I saw some negative reviews for this property, but I had already made my reservation, so decided to stay here anyway regardless of the negative reviews that I read; that was not the case with us. We had a fantastic time. One of the ladies at the desk was unfriendly, until we met Jayra at the front desk, and she was the best. Our room was spotless and quiet. The elevators worked great. The air conditioning kept us very cool, and the beds were very comfortable. The shower had plenty of water pressure and hot water. When we arrived at the room, we needed extra towels and one of the TV’s did not connect to the streaming services. We texted guest services, and they had everything taken care of by the time we came back to the room an hour or two later. Very impressive. The hotel manager was very friendly and helpful as well when we had questions. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Hampton Inn Pittsburgh/Greentree I apologize in advance for the lengthy review but I needed to warn other people about this place, specially Hilton Members that time and time again bring business to the brand with our stays. If I could leave 0 star I would, this hotel left something to be desired. I really don't understand how they have 4 stars on Google, all I can think of is managment encouraging their employees, friends and families to write bogus reviews to raise their score. I really don't want to believe a Hilton brand would stoop so low but then again this hotel seem to be run by very rude and unprofessional people so I can't rule anything out. The property was old and outdated. Now I'm not super picky about things like that but when my room smells horrible and the ceiling in the bathroom on top of the tub is cracking and pieces of drywall are falling on me while showering, well that's when we have a problem. I understand a building being outdated but maintenance should never ever fall behind, especially in a Hilton brand. As a Hilton Diamond member that has stay with the brand everytime I travel domestically or internationally, this is not what I have come to expect from them. On top of that the staff was extremely unhelpful, rude and unwelcoming. They all seem like they did not want to be there and were all having the worst day according to their body language and behavior towards the guest. I was traveling with my partner and she's a god damn saint and didn't want to bother anyone or get anyone in trouble, she told me it was just a 3 nights stay and to just let it go, so I didn't say anything while we were there. Now the last drop came when we arrived home and I sat down, and went to check the receipt from the hotel(side note-I usually don't check my Hilton stay receipts till a couple days after check out, but this people did not inspired any confidence in me). I am glad I checked because there was a $267 cleaning fee attached. I immediately called the hotel but the agent said he didn't know what that cleaning fee meant so I had to call back the next day in the morning to speak with his manager Rebecca. I called the next day in the morning and asked to speak with Rebecca, they send me to her voice-mail, so I got tired of being thrown around like a god damn ball and decided to call the diamond desk. They contacted the hotel and put me through to talk to someone(this person was not the manager Rebecca, it was a front desk agent) The lady said the Cleaning Fee was for smoking. Now I was really pissed, I have ashtma and obviously do not smoke at all, and my partner does not smoke either, she doesn't even drink. I explained that it was not possible that we could have smoke in that room and asked what proved they had to make that statement and charge me a fee without even notifying me before leaving the hotel, all the lady said was that it smelled like someone smoked. I reiterated that it was not possible and she kept saying the same thing. A

The plane that morning, arrived at the hotel at ten o'clock, and discussed with the front desk whether it was possible to check in early, and the results were satisfactory. Standard American breakfast, free parking. There are also brand hotels such as Crowne Plaza and Yilin. The room is small and comfortable.
