When my husband Guy and I arrived back at the Westin Hotel from Florence, Guy got down on the floor of the hotel reception on both knees to offer a prayer of thanks to Riccardo, the Head Concierge of the Magical Concierge Team. This is how grateful and delighted we were with the services of the Concierge team of Riccardo, Andrea and Silvia. Riccardo was unphased by us not having made Porter reservations for the Railway station. He said he would find a way to help for us with our large luggage. The combination of Riccardo’s skills and connections achieved a mini miracle; our taxi driver to Milan station had been briefed on how to secure porter assistance and the plan was executed with military precision. A young man appeared from nowhere to provide this assistance. This type of service can only be achieved by a Magical Concierge Team. Riccardo, Andrea and Silvia also scored perfection on our return journey from Florence to Milan. As the train arrived at Milan Central, Porter Andrea was holding up a sign with my name on it with the universal thumbs up signal. Watching this Porter lift two suitcases weighing around 20 kilos each from the overhead baggage rack as though they were a feather, was astonishing. Between them Porter Andrea and Mario, the driver of the chauffeur service ensured a seamless arrival back at the Westin. We recommend this Concierge team without any hesitation as the best.

We loved the hotel. Very good atmosphere. Very friendly staff. Great Room. Restaurants are amazing. Best hotel in Milano. 10-11 Restaurant breakfast has so many options. Beef Bar food is very good. I loved Longevity Spa. Best pool and Cryotherapy machine. Very good service.

Italians have a bad attitude and temper, and I don't know where this confidence comes from. However, the waiters of the Milan Mandarin Hotel are still trained according to global standards, which still makes the occupants very comfortable. Can be said to be worth the price. Italian architecture is at the helm of this 5 star property which encompasses 30 accommodations amenities, a Michelin-starred eatery, a cafe-lounge, a compact gym, a brand spanking new rooftop facility and boasts of providing interesting tours. The hotel furnishings, crafted by Italian artisans, echoes the famous works of Milanese sculptors and artists. My room was decked out in 1960's inspired decor. A blend of texture and color with a fusion of glass elements added a streaming effect to the atmosphere. The warm palette of blue, walnut, cream and grey complete with an electrified desk provided a homey feel to the surroundings. The bath had significant appeal with brass fittings and a funky, unusually shaped, double sinks. The Michelin-starred restaurant is the Casa's highlight attraction with it's menu of traditional Italian specials accompanied by a dash of East Asian influences. I fell for the fish (pan-fried crustaceans).............heavenly. So , if you want a small boutique hotel that aims to be your home away from home..............then try the...........
